Alex, dude, primo day for your first lesson.

(Chuckling)

First, we'll learn the basics.

We can't climb back up safely and there's no way you can board the rest of the way down.

We're stuck.

What can we do?

Let's see if ryder and the paw patrol are up for a Mountain visit.

(Beeping)

(Beeping)

Ryder, dude!

Hey, Jake.

The pups and I were just going to come up and see you.

Cool, 'cause I was calling to invite you up for a little Mountain rescue.

Rescue?

What happened?

Alex and I got kind of stuck.

We could use a visit and some help from the paw patrol.

We're on it, Jake.

(Chuckling nervously)

No job is too big, no pup is too small.

Hurray!

(Beeping)

Ryder: Paw patrol to the lookout!

All: Ryder needs us!

I'm coming.

If I could just make this snowboard go.

(Grunting)

I'm stuck.

(Grunting)

Come on, Marshall!

(Grunting)

(Barking)

Here I come!

Look out!

Uh, thanks for getting me unstuck.

(Chuckling)



(Elevator dinging)

Ready for action, ryder, sir.

Okay, paw patrol, there's a problem up on Jake's Mountain.

(Beeping)

Jake and Alex are stuck at the bottom of a steep, icy slope.

Whoa!

Jake usually rescues snowboarders.

That's right, but now it's up to the paw patrol to do the rescuing.

Chase, I need you and your winch motor to help, in case we need to pull them up the slope.

Chase is on the case!

Skye, I'll need you and your helicopter to fly close enough to try to rescue them.

Let's take to the sky!

Everybody else, grab your snow gear.

Once this rescue's over, we'll have our snow day.

Paw patrol is on a roll!

(Barking, cheering)



(Barking)

(Howling)

Ruff, yeah!

Ruff-ruff-ruff, yeah!

(Giggling, barking)



(Barking)



Ruff, yeah!





(Helicopter whirring)

Sorry, Jake.

I really messed up.

Yeah, you kinda did, but we'll be fine.

(Chuckling)

I hear the paw patrol now!

(Whirring)

Ryder, I can see Jake.

I'm going to see if I can get close enough to help.

Totally getting rescued!

(Rumbling)

(Rumbling, cracking)

Oh!

Man, that was close!

It's no good, ryder.

I can't get close to them!

The wind from the 'copter could cause an avalanche.

All right, skye.

Come in and we'll figure out a way to get Alex and Jake off that ledge.

(Barking)

I have an idea.

(Beeping)

Jake, skye can't get the 'copter close to you.

If we can get Alex up, can you board out?

Sure, ryder.

Get Alex up safe
and I can make it down easy.

All right, here I come.

Watch out for falling rocks...

Or ryders!

(Chuckling)

Chase, I'll hook skye's rope and harness to your winch to give some extra length.

Lower me down, then pull Alex and me back up.

Chase is on the case!

Skye, you can help me find the best way down.

Let's take to the sky!

(Barking)

Should be long enough now, ryder.

Okay, chase!

(Beeping)

(Whirring)

(Helicopter whirring)

Looking good!

(Chuckling)

Skye: No, more to the right.

All right, Alex, ready to get off this ledge?

I'm ready.

Okay, I'll hook you in and then you and I will go back up.

You ready to board down, Jake?

Been looking for an excuse to board this slope all year.

Remember, do exactly what I tell you so we can get up safely.

Okay, chase, nice and slow!

Roger that, ryder, sir!

(Beeping)

(Whirring)

Something's stuck!

(Grunting)

The hook got caught in those rocks.

Looks like we're going to have to climb out on our own, Alex.

The slope's too slippery!

If only we had something to climb on.

(Whirring)

One ladder coming up!

Ruff!

Chase is on the case!

Now, make it fast.

My paws are freezing!

(Barking)

There's no such thing as a snow monster!

You don't have to leave!

I took pictures of the monster tracks.

(Beeping)

Yikes!

What is that thing?!

But, dude...

And I got a monster video too!

(Beeping)

Hey, what's that?

(Animal noises sounding)

Adventure bay snow monster!

Whoa, little dude.

That is some kind of seriously strange strangeness.

It was so spooky.

I never saw a real snow monster before.

Aw, man.

(Gasping)

(Beeping)

Hey, ryder, it's Jake.

Bad news, dude.

We're going to have to cancel adventure bay snow day.

Why?

Some skiers said they saw the adventure bay snow monster.

Now everyone is totally spooked.

The adventure bay snow monster?

That's just an old story.

Yeah, I know.

But if we don't find whatever people think is this monster, dude, I'll have to close the slopes for the winter or maybe, like, forever.

Close the slopes?

I'm sure there's a simple explanation.

The paw patrol will come and figure it out.

No job is too big, no pup is too small.

(Beeping)

(Laughing)

Ryder: Paw patrol to the lookout!

All: Ryder's calling!

(Muffled:)

(Barking, giggling)

(Grunting)

Bull's-eye.

(Laughing)



(Elevator dinging)

Ready for action, ryder, sir.

Paw patrol, we have a mystery in the mountains.

Skiers are leaving because they thought they saw a snow monster.

Alex even got it on video.

(Animal noises sounding)

Alex: Adventure bay snow monster!

(Gasping)

A real snow monster?

Those are just stories.

But we just saw it.

Of course we know snow monsters aren't real, so we have to figure out what Alex recorded on his phone.

(Beeping)

Chase, I need your nose and your net to catch whatever is making those tracks.

Chase is on the case!

(Beeping)

Rubble, I need you and your bulldozer, in case we need to move some snow and I might need you to snowboard down to help look for tracks.

Woo-hoo!

Snowboard time!

I mean, rubble on the double!

(Laughing)

Paw patrol is on a roll!

(Barking, cheering)

(Beeping)

(Whirring)

(Tires squealing)

Let me clear a path.

Jake's Mountain, here we come!

Aw, thanks for coming, ryder and the paw patrol.

Ski season would be a bummer with no skiers.

We'll figure this mystery out.

So, where did you see the tracks?

At the bottom of that slope.

Let's take a look.

(Cheering, barking)

Hop on.

Don't worry.

We'll solve the mystery and get the slopes full of snowboarders again.

Woo-hoo!

Yeah!

Whoa!

(Gasping)

Here's some tracks!

(Sniffing)

They're deep.

Whatever made them is really heavy.

You think that giant, six-eyed monster is near here?

Rubble, they're aren't any-- (animal noises sounding)

What?

There aren't any what?!

Snow monsters.

Let's find out what's really going on.

Chase, sniff it out.

I'm on it, ryder.

(Sniffing)

(Gulping)

(Sniffing)

Ryder: What is it, chase?

Something's making me...

(Sneezing)...

"sneezey." Ah, thanks for getting me out.

(Sniffing)

The monster went this way.

Okay, let's go.

Home?

Ryder: Come on, rubble.

Sure, no problem.

(Sniffing)

Hmm...

Looks like our mystery creature likes berries.

(Sniffing)

Yeah!

Look, rubble.

Rubble?

Where'd he go?

(Whimpering)

Rubble, what are you doing?

I'm, uh, standing lookout, in case something...

Comes out of the bushes.

I can't believe you're scared of a-- (animal noises sounding)

Monster!

Whoa!

Whoa!

Pups, you're not afraid of a little noise, are you?

Both: Sorry, ryder.

Let's do this!

(Sniffing)

It's close, really close.

(Animal noises sounding)

Really, really close.

Ryder!

Snow monster!

(Barking)

Gotcha!

Oops.

Chase...

Sorry, ryder.

I was trying to catch the snow monster.

He was right there.

(Mooing)

(Mooing, bleating, clucking)

(Yelling)

There it is!

We found the monster!

Huh?

Now that's a snow monster.

(Mooing, bleating, clucking)

That's no monster!

It's a "moo-ster.

" (Mooing, clucking)

(Chuckling)

The snow monster is farmer yumi's cow and goat and mayor goodway's chicken.

They were after the berries!

It made those strange tracks because bettina's wearing boots.

(Clucking)

Hmph!

I knew that's what it was.

Come on, monster.

Let's get you home.

Uh-oh.

(Sneezing)

(Clucking, mooing and bleating)

Come back, bettina!

And that's the sound they make together.

Well, Jake, here's your snow monster.

The abominable "chicka-cow-go" monster?

We told you there was a logical explanation.

Sure you did, little dude.

Oh, thank goodness.

You found garbi and bettina.

Chickaletta, you naughty chicken.

I was so worried.

(Clucking)

(Laughing)

Silly cow, how did you get those old boots stuck on your feet?

When there's trouble, just yelp for help!

All right, Jake, you can open up the slopes now.

(Barking happily)

Adventure bay snow day is about to begin!

You pups were awfully good today.

You deserve some serious snow day fun.
