-I wonder if I'll find a surprise over here.

Who wants to see a magic trick?

the famous Floating Stick Trick.

This'll make fetch a lot more interesting!

I never tried that trick before, but guess what?

I got it right on the first try!

-Oh, I read about it in a book of magic tricks.

to fly around.

-The Swoop-a-rino!

-Now that is surprising!

-Mmm, uh, it flies?

-Mm-hmm, it sure does!

Now who wants to give it a try?

-Okay, Donkey, hop on in there.

-How does the Swoop-a-rino fly?

-Yeah?

-Well, it's very simple.

You just sit on it and hold on to the handle bars,

like Donkey's doing here.

Good job, Donkey.

And then once you're balanced,

the Swoop-a-rino will start rolling.

And then, before you know it, you're flying.

-Okay, ready for takeoff!

-Hm?

-Whoa, whoa!

-There you go. -[ Laughs ]

-Keep your balance!

Yeah!

Oh, yeah!

[ Laughs ] This is hee-hawesome!

-Go, Donkey, go!

-You're flying! You're really flying!

So why couldn't I fly on the Swoop-a-rino?

D'aww, I don't get it. How'd you both ride that thing?

-We just stayed balanced.

-Yeah, you know, like the way you balance on a bicycle.

I didn't know you had to balance.

-Oh, so all I have to do is balance, huh?

you can learn from a book.

I think the only way to learn how to balance

is by trying it over and over.

Well, that sounds really hard.

-I know.

-But if you really want to ride the Swoop-a-rino --

-Then they only way to get through it...

is to do it.

a lot of choices in an adventure.

-Okay. In order to find the Jelly Beans of Mystery,

-Oh. -Which do you choose?

-Oh, well, let's see.

No, I think I would rather wiggle down Pine Tree Path.

Maybe this hero has her faithful sidekick named

-Oh, well, I always sniff out my choices when I make a decision.

-Oh, well, it helps me think about what smells best to me,

and then that's the one I choose!

-Hmm. -Excuse me.

-Well, because this path smells like a whole bouquet

of sweet-smelling flowers!

-Hmm. Hey, yeah!

The Flowery Way does smell like flowers!

That's a great reason to choose it!

In order to find the Jelly Beans of Mystery

you have to dance your way there with either a mouse...

-Squeak! -...or a bird.

No, I don't know if I can choose.

-Oh, yeah, you can, Duck Duck.

Uh, kay kay, I'll, uh -- I'll give it a try.

Oh, maybe I can sniff out the choices like Bob Dog did

and think about which one smells best to me.

Aw, Donkey, this is one fun adventure!

about what's good and bad about each book.

because they're so fun and exciting.

So I read them.

which is good for me, but, uh, hm,

I don't like blueberry flavor, which is bad for me, so, uh,

Yellow is the color of sunshine and Donkey Hodie.

That's good for me but, uh --

Oh, yellow could be lemon or pineapple.
