Previously on "NCIS Los Angeles..." And who is Jimmy Fang?

I have no idea, but he did enter the country with David Lao, the man that Rountree and Sam currently have in custody.

Lao and Fang are Chinese nationals.

CALLEN: LAPD ID'd the rest of the men inside.

None of them were Lao's accomplice Jimmy Fang.
