Those glitter twins, Shimmer and Shine,

are off to get some magical thread

for their carpet. - [munches]

- Come on, let's take a look.

- Okay! - Hey!

[laughing] Oh, whoa-whoa-whoa-whoa!

- Just imagine what I could do

if I had some magical thread of my own!

I could make a sorceress robe that has special powers!

Surely that would make me the most powerful person

in all of Zahramay Falls!

- Nazboo! Are you even listening?

- [huffs] Come on, we have to follow them

to Dalia's workshop.

Let's go get that magic thread, Nazboo.

- Okay! [carpet zooms]

[engine roaring]

- My workshop is just ahead.

- Wow, those colors are so pretty.

What are they? - These are the fields

where I grow all the enchanted thread

that I use to make magic carpets.

[magical music]

- Come on, I'll show you inside.

[scooter beeps] both: Whoa!

[scooter crashes]

Now come on, let's go get that magic thread.

- And look at the stitching on this Zahramay knot!

Is this really thread made with rainbow fish scales?

It's so, so, so beautiful!

- You really know your stuff.

- Wow! Do you use all these things

when you make magic carpets, Dalia?

- Yep!

These giant balls are made from all the different kinds

of thread I grow outside.

The balls feed thread into the loom here,

and then I use my weaving wand

to weave new carpets!

- That's the most amazing thing I've ever seen!

we need some of the magical hover thread

that makes it fly. You girls wanna help me

pick some from the thread field?

stealing silly little strings

Hurry up, Nazboo! I want that thread!

- [grunts] [thread snaps]

- [screaming]

- It looks like Dalia didn't finish

fixing our carpet, so it's not working right!

- That was some impressive stitchwork you did

on your carpet. Keep practicing,

[Leah and Shine giggle]

- We should probably head back home.

Come on, Zeta. We'll give you a lift!

- [laughing] And why would I ever

want to ride with you?

[scooter clanks] - [groans]

- Peachy. [scoffs]

I never wanna see another carpet ever again.

- Looks like they found hats of their own!

and now he's missing.

No. It's just that... well, Nazboo

can get himself into a lot of trouble.

Believe me, I've known him a long time.

- That's true.

I've never seen a Zeta without a Nazboo.

- Yeah, how did you guys meet, anyway?

- Oh! Funny you should ask.

That happens to be one of my favorite stories.

It all started when I traveled far away,

and entered Mantikhar-- the Land of Dragons.

[grunts with effort]

Leah, Shimmer, and Shine: Ooh.

- I had always heard that the Land of Dragons

was a dangerous place, but I didn't mind.

I wasn't going to leave until I found

what I was looking for. [dragons growl]

Oh, dragons! Dragons, where are you?

- Shh, they'll hear you!

- Hello, there. I am Zeta,

the most powerful sorceress in Zahramay Falls!

Now, where can I find a big, powerful dragon?

- [gasps] Shh!

Not so loud! [dragon roaring]

- Oh! [screaming]

- [snorts]

[roars]

[thud] - Whoa!

Oh, boy. Ah!

Whoa!

Ah...hello!

[laughs nervously] Hi!

Oh, ah...

- Hey, dragons.

[dragon roars and snorts]

[thuds, groans]

[potion zooms through air]

[dragon groans]

- Hah! Caught you!

- My hero!

- Dragons, allow me to introduce myself.

I'm Zeta.

The most powerful person in Zahramay Falls.

[dragons whine]

- Now, which of you dragons should I take home

to be my pet?

- [grunts rapidly]

- [croaks excitedly]

- [grunts insistently]

[dragon stomps]

- Me, pick me! Me, me, me!

[big dragons growl]

- [panting] Me!

[big dragons argue] - Silence!

What's your name, little dragon?

- Nazboo! - Nazboo,

would you like a tummy rub?

- Tummy rub? What's that?

- Here, I'll show you. - [laughing]

- Well, I'd love to take a big,

powerful dragon home with me, but...

I couldn't possibly leave poor little Nazboo

behind to be bullied by the likes of you.

Nazboo, you're coming with me.

- Woo-hoo! Oh yeah, oh yeah!

[dragon growls] - Uh...ah!

Wait, wait, wait-wait-wait!

- Good-bye, dragons.

[dragons whimper and cry]

- Let's go, Nazboo. - Whoa.

- So, I took Nazboo home with me.

- Bye-bye!

[dragons wailing]

- Whee!

- And I've been taking care of him ever since.

- You fought off all those dragons by yourself?

Wow, Zeta, you were so brave.

- Yes, yes I was.

- And so generous!

- Yes, yes, I was!

- Yeah, it almost sounds like you made it up.

- Yes! Yes, it does.

I-I mean--what? No! No it doesn't!

It sounds completely true, because it is true!

Now, where is that silly dragon?

There has got to be an easier way to find him.

- Of course! Why didn't I think of this before?

I wish Nazboo could hear me!

- Boom Zahramay! First wish of the day.

Shimmer and Shine, wish granted divine.

- Ooh, a microphone. Thanks, Shimmer.

[microphone squeals] Tummy rubs!

- Yeah, we heard all about those mean dragons.

- Mean dragons?

- And how she used her potions

to trap them! - Huh?

- She told us how all the dragons

wanted to go home with her, but she picked you!

- Huh? Really? - [nervous chuckle]

Nazboo's had a long day.

I think it's time for us to go home.

- Well, if that isn't how you guys met,

then how did you meet?

- Nazboo tell you! - [scoffs] This is silly.

You've already heard how we met.

You girls don't wanna hear the whole story again.

- But it sounds like Nazboo remembers the story differently.

- Uh-huh. Story time!

[chatters to himself]

[shimmering tones]

This the real story how Nazboo meet Zeta.

Ooh! [sniffs]

[sighs contentedly]

- Whoa-oh-oh... [screams]

[scooter crashes]

- Wow.

- Oh, so, this is Mantikahr. [chuckles nervously]

The Land of Dragons.

Well, I guess if I'm going to be

a powerful sorceress, this is the place to be.

[clears throat] Dragons?

[laughs nervously] Good little dragons?

Dragons, where are you? - Hi, friend!

- [shouts] - [grunts happily]

- Oh! Hello.

My name is Zeta. I'm the most powerful sorceress

in Zahramay Falls.

Perhaps you've heard of me?

- Nope.

- [scoffs] Anyway...

I'm looking for a big, powerful dragon.

Do you know where the dragons are?

- Nazboo dragon.

- Uh-huh. No, really.

Where are the real dragons?

You know, the big, powerful ones?

[dragons screech and roar]

- Hi!

[dragons zoom in air]

[dragon grunts happily]

- [chuckles] This should be easy!

Soon, one of these dragons will be mine,

and I'll be the most powerful person in Zahramay Falls!

Oh, here, dragon, dragon, dragon.

[thuds, dragon screeches]

- Yeah, yeah, yeah. Hello to you, too.

Dragon, from now on, you belong to me.

I command you to take me home, right now!

- Uh-uh. - What?

You won't do as I say? [chuckles]

Well, you dragons are no match

for my magic potions.

[shimmering tones]

Now you'll be my dragon forever--

[screams]

- [gasps] Zeta, Zeta!

- [screams] Get me down from here!

- Jump! Nazboo catch you!

- Jump? Are you sure you can catch me?

- Uh-huh, uh-huh!

- Okay! [screams]

[shouting] Whoa!

Whoa!

[shouting] Whoa-oh-oh! Oof.

- [chuckles] Huh? Sorry.

- Well, at least I didn't fall

all the way down there.

[branch cracks] - Uh-oh!

[both scream, thuds]

- Oh, what's the use? I'll never get

a powerful dragon as a pet.

[sobbing]

- Uh, Zeta? - What is it?

- Nazboo be friend.

- You mean you'll come back with me?

- Uh-huh.

- Are you sure you're even a dragon?

- Yeah, yeah, yeah. Tummy rub?

[giggles]

[both laugh]

- Well, I guess you'll have to do.

[engine rumbles]

- So, I go home with Zeta.

I take care of her ever since.

[animals cheer]

- So, Zeta, is that really how you guys met?

- [huffs] Maybe. - Zeta.

- Okay, fine. That's what really happened.

But just to be clear, I was never afraid

of those big dragons. Nothing scares me,

I'm the most powerful-- Ah! A dragon!

[unicorn whinnies]

- Hi!
