heads in.

He shines his light

Prehistoric elephant, basically.

Inhabited this area
during the late Pliocene

up to their extinction
at the end of the Pleistocene.

Those are eras.

And it isn't the first time

that one's been spotted
around here, either.

Fur trappers used to spot them
all the time.

And hunters.

Of course, the Indians
got tons of stories.

Sightings.

So, if you're going
to be sheriff...

...what are you going to do
about that?
