And today I'm helping my mum

By babysitting my little sister, polly.

"Goldimouse took a spoonful of cheesy porridge.

"'Ugh!' She cried.

'It's too cold!'"

- Why was the cheesy porridge cold?

- Maybe mama bear likes it cold.

- I'm going to ask mum

If she likes cold cheesy porridge.

- Polly, come back.

Mum's working; come on.

I'll read some more goldimouseto you.

[Doorbell rings]

- Hi, alice.

- Alice, did you come to play?

- Of course.

What game would you like to play, polly?

- Let's play statues.

Remember, the first one to wobble is out.

It's viki.

The grapevine dance?

I could show you how to do it.

Well, I can't come now, viki.

Mum's working,

And I'm babysitting my little sister.

- I can look after polly for a while, angelina.

- Yeah, alice can be my babysitter.

- Viki really needs my help, mum.

- And I have work to do, angelina.

I have to finish sewing those curtains

By this afternoon.

- I don't mind babysitting polly, mrs. Mouseling.

- Thank you, alice.

That's very nice of you.

You promise to be back soon, angelina?

- I'll be as quick as I can.

Let's play.

Hello, I'm angelina ballerina.

Did you know dance is a wonderful way to exercise?

Just as you warm up before exercise,

You should warm up before dance.

You have to warm your muscles so you won't get hurt.

It's best to warm up by stretching.

You can reach for your toes.

You can reach back.

Stretch that arm now.

You can even bend backward like a noodle.

And once you're all warmed up, ta-da, you're ready to dance.

- Hola,marco here,

And this is kenichi ebina from japan.

He's a great hip-hop dancer.

In this dance, kenichi tells a story

About a mannequin that comes to life.

That move is called "popping."

[Laughs]

And here's an arm wave,

Like an ocean wave moving through him,

And that's locking.

See how fast his arms move?

You can learn hip-hop by watching other dancers

And even music videos,

And then you can make your very own dance style.
