Vincent: Previously on Beauty & the Beast...

Vincent, don't!

(growls)

Catherine: DHS is everywhere looking for you.

You k*lled the deputy secretary.

JT: Graydal is not just your everyday security firm.

They're like Blackwater on steroids.

Pretty ballsy move, you walking in here that way.

Well, I can't keep running.

And you think what-- that I'm running a shelter here for fugitives?

My client-- he still has questions.

Come on, Braxton, who is this guy?

What does he want from me?

My job is to find out what kind of beast you really are.

Vincent's working undercover for Homeland Security.

Hi, I'm agent Olivia Dylan.

But I'm not about to let innocent people die just to protect my identity.

Nor will we let you use Vincent to do whatever else you wanted him to do.

I didn't want Vincent to do something.

I wanted him to stop something.

Who's he?

Albert Garrus, new bad guy.

Cat and Vincent are... busy.

(phone buzzes)

Well... hey, they're fighting... the beast, aren't they?

Tell them to get back here so that they can go!

Wait. Are these...?

Death certificates.

I stole them from the hospital.

They haven't been entered into the system yet.

I know Cat told me that I shouldn't give up any more of my life for beasts, but she's my sister.

If I can protect her, then this is my fight, too.

Heather, this is amazing.

You just did more to protect them than I ever could.

I'm gonna go.

Oh, oh, whoa, whoa!

Whoa! Whoa!

(Heather gasps)

Oh, JT!

(rhythmic beeping)

Looks like we got company.

Vincent, what's happening?

(coughing) I will be.

Why the hell would a beast use a grenade?

I don't know.

Why did the att*ck stop?

Is he gone?

I think so.

I wasn't expecting that, either.

(Catherine coughs)

Something is definitely not right here. (phone ringing)

Tess, what's going on?

I just got back to the Gentlemen's Club.

Heather says that Garrus got a text, tranqed JT and ran.

A text from whom?

And why would he run if there's a beast after him?

Hey, Garrus said his new beasts were superior, right?

The thing must have sensed it was a trap.

His att*ck was a distraction to keep us away from Garrus.

Tess, you have to get JT and Heather into the vault.

Garrus.

We're too late.

He was our last chance.

What do we do now?

And now we're out of options.

Catherine: I'm not willing to give up yet.

We still have a lead.

Catherine.

The text-- JT can trace it.

And Garrus talked about Braxton's foreign client.

We comb Graydal's records, maybe we get a name, take it to DHS and try and make a deal.

That's not gonna work.

I know it's a long sh*t, but...

No, Cat. I talked to Agent Dylan.

Word came down from the top.

DHS will never make a deal with Vincent, no matter what.

Here. It's your new life.

Heather got the files I needed to make identities to get you out of New York.

Catherine: They haven't seen the video yet.

We still have time.

Tess: For what, Cat?

The fight's over.

We lost.

None of us want this, but... at least you'll be safe.

Heather: The only thing left to do is to let you go.

We'll make new friends.

We?

It was Vincent's greatest wish that, if they left, we'd get back together.

(scoffs)

Or at least have sex one more time.

(laughing): Okay, he did not say that.

I know him pretty well.

I could tell that's what he meant.

Yeah, okay.

He also told me I need to get a life.

Hey, I do, too.

How am I supposed to do that without my best friend?

I'm available.

Heather: If this is the end,

I get it.

Look, I'm sorry that I ran out on you, okay?

Whatever happens next, I want you to know I did it to protect you.
