The report says the alarms were in working order at least 10 days prior to the fire, but they didn't go off that night.

And they found evidence of flammable cleaning supplies near the origin point.

Insurance claims that there's enough here to suggest the alarms were tampered with and the fire was deliberately set.

I mean, 'cause that's what it looks like.
