NARRATOR: 'They're every parent's worst nightmare.'

You're gonna be sorry. GIRL SCREAMS

'Kids, completely out of control...'

Give me the Kn*fe.

'..and taking over the household.'

I'm the boss.

'These families have reached the end of the rope.'

How was I to know I was gonna have three kids in two years?

'They're in desperate need of help.' Shut up, everyone!

'They only have one alternative left.

'It's time to contact Nanny .'

PHONE RINGS

Hello, this is Nanny .

'We've gathered a team of world-class nannies

'from all over the globe.

'Each week, from Nanny Central, they will watch a video

'of a family in crisis...'

GIRL SCREAMS

'..and decide which nanny is best suited to help.

'They will then have one week to take our families

'from living hell to a family bliss.'

- Give me my life back. - It's mine!

'Can these families be saved?'

I don't love you.

It's an emotional rollercoaster.

Unless you get this right, it's all gonna fall to pieces.

If you think you can do a better job, get on with it.

'Parents of America, help is on the way.'

The nanny's here.

The nanny's here!

'Tonight, Heidi and Craig Morris have a lot of work to do

'with their three selfish little ones.'

Parker, stop!

'This stay-at-home mom has had enough of all the tantrums.'

It is absolutely exhausting.

'But workaholic dad can't be bothered to help.'

He doesn't wanna hear it.

My work ethic may be more extreme than most people.

They're not just clamouring for his attention, they're begging for it.

'Can Nanny Stella get this family to work together?'

Your son is probably one of the most selfish, controlling little boys...

Oh, come on!

If you don't think there's a problem with Parker's behaviour,

you are brain-dead.

'It's taking care of business, tonight, on Nanny .'

Parker, stop!

CHILDREN CRY AND SHOUT

Stop it!

My name is Heidi Morris.

I am years old.

We have three children.

It is absolutely exhausting.

Do you think I could go upstairs

for a little while?

I'm serious. I need a break.

My name's Craig Morris.

I'm years old

and I'm in land development. I enjoy working.

Please pick me up.

I think having children is much harder than we thought.

No.

I play the mommy role and he brings the money home.

We were, like, "Oh, yeah, let's have kids,"

so we had kids, and he's, like, "Oh."

CRAIG: 'We've always wanted to have a big family.

'Initially started with five or six kids.'

PARKER CRIES 'We had Parker,'

and the numbers started dropping. PARKER WHINES

HEIDI: 'Parker, he's five. If he doesn't get his way,'

he just pitches a fit.

PARKER SHOUTS Parker...

He's extremely intense.

Na-na-na-na-na.

Parker is a terrible sharer.

PARKER WHINES

Jackson's three and a half.

If his brother's doing something, he goes right along with it.

Mommy!

One of our concerns is that Jackson will follow in Parker's steps.

HE SCREAMS Together, watch out.

'When Parker and Jackson start fighting over something,

'they start screaming at each other.

'Jackson will throw his fist.'

Jackson.

'Parker will hit him.'

We have to break it up, and Parker ultimately gets his way.

Ella is months.

She is into everything.

She's gonna be tough.

Ella sees them and she starts running around the house.

Make Ella stop this.

- Ella, stop. - That is enough!

That's not how we behave.

I don't think Craig knows how hard it is.

Right now, Craig's responsibility is to give the kids a bath every night.

What are you doing? Seriously.

Yeah, they're waiting for you.

We agreed that she would be

the stay-at-home mother. I would work, support the family.

Craig's not here that much.

- Want me to take her? - Yes, that would be wonderful.

Whatever Craig wants, he gets.

He is typically gone when I wake up and if I call him

during the day, he's busy.

CRAIG: I don't quite want to hear it.

I don't talk to him that much, and it's sad.

If you need to talk, I'm right here.

Yeah, don't worry about it.

HEIDI: 'He's always on the phone.'

Every time I pick my phone up, I can expect a glare from Heidi.

He's so not there a lot, cos he's thinking about work

and I'm sure it affects our children.

Go upstairs and work.

'If I feel like talking to him, I think,'

"Why bother even talking?"

Because I know I'm not getting his undivided attention.

If I had my way about this whole thing,

everybody else would learn how to deal with me working so much.

HEIDI: 'I am only one person.'

It's just so hard for me to do everything.

Come on, you got to do something.

I know, I just needed a five-minute break.

I think she's got it easy.

OK, whatever.

Normally, the people that are smiling all the time

aren't really happy inside.

'I think that that is somewhat true right now.

'Because it is, it's sad.'

He, um, needs to work on our relationship.

I'm bored. I'm going to work.

We have a little resentment towards each other.

'I just feel like I have to keep my chin up and it'll get better.'

There's my mask.

CRAIG: 'We don't spend a lot of alone time with each other.'

It sure was a lovely meatloaf you made tonight.

I don't know what to do.

I wake up and she's kind of balled up in the corner.

HEIDI: 'It's terrible. I cry.'

JACKSON LAUGHS

Gently, Jackson, gently.

- No! No! - Parker.

HE WAILS

So, what do you think, ladies?

It looks like dad spends

far more time

on his little computer

than with his children.

And since he spends all night on his PDA,

as far as his family is concerned, he's MIA.

It seems like we need to turn

this workaholic into a dad-aholic.

Spot on, girls.

Because of her ability to turn business into pleasure,

I'm choosing Stella for the Morris family.

Now, go and do us proud.

'As I understand it, the Morris family have some problems.

'Dad Craig is a typical workaholic,

'leaving all the real work in his life to his wife.'

No.

'And while mom Heidi desperately needs her husband,

'she does nothing about it.'

Daddy's upstairs working, sweetie.

'It certainly sounds like a most difficult week lies ahead.'

It's time to disconnect this dad from his phone

and reconnect him to his family.

DOORBELL RINGS

Hi.

- Hello, I'm Nanny Stella. - Nice to meet you.

I'm Heidi Morris.

'When I saw Nanny Stella, I was very happy.'

She's just my favourite Nanny.

Hey, guys.

Meet Nanny Stella.

Hi, guys. 'I've seen Nanny Stella'

solve a lot of issues that I've related to.

Is somebody missing?

My husband. He's at work.

OK.

'It actually caught me off-guard,'

because normally, when I do come,

they've taken time to meet and greet me.

He'll be home in a little while.

I mean, he makes the money. I mean, why not?

Basically, I'm just here to observe, so you'll see me scribbling in this.

You just have to try and pretend that I'm not here.

I think we can do that. What do you think, guys?

We'll see.

NANNY STELLA: 'The first thing I noticed is that Mom is forced

'to raise her children like a single parent.'

So, is Craig's schedule not flexible?

- No. - No?

He goes to work at, like, five o'clock in the morning.

He's just a hard worker.

Craig is a workaholic. He works a lot.

He's typically gone when I wake up

and he gets home when I go to bed.

'And straightaway, it's obvious that these children would be

'a handful even for two parents.'

Mommy needs a break.

'Especially Parker, who clearly has a problem with sharing.'

You guys go and get juice boxes right now.

'Parker didn't want Jackson to have the soda.'

He wanted to have it.

Don't squeeze it.

No, no, he didn't, he didn't.

And it's just sheer chaos over a can of soda.

No, sir, no sir. You've both had enough.

I'm really going to have to deal with the sharing issue with Parker.

No, he didn't, no, he didn't.

'I've definitely got my work cut out for me.

'And when playtime moves inside...'

JACKSON CRIES

'..the sharing tantrums move inside with it.'

Parker, will you give that to Mommy, please?

Your brother had it first.

JACKSON CRIES

PARKER SCREAMS You have one.

'His lack of sharing is so extreme.'

You can't be that territorial about your things.

You have to share.

All right, let's go.

'Nobody else can be in his tent.'

He's that territorial.

Hey, Jackson, Jackson...

'And to make matters worse,

'Heidi actually rewards Parker's selfish behaviour.'

Jackson, you're about to get in trouble,

you're about to get in trouble.

'What Heidi will do is, she will remove Jackson'

from the situation before she would address Parker's behaviour.

Jackson, I need you to get out, please.

If you do not listen, you're going to time-out.

It's just easier sometimes to remove

the other child that's trying to share with Parker

to avoid Parker having a temper tantrum.

Jackson is going to time-out right now.

Go sit in the hallway right there, mister.

'Mom is only adding fuel to Parker's fire...'

PARKER SHOUTS: Get out!

'..while sending a disturbing message to Jackson.

'And as the day drags on,

'Parker drags mom along with it.'

No, Parker. Parker.

PARKER GIGGLES

She's overwhelmed and she wants a break.

I'll count to three and you'll have to go to time-out.

'Unfortunately, when mom calls dad for a little attention of her own,

'she's sent straight to voicemail.'

I don't, I don't talk to him that much, and it's sad.

Inside, I'm, like, feeling for him.

Nanny's here and stuff, so I just wanted to make this brief.

'By midday, it's obvious that, while everyone

'in this house needs Dad around,

'Mom needs him the most.'

I am only one person and it's just so hard for me to do everything.

How many do you think that you'll eat?

She interacts with the children so much,

but nothing else gets done in the home. She never gets

to be able to prepare dinner or lunch.

Give it to me. Parker, put it on the table right now.

PARKER SHOUTS

Put it on the table. Thank you.

'And when Dad does finally show up,

'it's as if Dad's a stranger in his own house.'

- Daddy! - How are you?

Craig, meet Nanny Stella.

- Pleased to meet you. - Good to meet you.

'So, Craig came home'

and he seemed awkward.

How was your trip here?

- My trip? - Yes.

It was fine, thank you.

It didn't seem like he was just awkward with me,

it seemed like he felt awkward just being home.

I don't know what to do when I'm at home.

No, he doesn't. He's, like, waiting

for that phone to ring.

I know this is bad, but I really do need to make some calls.

In a second, after you sit down and...

Hold on a second, I'll be done,

I promise.

'But he's clearly no stranger to his cell phone.'

'He is always on the phone.'

Still waiting on those numbers...

He's so not there a lot cos he's thinking about work.

I'm, like, "Why even bother talking?"

I'm used to it.

It's almost easier if I read an email from him.

Daddy!

Hey, Craig, what are you doing?

Heidi had been with the kids all day

and she wants a break.

Do you think I could go upstairs for a little while?

I'm serious. I need a break.

When he comes home, he needs to realise Mommy is very tired.

OK, could you just say after that email?

- Yeah. - Thanks.

So, I went to him again because I so want my peace and quiet.

I'm gonna go upstairs for five minutes, OK?

Are you serious?

Just for five minutes before I start making something for them to eat.

What?

'It just goes in one ear and out the other.'

I can't believe I have to ask my husband for a break.

Right, I'm gonna go upstairs.

'There is not a support system,'

as far as Craig supporting his wife.

It's a huge problem.

All right, dinner is almost ready, guys. Come on.

'And at dinnertime,

'I see exactly how disconnected Dad is from his family.'

Daddy usually stands back here and eats cereal.

I did notice that Craig had some very interesting dinner habits.

He stands in the kitchen with a bowl of cereal

while the kids and Heidi are sitting at the table.

Just sit down with us at least.

I was going a little stir-crazy after being there

for longer than I usually am.

'I don't think Craig knows how hard it is.'

He doesn't realise it.

Usually, they've eaten by the time I've gotten home.

It's obvious Dad works very long hours,

but as far as his work ethic with his family... it sucks.

'I've seen enough.

'It is definitely time to sit these parents down for a serious talk.'

Hey, guys, do you have a minute?

- Sure. - Sit down.

'Nanny came and sat us down'

and I was kind of, like, "Uh-oh."

This was very refreshing to come to an environment

where there was already a lot of things in place,

but...

There's always a but.

You are obviously full of very good intentions,

but you didn't stay consistent.

Jackson's going to time-out right now.

Go sit in the hallway right there, mister.

'I feel like I'm a really conscientious mom'

and I'm just amazed that I didn't pick that up.

The lack of sharing with Parker is, to me, horrific.

JACKSON CRIES

PARKER SHOUTS You have one. Is this yours?

And I will tell you,

your -month-old shares better than Parker.

CRAIG: 'With regards to sharing, Parker will usually get his way.'

Parker and I are a lot alike like that.

Dad, you obviously work very, very hard - no question.

Do you think I could go upstairs for a little while?

I'm serious. I need a break.

Your "work" work ethic is great, but in my opinion,

your family work ethic is lacking.

It's actually quite shoddy.

Nanny said that Craig had a shoddy family ethic, which is true,

and I think it was an eye-opener experience for him.

He was definitely surprised.

I've got to work, and it's long hours.

And believe me, if I say anything that you don't agree with,

I'm the first to want to hear it.

'I will have a big problem if one of the recommendations'

is for me not to work as much.

'I'm not gonna change that.'

I think she is very observant.

She nailed a couple of things on the head.

I'm anxious to hear the solutions.

Well, that's what I have to go off and do now.

'I think I'm extremely hard-headed,'

and if it's not something that I agree with, I will shut down.

I think we get to hash it out.

I've definitely got my work cut out for me with Craig.

Good night.

I didn't know if I was looking forward to the next day or not.

NANNY STELLA: 'After a day of observation,

'the problems in the Morris house are clear.

'Dad needs to spend more time with his family.

'So, today, I'm giving the family their own set of rules.'

Good morning.

Say hi.

I think Heidi is beyond excited for Nanny

and they're probably gonna team up on me a little bit.

OK, are you all ready for this?

Cos this is very important.

These are your rules.

And my first rule is, meals are to be eaten at the table.

Just sit down with us at least.

Hey, Mommy, you want to come look at your son?

Rule number two.

Everybody shares.

We know that sharing is a big issue.

JACKSON SHOUTS

HEIDI: Parker and Jackson do not share well.

Mommy needs to get on top of that.

I have one thing in here, which is my trusty timer.

This is my sharing timer.

Especially with Parker, we're going to set the timer for one minute,

and for one minute, he is going to be expected to share.

It is going to be so much easier if he realises that he needs to share.

It doesn't matter what the behaviour is,

it's a bad behaviour. PHONE RINGS

- I'm turning it off. HEIDI: - You are.

You're gonna do more than turn it off, let me tell you.

The best is yet to come, sir.

I feel out of control when I don't have a phone on.

Rule number three.

Family time means "family time".

It's not talking to people on the cell phone.

Do you think I could go upstairs for a little while?

I'm serious. I need a break.

'I am so happy that that is a rule'

because he is always on the phone.

Then, under here, is something very special.

This is the happy home.

Do you see that?

Daddy is going to take his PDA and his cell phone

and he's going to put them

into the house and he's going to put the roof on.

I have always worked long hours. I always will work long hours.

Nothing will change that.

Consequently, he's going to have four happy family members.

The house conveniently didn't have my photo on it.

'This is my first opportunity to work with the Morrises.'

PHONE RINGS

'Unfortunately, with the going about to get tough,

'Dad's phone rings and he has to get going.

'And since Mom is so overwhelmed,

'we'll be taking it slow,

'starting with cleaning the children's rooms.'

OK, let's go to the boys' room.

Parker, what I would like you to do, put your shoes in the top cupboard.

'The kids got on board right away.'

Good job.

'And as the chores got under way,

'I quickly realised the reason Mom can't get anything done...'

There you go. Good job. Give me five.

'..because the baby is attached to her hip.

'So, I'm bringing her a playpen.'

For five or ten minutes, just put Ella in the playpen

with some books, some cuddly toys, something she can play with,

but that leaves your hands free to do the chores.

HEIDI: 'I got so much stuff done with her sitting in there.

'Yeah, it was just great, it was amazing.

'Nanny Stella coming in'

made it possible for me to do it.

She has been so great.

NANNY STELLA: 'Now that things are getting done in the house,

'it's time to get onto the bigger problems,

'starting with Parker's sharing issues.'

'And when he begins hiding his toys, it's time to step in.'

Parker, can you take those back out, please, and let them play with them?

There is a little box of toys in the hall closet

that he's just collected, and he decided to put them back

cos he saw interest in his little brother and sister.

They're not, they're everybody's, right.

They're not everybody's.

No, I'm playing with them.

Stella decided she wasn't gonna let Parker control the whole house.

Now you're done with them, we're gonna play

with them. Thank you.

Yeah, we are.

Parker freaked out.

'He didn't want to play with it,'

but he didn't want anybody else to play with it.

What's your solution to the problem?

All right, if you act like this and you don't wanna share,

you're gonna go sit in time-out. HE SHOUTS

She's taken everything out.

And that's fine.

Nanny Stella told us that you're gonna be sharing now.

PARKER SHOUTS AND CRIES

She negotiates with Parker all the time.

Sometimes, you just have to say to your children,

"No, that's it, just because I said so."

PARKER SHOUTS AND CRIES You have to get down to his level,

get his eye contact and explain to him what's going on.

I know you collected them but you need to share, you need to share.

Uh, OK, this is not working. I give up.

How do you reason with that?

NANNY STELLA: 'Sometimes, things that you go through seem traumatic.

'If you give in,'

that trauma becomes greater at a later date.

If you go through the moment, if you work through it,

the next time, it gets easier and easier.

Go get the timer, go get it.

I can't reach it.

Mommy will get it for you.

'I actually had an opportunity to show them'

how I would go about getting him to share.

We are sharing right now.

But I'm willing to share with you on time.

So, I'm willing to have a turn and then you can have a turn.

So, what you want to do?

OK, and then, I'm gonna give you the game.

You're gonna come and play for a little while with these four boxes,

and then you're gonna give them back to me again.

OK, two minutes.

'She got out the little timer'

and they were all sitting there playing

and it was not that big of a deal, eventually, at the very end,

and he was just OK with it, and it just made me so happy.

I'm amazed.

'Parker doesn't have the monopoly on being selfish.'

Dad does not share parental responsibility

when he gets through the door.

Nanny Stella coming in has given me hope.

NANNY STELLA: 'However, all hope appears dashed

'when Craig once again comes home hours late from work.

Is that nice that Daddy's home?

Go in there and ask him to do something with you.

I'm not used to spending time at home focused on the family.

It's a long time to be inaccessible to work.

Go play with Daddy. Daddy is down here.

He wants to play with you.

NANNY STELLA: 'Unfortunately, Dad's idea of playing with his children

'consists of sitting them down in front of the TV.'

- Please, please. - Go play.

'And to make matters worse,

'when his boys cry out for attention,

'Dad just turns his back on them, literally...'

'..ignoring even his wife.'

He comes home and he is attached to his cell phone and his PDA.

Daddy!

That's marvellous.

'And he will walk out into the garden

'and the kids will want to talk to him and he pushes them away.'

Daddy.

That's very sad.

Obviously those things aren't ordered.

Is that going to hold up the kerb?

It can't be that hard for him to put that phone away.

ELLA CRIES

She wants to be outside.

She saw her daddy.

'There's one point where Ella's crying at the door

'to be with her dad,

'and he's sitting outside on his PDA.'

ELLA CRIES

'He can't give her the time then.

'He doesn't want to.'

HEIDI: Him being outside and talking on the phone, with his kids

at the window crying for him, is heart-breaking.

You wanna play outside with your daddy, is that it?

Yeah, that's it.

'I really believe that she wants

'to challenge her husband, but she doesn't.'

He's missing out, he really is.

He's missing out on his kids

and he's missing out on having a relationship with his wife.

'And after Dad has missed out

'on yet another family dinner,

'I see just how low Craig has sunk, as both a father

'and a husband.'

Craig doesn't really ask me how my day is

because he can see it in my face

and I'm exhausted.

By the way, happy anniversary.

NANNY STELLA: 'For Heidi and I, it's a very sad anniversary indeed.'

I cannot take it very much longer.

You could have stopped at the grocery store

on the way home for flowers.

Yeah.

It's totally unacceptable.

You're really gonna do this, aren't you?

We don't spend alone time with each other, even on holidays

or birthdays, whatnot,

and I don't feel guilty about it.

I think Heidi's feelings have been suppressed for a very long time,

and it's time she did something about it.

'So, the following day, I decided to sit Mom down

'to get her true feelings out in the open.'

It's this. People can only do to you what you allow them to do.

If something was bothering me, I keep it inside

because I just think sometimes it's easier that way.

I want you to be able to talk to your husband

and stand up to your husband,

and you won't do that with your five-year-old son.

I know.

More importantly, he can't treat you that way.

I know.

Suddenly, she started to get upset and she started to cry.

'I've kind of thrown my hands up and I'm, like,

' "OK, this isn't working," '

so I'm looking for help.

Do you know what I honestly see?

I see very similar symptoms with Parker.

His father can't relinquish his PDA

and Parker can't relinquish anything else.

It's a learned behaviour, Heidi.

'I really believe that she wants to challenge her husband'

over his lack of commitment to their family

and I think that's why she called Nanny .

'Since Heidi is too scared to stand up for herself

'and for her children,

'Craig is going to find a much braver face waiting for him

'after work tonight - mine.

'Unfortunately, I've gotten to the point

'where I really have to talk to Craig'

because the priority in his life is still work.

So, these happy faces have any significance for you?

- It's what I work for. - It is?

Yeah. 'Nanny and myself had

'a nice little exchange in the foyer.'

Yeah, we were both clearly at opposite sides of this thing.

I haven't worked this hard just to stop working.

I'm not asking you to stop working.

I'm asking you to reallocate its timeslot.

If I wanna succeed, I have to go the extra mile,

I may have to work.

'The reason I work so much is to succeed.'

I'd be happy to quit work and we can move into a trailer park.

That's where you confuse me, Craig,

because you say you have to to succeed at what you want.

Well, there's a bigger picture and it includes your family.

And if I had my way about it,

a lot of people would learn to deal with how I work.

He wants us to be able to just deal with him working all the time

and it will not work that way,

because I cannot take it very much longer.

Do you think that's a little selfish?

You know, I've admitted that I'm a little selfish.

I was very interested to hear Nanny's response...

That's maybe why your five-year-old son can't share with his siblings.

..and I'm so glad she didn't back down.

It's affecting your children's behaviour, and honestly,

if you don't think there's a problem with Parker's behaviour,

you are brain-dead.

Let's not turn this into "Daddy's a bad example."

That's marvellous.

Daddy.

If your idea of a good example

is your children clamouring for your attention

and you pushing them away

while you talk on your cell phone,

you need to step back and refresh your attitude.

Have I ever been any different?

Have I ever had less of a work ethic?

It's increasingly gotten worse, yes.

You know, I still think

that my wife and my family have come to expect certain things

and, you know, I'm the one who's got to provide it

and I'm not going to change that.

You know what? I've made my point.

It's about what you think.

And right now, no matter what I say

or what I do, you are in control of this.

If you're up to the challenge, you're up to it,

and if you're not, you're not. - And I don't know if I am.

If he's really not into it, it's not going to work.

I have a lot of challenges

and I set myself up to accomplish a lot of things.

I don't know if that's on my list.

'I think Heidi certainly feels'

that I put work before family.

Well, all I can say to you is, thanks for the honesty,

but I don't like the answer.

'My eyes have been opened. It's sad.

'He...um... He needs to work on our relationship and inside,'

I'm, like, feeling for him.

But I just feel like I have to keep my chin up and it'll get better.

I think, you know, at the end of the conversation,

I realised that I love my family to death,

that I would do anything for them, and I've got to change.

This is rough.

What?

I guess I just don't like knowing that I can't communicate with you.

I think I've said numerous times during this thing

that I'm very selfish. - Yeah.

Affecting us, obviously.

I don't know how we're gonna come to a compromise.

I mean, there's not a whole lot I can say.

NANNY STELLA: 'I think Heidi's feelings have been suppressed'

for a very long time

and it's going to take her a little longer to let them surface.

I said I'd make a commitment to try, and I will.

'I was pleased to see Craig and Heidi taking steps

'towards better communication,

'then Parker helped his dad make a giant leap.'

Do you know what you didn't do, Daddy?

- What's that, bud? - You didn't put your phone in here.

You wanna go get it?

Maybe Dad will let you put it in for him.

Oh, yes.

'My phone will see the inside of that house that Nanny gave me.'

Oh, my goodness!

- Awesome. - Oh, that's cool.

One of my requests of Craig is that he and Parker need to have

Dad and Parker time.

How you doing, bud?

- Good. - Huh?

You want Daddy to stay at home more?

You like that?

You like me staying at home without my phone?

Will you practise sharing more?

If you practise sharing, I'll turn my phone off.

That work?

That was so nice to hear, that they're willing to both try.

You know how much I love you?

How much?

It makes me feel very happy that Dad and Parker are bonding.

That makes this whole process worthwhile.

CRAIG: It was eye-opening because I think

Parker is probably more like I am than I thought.

'After Dad's heart-to-heart with Parker,

'my last few days in Georgia were a joy.'

You want to do the race cars first?

- Yeah. - All right.

'Craig continued sharing his time with his firstborn.'

Awesome, buddy, look at that.

'And as a result, Parker began sharing his toys with his siblings.'

That was nice, Parker.

'Mom, Jackson and Ella have stopped walking on eggshells

'and the tantrums have become a thing of the past.'

Thank you, Parker.

'And most importantly,

'Dad's finally putting his work down when he gets home

'and his relationships with his wife

'and children are improving by the day.

'The Morrises are finally enjoying dinner at the table together,

'and evenings now truly are a family time for everyone.'

Ketchup, please.

'But there is still a loose end we must tie up before I say goodbye -

'Mom exerting her authority as a parent.'

We need to get on the floor with these and we're gonna sit down

and we're gonna share them.

Before the progression with the children came about,

it had to start with Heidi and Craig.

I already told you, first of all, not to sit on the table, didn't I?

Because I don't want Ella up here.

And what is she doing?

- Is she up here? Yeah. - Yeah.

So, everybody get down.

Parker has definitely changed this week.

'He just needs to be directed and taught how to do these things.'

Look at Parker sharing!

There we go.

Kids just need to be told what to do,

and I think that I just overlooked a couple of things.

Look what I found.

This is fun, playing with all our toys, isn't it?

'Heidi has made some major improvements.'

She's definitely had success in her parenting situations.

You guys are getting along so well. I'm so proud of you.

'Now that Mom has shown the children that she's in charge,

'my work with the Morrises is done,

'and all that's left to do is say goodbye.'

- Hey, guys. - Hi.

- It's Nanny Stella. - How are you?

- Good, how are you? - I'm good.

Hi.

So, this is it, final day.

I have something for you guys.

This is sort of, obviously, after Nanny's left and you think

that you have any questions, you should look it up in here,

because, hopefully, all the answers are in here.

So, this is from me to you guys.

- Thank you. - Thank you. Look.

This was certainly one of the most interesting experiences I've had.

Nanny has affected our family in a great way.

It's just made us stronger.

I think the week's gone really, really well.

I think there were obviously times

where it was very difficult,

but the effort that you have made has made me very, very happy.

They have worked very hard

and they have come a long way in a short space of time.

And I honestly do believe that, if you keep

making that effort, that you will see

an improvement,

but that's up to you guys once I leave.

Nanny definitely helped me

realise that I am a little bit too passive

and I need to deal with things

instead of sweeping them under the rug.

I need to figure out the source of the problem.

I have some things for you guys before I leave.

The first thing that I want to give you would have to be...

..the house. What does the house have

in it, Parker?

Mommy and Daddy.

Was Daddy a bit concerned before

cos there was no smiley face for Daddy?

Cos now we have a happy home

because this lives in here when Daddy's not working.

So, I wanted you to know that you really did make a happy home.

'I think that I've made a big change in the last couple of days,

'just little things,'

and the house was a nice change.

I've complained several times that my picture wasn't on it.

I think the representation is well taken.

And I have some other things,

some little toys for you guys for your quality time as a family.

'My leaving gift was things for them to interact as a family,

'to get out in the outdoors,'

enjoy each other, have a good time.

All right, guys, I'm gonna say goodbye.

BOYS: Bye.

Bye.

I definitely feel that, with the Morris family,

I have a sense of accomplishment and pride.

What I asked them to do, they did, and it worked.

Thank you.

Oh, you're very welcome.

'It was tough to say goodbye to Nanny.'

She was such a godsend, she really was.

She was a little angel that came in and helped our little family.

See you guys later.

I wouldn't change this experience for the world.

'My hope for the Morris family is simple.

'Just keep up the good work,

'really stick at it together as a family.

'A family that plays together stays together,

'and that's what I would love to see -

'a happy home.'

Let's go see the puppets.

Let's have a nice puppet show.

OK, Mr Frog, what do you wanna say?

Mr Frog is... Wait a minute. SQUEALING

Who else is in there?

Who are you?

Mr Tiger, I have a question for you.

Can you share today?

Go see the puppets, Ella.

Aw.

LAUGHTER

Go see the frog.
