They're for helicopter messages.

steering wheel.

I'm glad I'm not driving that.

blades on top instead of wings.

Kids: to put out the fires!

Kids: a ladder!
Gilbert: is there a machine

A hose, and a ladder on it?
Kids: yes!

Kids: a fire truck.

I once got stuck
in a very tall tree,
And caillou and his daddy
called the fire station,
And they used
the fire truck ladder
To get me down safe and sound.

To a lot of different
machines, couldn't they?
Kids: yes!

I think we need another clue.

Kids: to dig!

We have big wheels
and a digger-thingamajig-er.
And it's yellow.
Do you know what
it could be yet?
Kids: no!
Gilbert: me neither.

Kids: it's a bulldozer!
Child: yay!
Different child: whoo-hoo!
Gilbert:
wow! A big yellow bulldozer.
I'm impressed.
