Okay I got all my new rocks...

and my Rock Stars Club notebook.

Wait, my Rock Stars Club notebook?!

Oh, I don't have my notebook! Anyone see my notebook?!

Squeeks!

You okay?

I can't find my notebook!

Uh, Squeeks, you're standing on it, baby.

Oh, ha, that I am.

Ah... Ah, sorry guys! I'm just so nervous.

I have this big Rock Stars Club meeting tonight!

Big meeting! Big meeting!

Well, it looks like you're all ready, Squeeks.

Yes! I am ready.

Okay, rocks, notebook, uh...

[gasping] Oh no, I'm not ready!

I'm not seeing Maggie! Where's Maggie?!

Where's Maggie?!

Oh, you mean, Maggie? The Maggie who you can't find?

That Maggie?

Okay, but one question about that Maggie

that you can't find. Who exactly is Maggie?

Maggie is the name I gave my magnifying glass.

Maggie the Magnifying Glass.

Oh, her! Maggie. Right. Yeah, Maggie.

Magnifiers are a huge part of rock collecting.

It helps me get a closer look at my rocks

and all the things that make them special.

Never fear, Squeeks!

We shall help you find your beloved

Maggie the Magnifier!

[upbeat music]

[laughing]

Oh, Maggie the Magnifying Glass!

Where are you?

I'm not seeing it!

Neither am I, Squeeks.

But please feel free to use my magnifying glass.

It doesn't have a name.

Although it looks like it could be an Irving.

Or an Anton, maybe?

Anyway, it's yours to borrow, Squeeks.

Thanks, Nature Cat. But Maggie is so important.

My dad gave Maggie to me when I was just a little mouse.

[Squeeks]: A little mouse with a big dream

of becoming a real big rock collector.

And we'd been so many places

and found so many rocks! Just the two of us.

Huh! I can see why you want your magnifying glass back, Squeeks!

I gotta find it.

I must've left Maggie behind

when I was looking for these new rocks.

Well, where did you find them?

All over the place, man!

I was looking for rocks everywhere!

The stream at Sunset Park, the rocky beach, the woods...

Hmm, if you used Maggie for all these rocks,

maybe you left Maggie where you found your last rock?

Yeah, yeah, that makes sense.

My last rock. Hmm...

Not this one. Found it last week.

This one, I found a few days ago. Oh, I know!

I know! It was this one!

Yeah, I found this light grey rock yesterday,

because the sky was light grey and I remember thinking

how cool that the sky and the rock

were the same colour!

Hmm...

Well, that sounds like a song

Chicago would've sang in the s.

Where'd you find that rock, Squeeks?

Because that's probably where Maggie is!

Well, uh, I have no idea. I mean, I was everywhere.

I-I was in my rock zone, and you know

when I'm in my rock zone,

the rest of the world just goes away.

And I know just who can help.

Hon, hon! Never fear!

Ze Rock Whisperer is here to save ze day!

Oh, yes, hello, Rock Whisperer.

Leetle rock. Won't you please tell me where Le Squeeks

found le you, because that eez where Maggie Le Magnifier eez.

Uh-huh. Uh-huh.

Oh, I see. You don't le say?

Well?

It doesn't le say anything.

It is le rock. Au revoir!

Oh, hey, did I miss anything French?

Oh! I know who can help!

Daisy, Daisy, can I use your phone?

Bup-bup-bup-bup!

Uh, excuse me, I'm looking for a Mr. Sher-rock Holmes?

Yeah, yeah, it's me. 'Ello, Squeeks.

Sher-rock Holmes! Your reputation precedes you.

I need some rock detective work, please.

Ah, so sorry, Squeeks, I'm on a job.

Rats.

But remember my motto!

The clues you seek are within the rock!

[gasps] That's right...

I gotta go. Pip-pip and cheerio!

Well, he can't help, but he said

the clues I seek are within the rock.

So, the clues to tell us where you found this rock,

are here within the rock?

I think so.

So, what do we know about this rock?

Well, to start, we know its colour.

[Hal]: We have a light greyish rock.

Hmm. Any idea where one can find

some light greyish rocks?

No, but my rock notebook knows!

Let's see, let's see... Oh, hey!

I know where I've found this light grey rock before.

Come on! Maggie, I'm coming!

And I'm bringing, uh...

Jim! No, Pablo!

I'm bringing him just in case!

Look! Look at all the light grey rocks!

[gasps] Which means Maggie

the magnifying glass is sure to be here!

[upbeat music]

Huh?

No, no, no, no, no! Water!

No... Maggie...

anywhere... around here!

Maggie, oh Maggie!

Ow! Yeow-chie! Woo!

Oh. Hi, hermit crab that's squeezing my nose.

I'm Hal, you see Maggie the Magnifying Glass anywhere?

Okay, thanks. Can you let go now?

Maggie! Where's Maggie?

Maggie!

Oh!

[grunting]

[Nature Cat]: Ah, so sorry, Squeeks.

I thought for sure

Maggie the Magnifying Glass would be here.

Look... I don't think this is where I found my rock.

See how different it is than these other light grey rocks?

[Daisy]: Yeah, even though they're same colour,

the beach rocks are much smoother.

Curious.

Sher-rock Holmes would be proud!

We're looking for clues within the rock.

Well, these clues are telling me

that they aren't the same rocks. Ooh, rats!

So, where would we find light grey, funny-shaped,

rough rocks?

Huh... Light grey, funny-shaped, rough...

Oh, here it is! Old Cracky Rock!

Old Cracky Rock! Yeah!

This does look like it might be a part

of Old Cracky Rock! Oh! Oh!

Maybe you were there, found this,

and left Maggie!

Well, I don't see why not!

Then it's settled, my pals!

Onward and yonward to Old Cracky Rock!

[upbeat music]

Okay, so the rock clues led us here!

To Old Cracky Rock!

Oh! It's just as old and cracky

and rocky as I remember-y.

Is Maggie here? Is Maggie here?

Did I leave Maggie here?! Maggie? Maggie?

Search the premises!

Searching, searching, searching...

Maggie!

Maggie!

Maggie?

Magg-- Ouch!

Whoa, hi, pincher bug that's squeezing my nose.

I'm Hal, whose nose you're squeezing.

Have you seen Maggie the Magnifying Glass anywhere?

Thanks, can you let go now?

Oh, Maggie's not here either!

But the colours look the same, and the shape is the same too.

We must be missing something.

You know what Sher-rock Holmes always says

that I always say too, too?

Look for clues within the rock!

Haha! My Milton... No, Melvin.

No, Melton! Ugh! No name works here!

Anyway, my magnifying glass shall take a closer look!

Hmm.

[Nature Cat]: Old Cracky Rock's rocks are all

light grey in colour, and the other rock

has flecks of black and greenish colour!

[Squeeks]: There actually are differences!

Which means we're in the wrong place!

[sniffling] I-I guess...

I guess I lost Maggie the Magnifying Glass

forever! [sobbing]

Man-oh-man.

I really thought we'd find some rock clues

about where you found this rock.

Me too, too, as well.

[sighing] I just gotta face facts,

ya know? I'm gonna go to my Rock Stars Club meeting

without Maggie.

I gotta get used to that, I guess.

May I see the said rock, Daisy?

Hmm, the clues we are seeking are within the rock.

There must be another clue we are not seeing.

Maybe Caldwell...

No, Jones?

Yes! Jones it is!

Maybe Jones can point out some small detail

we are missing! Go to work, Jones!

[Nature Cat]: Ah-ha! g*ng!

We did not see these details before.

Look. Small holes!

Almost like tiny bubbles made them!

Lemme see those!

Holes! I'm remembering something!

When we visited the volcano, and Houston's friend, Steve,

told us how some rocks form when volcanoes erupt.

This rock could be from a volcano,

and those little holes could be where gas escaped

when the lava cooled! Yes, yes, oh yes!

Where is it? Where is it? Ahh!

They look like those rocks!

Squeeks! Where did you find rocks with holes in them?

Vole Hill!

Onward and yonward to Vole Hill!

Yes! I remember! I was here yesterday!

For sure! For sure!

Oh, yeah!

Remember, this is a very, very old volcano

that doesn't erupt anymore!

And these were made from lava.

Look! Jones shows green and black flecks!

Tiny holes!

So, I found this rock here! And that means Maggie is here!

[upbeat music]

I don't see Maggie.

Maggie? Where's Maggie?

[gasping]

[Squeeks]: Maggie?!

Oh, Maggie!

I missed you so much, Maggie.

[cheering]

And as you can see with Maggie's help, of course,

these tiny holes are caused by escaping gas.

- Whoa! - This came from Vole Hill?

This must be a really old rock, man.

Man-oh-man!

I am so glad Squeeks found Maggie.

Me too, too!

And Jones and I as well!

[chuckling]

Wind! Glorious, gorgeous wind!

Woo!

Aw, my ears love the wind!

[laughing] I love the wind!

But one question about this wind

that my ears and I love so much...

What is it, baby?

Wind is moving air.

And it moves things like these dandelion seeds.

The wind is coming in from that way,

and blows things the other way!

Fly away, seeds!

Hi-ya! Ya-ah! Ha!

[Nature Cat]: Huh! Hee! Ha! Huh!

Ahh!

The wind is pushing back at me,

making my karate practice that much harder!

Hi-ya! Hoo-ah!

I've said it before and I will say it again,

wind is so windy on account of the wind!

Wink, wink.

[bright music]

Ooh, hey! You guys...

[sniffing] What's that smell?

Ooh!

That is one amazing scent!

[sniffing] Wait, is that me?

I am wearing a new aftershave lotion after all.

[sniffing] Nope, that's from somewhere else

and it smells so wonderful!

[sniffing] That smell?

Oh, man-oh-man! It reminds me of something!

I've smelled that smell before.

"Before" like in before, before?

Or "before" like in just before?

Before.

Got it! Glad we're on the same page, Daisy.

[sniffing] Oh, I just love this smell!

[sniffing] What does it remind me of?

Maybe a vegetable? Like something from your garden?

[sniffing] Hmm. I don't think so.

What can that smell be?

[Hal]: I can help you guess!

A triple scoop ice cream cone?

Or a double scoop ice cream cone?

Oh, or single scoop ice cream cone?

No, not any of those, Hal.

Okay, I'll keep thinking and helping.

How about we investigate

and explore the yard to find out what that smell is?

Yes! We gotta find that smell!

Let's go!

Tally-ho!

[upbeat music]

[sniffing] Hey, smell, it's me, Hal.

What are you?

Oh, Mr. Chewinsky!

Do you know what smells so great?

[squeaking] No? Okay, thanks for your help,

Mr. Chewinsky! Bye!

[sniffing]

I'm smelling something. I'm smelling something.

I'm definitely smelling something!

[gasping] Not the smell, but it is cheese!

Cheese! What, do you want me to not eat it?

It's cheese. [chuckling]

[sniffing] Ah...

My lilacs smell wonderful,

but it's not the smell.

Delicious smelling scent, where art thou?

Ah, there's nothing in the vicinity

that smells like that sweet smelling scent!

Oh, this is driving me crazy!

I know this sweet smell! What is it?

I don't know what it is,

but I do know it's not coming from anywhere around here.

But if it's not from around here,

how are we smelling it?

[sniffing]

Hey, wait a minute, here.

I may be loony...

Loony? I like loony.

...but I think the smell is coming from the wind.

[sniffing] It is!

That sweet smelling smell

is being blown in by the wind!

The wind can also blow smells?

My mind is officially blown.

Ah-ha! So the wind is the key

to solve the mystery of the sweet smelling scent!

We need to follow where the wind is blowing from,

and that will lead us to the smell.

Onward and into the windward

to follow this sweet smelling scentward!

[bright music]

[sniffing]

Thar the wind blows! Into the wind, this way!

[sniffing]

And the sweet smell is still being blown in by the wind!

Oh, what is it?! It is so familiar to me!

A firetruck? A firefly?

A fire-roasted tomato pizza?

I don't think so, Hal.

We must keep tracking the wind, team.

Dare I say we are wind trackers?!

Oh, man, I've never been a wind tracker before!

This is so fun!

Wait.

The wind is harder to feel here in the woods.

Which direction is it blowing?

I seem to have lost track.

But how? We're wind trackers!

You just said it like seconds ago.

It's okay, we can still figure out

where the wind and that sweet smell

is blowing in from.

Hey, look!

[Daisy]: The wind's blowing the leaves.

See? So the wind is coming from that way!

Let's keep tracking the wind then!

Onward and yonward!

[bright music]

Wind's still blowing right at us.

[sniffing] And still blowing in

that sweet smelling scent!

Oh, oh, oh, hey! Oh, it reminds me of...

Oh, oh, it reminds me of, mmm...

Oh! When I was a bunny!

Oh, yeah! When I was little!

What is it?!

We shall soon find out, g*ng!

We just need to keep tracking the wind.

The wind...

is like a gentle breeze now.

[Nature Cat]: How do we figure out its direction?

Okay, feeling the wind on my face.

But no, not feeling any wind.

Leaves know which way wind blows!

Maybe not.

And I can't tell either.

Where is the wind?

Yeah, I don't see any signs

like flowers blowing in one direction.

Everything is just kind of swaying back and forth.

What do we do?!

[sniffing] And I'm not really

smelling the sweet scent now.

Oh, no!

Aw, now I'll never get to the bottom of this mystery.

I'll never know why this smell reminds me

of when I was a little bunny!

Fear not, Daisy.

We are still wind trackers!

There must be a way we can track the wind.

Come to think of it, my kite was pretty good

at catching the wind and showing which direction

the wind was blowing.

Yes, yes! Where is your kite?

[sighing] It's back at the yard.

The kite kinda reminds me of a wind sock.

A whoosey whatsit?

A wind sock!

These babies.

[Daisy]: They are called windsocks,

and they are great at showing which way

the wind is blowing.

An amazing idea, Daisy. But we have not a wind sock!

Mmm. That's too bad. Yeah.

Me, I just have one of these dress socks

and this long pole. Yep, that's it.

Hal, you're a genius!

Our hiatus was so long,

I totally forgot that you call me that!

These will work to make a wind sock!

Well, great then! Intros first.

I'm Hal. This is Irwin, my sock. And I just washed him!

But there is a big hole in the end.

No, it's perfect, Hal! Big hole and all!

Yeah, there actually needs to be a hole,

and a bigger hole, so the wind can push through!

Oh, wow! Great! Three cheers for Irwin!

Irwin the Wind Sock is ready!

[Hal]: Fly Irwin the Wind Sock, fly!

Irwin's pointing in that direction.

Which means the wind's coming from that direction!

And from that direction comes the sweet smelling scent!

Onward and Irwin-ward!

[upbeat music]

Tally-ho!

Oh, Irwin the Wind Sock. You're doing a great job!

Why, thank you, Hal the dog!

Come on!

[sniffing] Man-oh-man! Do you smell that?

The sweet smelling scent is getting stronger!

You know what that means, Dais? We're getting closer!

Haha, yes!

Absolutely nothing can stop us now!

I gotta stop saying that!

Yes! How many times have we been through this, Nature Cat?

What is this? We can't get through!

Ugh! Now I'm never gonna find out what that smell is!

[Nature Cat]: What ho?

Maybe the wind can help move us over?

Oh, yeah! Remember my kite in the yard?

It lifted me up, man!

So to recap, wind can move so many things,

from my ears, to flowers, to smells,

to a kite, and not to us!

Yeah! But we would need a big kite

to lift us all over.

Oh, that's too bad.

All I have is this roll of extra strong kite string

and this huge, beautiful kite.

Yep, that's it.

[birds chirping]

Okay, wind, do your thing!

[tense music]

[gasping]

[all screaming]

[all]: Wee!

Haha! Yes! We did it!

That was awesome!

Ah! Look at my fur, all windblown.

I love you, wind! It's me, Hal, by the way!

And now we're back, baby!

Tracking the wind to find out

the mystery of the sweet smelling scent!

Oh, it's still blowing in the wind at us.

Into the wind!

It's so windy over here!

Gotcha, buddy!

Windier and windier,

and the smell is getting stronger and stronger!

And it's reminding me more and more of my childhood!

Ugh! What is it? I gotta know!

We're almost there, Daisy!

But it's getting harder!

[panting]

This is where the scent is coming from?

[gasping] Granny Bunny's House?

Yes! The sweet smelling scent

does remind me of Granny Bunny!

But why?

[sniffing]

This is the smell!

[Daisy]: Granny Bunny's carrot-berry pie!

That's the smell! That's why I knew it!

She always made this for me

when I was a little, itty-bitty bunny!

Mmm, it smells so good! Granny Bunny. Comfort. Love!

When do we eat?

Daisy?!

Granny Bunny!

You made carrot-berry pie!

Yes!

I haven't made it in such a long time!

I was just about to call you to come over!

How did you know I made it?

The sweet smelling scent of the carrot-berry pies

were blowing in the wind!

And we just followed the scent into the wind!

Time to eat!

[all cheering] Woo-hoo! Yay!

[all]: Carrot-berry pie!

Oh, yeah! Oh, yeah!

Carrot-berry pie! Oh, yeah!

[upbeat music]
