I just got these chocolates in from Venezuela.

They're quite unique, and I individually wrapped each one to give them my own special flair.

Well, I just don't even know what to change before that inspector comes back.

I mean, he just keeps marking down violations and saying, "rules are rules," but he won't tell me which rules I'm breaking.

The only rule you should be thinking about right now is this; relax, and enjoy.

I gave a box to that health inspector when he came back this morning, but he just started handing out violations like he did the first time he came around, and telling me everything I was doing was wrong.

He seems very unreasonable.

Look, I know how to run a business I mean, I started two of them.

And if anyone knows how to follow the rules, it's me.

But it just, it seems like he doesn't even care, and if he gives me a bad rating, well...

No matter what anybody throws at you, you can stand up against them.

You're one of the strongest women I know, so just keep on being yourself, and everything's gonna be okay.
