[laughs] Hey, everybody!
It's me, Mickey Mouse.

Say, you wanna come inside my clubhouse?

Well, all right! Let's go!

[loon howls]

[laughs] I almost forgot.

To make the clubhouse appear,

we get to say the magic words.

Meeska, Mooska, Mickey Mouse!

Say it with me.

Meeska, Mooska, Mickey Mouse!

[cheerful music playing]

That's me!

♪ It's the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse ♪

[announcer] Roll call.

-Donald!
-Present.

-[announcer] Daisy!

-[announcer] Pluto!
-[barks]

-[announcer] Minnie!

-[announcer] Mickey!

[Mickey] It's the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
[laughs]

Mickey's Mystery.

[bell rings]

Oh, hiya, everybody.

[barks, pants]

Pluto and I sure are glad to see you,

because today we're looking at maps.

Maps show us how to get to fun
and exciting places

we've never been to.

[Von Drake]
Uh, pardon us, Mickey the Mouse.

Come, come, everyone,
and follow Ludwig to the Mousekedoer.

Professor, what's so important?

Could you tell us now?
Don't keep us in suspenders.

You mean suspense.

That's what I said, suspenders.

Oh, brother.

Well, hiya, Professor Von Drake.

Say, what's all the excitement about?

I, Professor Ludwig Von Drake,

have made an amazing discovery is what.

Now, as every kid in the world knows,

I have launched a clubhouse satellite
into outer space

to take pictures of interesting things

down here on the Earth. Like this.

[Goofy] Gosh, what is it?

[Von Drake]
Why, that's a building in a rainforest.

[Daisy] Look how it's shaped.

[Mickey] Gosh. It looks like me.

Aw, phooey. It's always Mickey Mouse.

Hmm, looking at the picture
scientifically,

we can see that this building
has been there for a very long time.

How'd it get there?

Why was it built?

And what's it doing
in the middle of the rainforest?

Just sitting there. [laughs]

I don't know. No, it's a mystery.

Ooh, I love a mystery.

I think we ought to go
to the Hidden Rainforest,

find that building,
and figure out what it is.

But we're gonna need help.

Would you help us
solve this mysterious mystery?

[chuckles] Swell.
Let's go get our Mouseketools.

Mouseke hi, Mouseke ho ♪

♪ Mouseke ready
Mouseke set, here we go! ♪

♪ You're a thinking and a solving
Work-it-througher ♪

[bell ringing]

Oh, Toodles it's time to get to it!
[laughs]

Show us the Mouseketools to help us do it!

Meeska, Mooska, Mousekedoer!

Mouseketools, Mouseketools, Mouseketools!

♪ Here are your Mouseketools ♪

[Mickey] Oh, wow!

Instead of Mouseketools,
we got something different.

[Von Drake] That's right.

These pictures, called pictograms,
are clues.

Each one is giving us a clue
to the kind of Mouseketools

we're gonna need to help us.

[Mickey] Let's see,
we have a picture of an ear...

[Minnie] [sing-song]
A picture of a musical note

[Daisy] A picture of a heart. How sweet.

[Mickey] And the Mystery Mouseketool.

That's a surprise tool
that can help us later.

♪ Toodles has the tools
The Mouseketools ♪

♪ So when we need them
Toodles will bring them ♪

He's here for me-dles and you-dles!
[laughs]

And all we have to say is, "Oh, Toodles"!

All we have to say is, "Oh, Toodles"!

[ringing]

Oh, goody-goody.

Picture clues for Mouseketools. I love it.

Well, kids, if we're gonna solve
a mystery this mysterious,

we're gonna need a special kind
of adventurer.

[engine loudly revving]

One who's brave and...

Oh, for crying out loud,
who's making all that racket?

[engine loudly revving]

Oh, boy. It's Kansas City Mickey.

[chorus] ♪ Kansas City Mickey
Kansas City Mickey ♪

♪ He'll go down in history ♪

♪ If there's adventure
He'll be there ♪

♪ For a mystery
He'd go anywhere ♪

♪ He's a hero who always
Plays fair and square ♪

That's me!

Now, check out
the Scrambler's control panel, would you?

You are seeing a map
that's going to show you the way

to the mouse-eared mystery.

First you going to go up Snowy Peak Pass,

all the way past Wallawater Falls.

Then you gonna go
into the Hidden Rainforest

and through Rocky Gulch
to Echo-Echo Canyon-Canyon.

And next to that lies

the mouse-eared mystery.

Thanks, Professor.
We've got everything we need.

Now, it's adventure time.

[laughs] Oh, that Kansas City Mickey.

Quite a guy that is.

[Mickey] Bundle up, everybody.
We're hitting the slopes.

[shivering] Oh, I had no idea
it would be so cold.

Look at all the snow.
Did the Scrambler come with snow tires?

Even better.

Now, we take Snowy Peak Pass

all the way to the Hidden Rainforest.

But first, we have to pass
Wallawater Falls.

[giggles]

Oh, my. What are those creatures,
Kansas City Mickey?

Yeti.

What-y?

[chuckles] Yeti are mysterious creatures
that live in the high mountains.

They're rarely ever seen.

Wish we weren't seeing them now.

We got to tell them
to move out of the way.

But the waterfall is so loud.

How are they ever going to hear us?

With a Mouseketool.

Everybody say,

[sing-song] "Oh, Toodles."

[sing-song] Oh, Toodles.

[bell rings]

Whoo!

[Mickey]
Let's see, we have pictures of an ear,

a musical note, a heart,

and the Mystery Mouseketool.

[Minnie] We need to figure out
which picture might have a tool

that will help the yeti hear us.

[Mickey]
Well, I think we should pick the ear,

because that's what you hear with.

Toodles, what's behind the ear?

A microphone.

Just what we need
to make our voices louder

so the yeti can hear us.

We got ears. Say, "cheers!"

Testing. Testing.

[microphone squeaks]

[laughs] It works.

Come on, help us get past the yeti.

When you see them in our way,
call out, "Move over, please."

Here we go.

Move over, please.

[Daisy] Oh, my, how are we going
to get past the snowman?

Uh, move over, please.

I can't believe that worked.

Yippee! We made it.

-[Mickey] Hot dog!
-[Minnie] Hooray!

-[Donald] Yeah!
-[Pluto barks]

[Daisy] Oh, goody-goody.

Now, it's on to the Hidden Rainforest.

Here we are. The Hidden Rainforest.

Ooh. [grunts]

Moo-ta.

Whoa!

What is that?

Moo-ta.

[Goofy] Gosh. It's Jungle-Gal Clarabelle.

The cow that time forgot.

Vam-moo. Vam-moo.

She wants us to "vam-moo."

Which I guess means, "go away."

If only we could speak her language.

How can we tell her
we'd like to be friends?

Maybe a Mouseketool can help us.

Everybody say,

[sing-song] "Oh, Toodles!"

[all] [sing-song] Oh, Toodles!

[Toodles]
Welcome to the jungle!

[Mickey] We have pictures
of a musical note and a heart.

Which picture could be a clue
for a Mouseketool

that'll show the jungle gal we're friends?

[Daisy] Well, what does a heart mean?

Yep, it can mean friendship and love.

[Mickey] Let's take a look at it.

Toodles, what's behind the heart?

[Minnie] Oh. It's a lovely card
and a bouquet of flowers.

Perfect. [giggles]

We got ears. Say, "Cheers."

Um, here you go, ma'am.
[chuckling nervously]

I mean, Jungle-Gal Clarabelle.
[chuckles]

Mmm.

Mmm.

Moo-lee. Moo-lee.

That's right. "Moo-lee."

We're friends. Can you say friends?

[stammering]

Moo!

Well, that's good enough for me.

Moo-goo! Moo-goo!

Thanks, Jungle-Gal Clarabelle.

Moo-tai.

[all] Moo-tai.

Now, let's head for the Rocky Gulch.

Kansas City Mickey,
how can we get around those big stones?

Hmm, I'm not sure.

Let's call Professor Von Drake.

Professor, we've reached the Rocky Gulch

but there are big stones in our way.

Ah, well, I was only
just reading about those.

They're known as the Dancing Stones.

On account of because
they will rise off the ground

and dance in the air
to the sound of music.

Then all you got to do
is drive under them.

So come on, make with
some music already, man.

Professor Von Drake, over and out.

Well, how can we make music?

We don't have any musical instruments.

No, but we've got Mouseketools.

[sing-song] Oh, Toodles!

Here's Toodles!

[Mickey] Hmm. We have a picture
of a musical note and...

[Minnie] We need music,
so let's pick the musical note.

[Mickey] You got it, Min.

Hey, Toodles, what's behind
the musical note?

-[Toodles] A tuba.
-[tuba sounds]

[Mickey] We got ears. Say, "Cheers."

I'll show you how it's done.

And a one, and a two...

[playing low tones]

[tuba continues playing melody]

We made it through the gulch.

Good oompahs, Donald.

[deep inhale]

[loud blast]

[chuckles] I did it.

[groans]

[giggles]
Looks like Donald's all tuba'd out.

[makes wah-wah sound]

Now, let's go find
Echo-Echo Canyon-Canyon.

[tires screech]

[tire screech echoes]

You hear that? This must be
Echo-Echo Canyon-Canyon.

I love echoes. When you make a loud sound,

it bounces back so you hear it again.

Oh, I got to try this.

[inhales]

Ya-hooey!

[echoing] Ya-hooey!

Oh, boy.

[echoing] Oh, boy.

My turn. Donald Duck.

-[no echo]
-[crickets chirping]

Donald Duck!

[crickets chirping]

[yelling] Donald Duck!

Ah, come on, Donald. Let's go.

Phooey.

[echoing] Donald Duck. Phooey.

[quacking angrily]

We're here. The mouse-eared mystery.

Come on, everybody.

[Daisy] [gasps]
It's even more mysterious in person.

Oh, my. It's too dark in there.
We can't see.

Oh, I think we need a Mouseketool
to give us some light.

Everybody say,

[sing-song] "Oh, Toodles!"

[sing-song] Oh, Toodles!

[bell rings]

Kansas City Mickey, I presume?

[Mickey] All we have left
is the Mystery Mouseketool.

Everybody say, "Mystery Mouseketool."

[all] Mystery Mouseketool.

[Mickey]
And today's Mystery Mouseketool is...

A miner's helmet. Just what we need.

We picked all our Mouseketools.
Say, "Super cheers."

Wow!

[Donald] Mickey.

Mickey. Mickey...

over here.

[Minnie]
Oh, look, Donald found a light switch.

[Goofy] Golly-gee-gosh-a-willikers.

This place sure has lots of elbow room.

Hey, it's gold!

Donald's right. The floor is gold!

Take a look at this. More pictures.

I recognize some of these.

Here's the heart, the ear,
and the musical note.

And this is...

the number two.

And, gosh, this first picture is me.

What does it all mean?

It's some kind of message.

Come on, let's figure it out together.

This picture is...

me, right. "Mickey."

And the heart means...

love.

And here's the number two.

So far, the message says,

"Mickey loves to..."

Now, this is the ear. What do ears do?

Right. They hear.

So, now the message says,

"Mickey loves to hear..."

What's this?

Music.

So, the message says,

"Mickey loves to hear music."

Mickey loves to hear music!

[bells dinging]

Whoa! This can't be goody-good.

[rumbling]

[all chattering nervously]

[all screaming]

Okay, adventurers, when we reach the door,

jump when I say "Jump."

Jump!

[all] Whee!

Kansas City Mickey,

what is going on
with the mouse-eared mystery?

I think I figured it out.

Those ears up there...

are really speakers.

And the round gold floor is a record,

which makes the whole place
a big, old record player.

A record player? What's that?

It's an ancient machine.

A long, long time ago,
folks used to play music on them.

[music starts]

And I bet the mouse-eared mystery

uses Echo-Echo Canyon-Canyon
to repeat the music.

[music continues]

[music echoing]

♪ Oh, the Echo-Echo
Song-Song ♪

♪ Is very-very nice-nice ♪

[echoing]
♪ Very-very nice-nice ♪

♪ You'll love it so
You'll love it so

♪ You'll want to hear it twice-twice ♪

[echoing]

♪ So don't sit still, get on your feet ♪

♪ Start dancing to it then ♪

Amazing!

Uh-huh.

And it took someone really amazing

to solve the mouse-eared mystery.

[engine revving loudly]

[tires screeching]
