Violent two-man smash-and-grab
turned double homicide.

The first victim had sustained
a pretty heavy b*ating

even before I pulled up.

I ID'd him as the owner, George Burton.

He d*ed from a skull fracture
after one of the offenders smashed

his head on the counter.

The second victim, Corey Westbrooke,

d*ed from a GSW to the neck.

Both the offenders fled
out the back in all black.

Patrol back there said
they found a witness

that saw the offenders fleeing.

Black Jeep, no plates. BOLO's out.

There any cameras inside?

Yeah, there was cameras in there.

But the offender smashed them out.

Sarge, I know this here's
a robbery-homicide,

but we gotta take this.
