that you're interested in?

I'm a man of my word, so,

I'd like you guys to meet the newest

I promised her a desk here
if she brought in an offer on Franklin,

and she just got into escrow with us.

-[Chrishell] Well done!
-Good job.

I wanna bring more offers to the O Group.
And, unfortunately, this wasn't the one.

But I just hope
Chelsea's not gonna bring any negativity,

because it's always great
to have a new… more people, new girls,

but only if they're not gonna
bring any drama.

-Chelsea, welcome to the O Group.
-[Chelsea] Thanks, lovely.

Good luck. You're going to need that.

[all laugh]

[laughs]

Chelsea has really brought her A-game.

I think she's gonna be an amazing addition
to the Oppenheim Group,

but there's only
so many seats at the office.

So, we're gonna have to take a look
at who's not pulling their weight.
