kidnapped the mayor.

on Stone's clothing.

means it's easy to transport,

And based on the evidence
in the truck

there are more
suspects with expl*sives.

And the body of a security guard
who works riverside access.

Suspects are somewhere
on the water. Probably rigging

a levee.

the right levee before it blows.

The bigger issue
is NOPD's onto Pride.

And they're bringing in
the cavalry as we speak.

(indistinct radio chatter)
