unscripted, unrehearsed--

the guests are accused of sabotage.

- You destroyed my life's work!

- But an inventor's assistant...

- Got to get out of here. - Seeks to make things right...

- We got to rebuild his bride.

- Despite a high cost.

- The thing you must add is a real, b*ating human heart.

- Gabbie and Alex... - Alex, no!

- Battle to avoid being the final ingredient.

- [gasps] - Oh!

[dramatic music]

♪ ♪

[eerie music]

♪ ♪

[distant howl]

♪ ♪

[animal snarls]

[animal howls]

[suspenseful music]

- Pack up. We got to go.

- Who did you rob now? - Move.

♪ ♪

- Dad, I don't want to-- - Quiet.

[animal snarls]

♪ ♪

- Go, son! Run!

♪ ♪

- [snarling]

- [gasping]

[dramatic music]

♪ ♪

- Something is about to go down.

- We need to be ready for whatever's about to happen.

- Oh, my gosh.

Okay, how much more time do we have?

- They have less than five minutes

and three more gems.

If each gem equals a life,

one of us can live.

But we can't do it in that amount of time.

- No, we do not have enough time for that.

I am now the last girl,

and I'm feeling a little intimidated.

These boys might try to get rid of me.

- I assume The Sorceress is going to come.

She's going to see we don't have all the gems

and probably have us battle each other.

- Everyone, it's midnight now.

- Oh, god.

Okay, I don't want to sit for this.

- Just be prepared for anything.

Oh!

- Oh!

- Wait, there's a note.

- Ah.

- "It's midnight in the garden of evil,

"and it's time we escalated the stakes.

"My lieutenants are no longer waiting

"to be found.

"They're coming for you.

The Sorceress."

Now that it's midnight,

the lieutenants are coming for us,

and we can't trust anyone.

- So do we hide? - Okay.

[pounding at window] [all screaming]

- Help me, please!

- Don't open--

- I think he needs our help.

- Alex decides he wants to open the door

and help this guy out.

I'm terrified.

I don't want to go near the door.

[pounding continues]

- Alex! Oh, my god!

[screams]

- You have to-- you have to help me.

Please, my son is going to die if I don't do something.

- Your son?

- This guy looks like he has been through it,

and apparently his son is wounded?

How?

- We were att*cked by a werewolf

on the side of the road.

- A werewolf? - Werewolf?

- Wait, wait, why?

- [breathing heavily]

Look, I took something from him,

a gem the size of my fist.

It's unlike anything I've ever seen before.

- Can we see it?

- If you help me, I'll give it to you.

- We'll help you.

- Yeah, we'll help you. We'll help you.

What do you need? Where is he?

He shows us one of the gems,

and immediately we're like, "Oh!

Okay, we'll do whatever you want."

- The lycanthrope infection

hasn't settled into my son's blood yet,

and the only way to purge it

is with a mixture of quicksilver and wolfsbane.

- So he tell us in exchange for the gem,

we need to help him with his son,

who's been bit but not yet infected.

- I've never

come across quicksilver or wolfsbane,

so I'm not sure what they even look like.

- I hear tell that there's a map hidden down by the fountain.

Please. We don't have much time.

- We will help you. Let's--

- To the fountain. - This way.

- You'll need a lantern.

- We have to hurry. Please.

- Let's go. Let's go!

- Thank you. - Guys, let's go.

- This way.

- Oh, God, I hate this.

- This way, please.

- [maniacal laughter]

- We don't have much time.

My son is going to die if I don't--

- I don't know if we can trust him,

but he needs our help.

- How do we know we're trust--

how do we know we should trust him?

- What are we doing?

- Last time we were over here, the harpies were here.

[people arguing]

- He obviously needs our help.

- I don't like this.

- He said we have to get wolfsbane and something.

- Why is he coughing?

- I hear there is a map to stagecoach

that leads to the wolfsbane.

- Immediately, everyone goes into search mode.

Look in the trees. Look in the flowerpots.

A map. We're looking for a map.

- I don't know.

- Girl, I can't see through the fog.

- [gasps] Wait, you guys!

- What? - Did you find it?

Oh, hell. - Bring it over here.

Bring it over here. - Here.

- We need a key. - There's a key.

- Ugh! - So we find a chest

with three locks on it.

But there's no keys to be found.

- Three locks. One, two, three.

- Oh, my goodness. - Look for the keys.

- Are you--you're positive they're keys?

They're not a combination or anything?

- It's definitely keys.

- So we are searching everywhere.

We're digging in everything.

We're overturning every stone.

We're looking in the fountain itself.

We can't find these keys anywhere.

- I almost just accidentally dove in.

That's how committed I am.

Remember that when we vote.

- Okay, there's a spider web over here.

Let's stay away from spiders.

- Maybe it's hanging from the tree somewhere?

- I'm looking in trees.

Alex is lifting me up to look in pots higher.

We're looking literally everywhere.

I got nothing. - Ugh.

- Ooh!

- I feel like maybe we have to dig for them.

[animal howls]

- [coughing] My son doesn't have long.

- Dude, you don't look good. - I don't know why.

Maybe, like, they buried the keys or something?

- I don't think we're gonna make it out alive, guys.

- We just have to look a little harder.

- I start grabbing pots.

I start smashing them,

and I'm just knocking them over,

because I'm so angry.

Where the hell are these keys?

This is so frustrating! - Ew!

I'm digging up dirt, looking for these keys,

and I am stressed out.

I feel like we're looking too hard

for something that's right in front of us.

- Guys, we're so stupid.

I literally see a key right here.

- No. - Where?

- Right here. - Oh.

- I find a key in the fountain.

We have one down,

two more to go.

Okay, we got one lock off.

- My god, this fog

is really screwing me up right now.

- Wait. You guys.

- You found one? - Oh!

- It is tiny.

- We finally find the second key.

We need one more small key.

- This mansion is riddled with locks,

and every time, these keys couldn't be smaller.

- Where could it be?

There's not that many places it could be.

- Maybe it's somewhere in the grass?

- We're never gonna-- - Wait, wait! You guys.

And finally I find the third key.

- We're running out of time. - Damn. Quick.

- Yes. - We're good.

So we open the chest, and there is

a map, which leads us to the stagecoach,

which has the wolfsbane.

- Okay, where are we at? We're here.

- "Follow this map

to the location of the stagecoach."

- Okay. - [snarls]

[all screaming]

- There's a werewolf!

- Watch out. Watch out. Don't fall.

- He's coming! Go!

[people yelling] - This way. Go, go, go.

Come on!

[animal howls]

- This night has been insane.

We've already faced spiders, vampires,

a mad scientist, an ice witch,

and now werewolves?

We are never gonna get out of here.

- That was-- - It was a werewolf.

- Well, because it's midnight, you guys.

- A carriage!

- Oh, my god, the carriage is back!

- We're free!

- Great. Here's our out.

Let's go.

- Oh, my gosh.

- Forget about the gems. Let's go.

- There's no horses, you guys. - Freedom!

You know what? Someone just drag that carriage.

Because we can just go in, and I'll pull it.

- Okay. - Let's go. Get on in.

- Look for the--is there any wolfbane or anything?

- How are we about to go anywhere?

There's no horse.

- So inside the carriage, there is a chest.

- Oh, thank God.

- Don't tell me that it's locked.

- Another key. - Are you fricking kidding me?

- "Only the horses can see the key."

- Wait. - What horses?

- Are they invisible? Hello, horsie?

- Oh!

- I do not understand this clue.

It's saying something about

only what the horses can see?

- In their position.

What position would they be in?

- Like... - They'd be pulling.

They would see... - Right here.

- Immediately, I go stand

where the horses would be,

in front of this little buggy carriage.

I'm not seeing anything.

- So we would be right here as horses.

- Hold on; let me get in the stagecoach position.

- Are they up here, or are they in front?

- Or the horses face this way? - No, this way.

- If I was a horse...

- Maybe just try walking forward?

- We're looking forward.

We're looking left. We're looking right.

I can't figure it out.

- Hurry up. My son doesn't have long.

- If we don't save his son, we might not get this gem.

- What do horses like? - Horses have blinders.

They can only see forward.

- Is that anything?

I don't know if that's something.

- Found it! Oh, my god.

There's a key; they can only see it

'cause they're the only ones that wear these.

- Of course we find the key

in the blinders that the horses wear.

- What have we got?

- Wolfbane. - Wait.

We finally find the wolfsbane,

but we still need the quicksilver.

- "We stashed a safe

"in the trees along this road

"to hold the quicksilver we took

from the southern bank."

- Okay, so I say we just go forward.

- Okay. Is this where the map ends?

- Oh, right here!

♪ ♪

Another key? - Oh, my god.

We need more keys. - Wait, wait, hold on.

"I've never see anything like quicksilver before.

"To keep my men from stealing it,

"I split the combination into three parts--

"hid one here,

"another in a greenhouse under the moon,

"and the last one is in the stone path

where you need to keep an eye out for traps."

This dude did not want anyone to open this chest,

so he took the combination of the lock and split it.

- Hey, Andrea, let's go to the greenhouse.

Come on. - Wait a minute.

Please. Hey. - And should I take this?

- There's a werewolf about.

You need to stay hidden if the werewolf comes around,

'cause if he grabs you, he'll drag you

to the back patio for later eatin'.

- We'll stay out of sight. - We'll stick together.

- Yeah, let's go. [animal howls]

- So Joey and I head up the stone path,

and we're looking everywhere for traps.

- Like, we're in the woods.

That's, like, the territory of a werewolf.

- More people have to die for us to get those gems.

I don't want it to be us.

Promise? - Promise.

Okay.

Tyler and I are a bit worried

about another vote happening,

and we just decide to have an alliance.

- So Alex and I head to the greenhouse.

We have a clue that basically says

it's under the moon.

Do you think it's under one of these pots?

- Oh! Yes, it has to be.

Oh, my gosh. - There is so many.

- Hold on. Is this the trap?

- [gasps] There's the trap! There's the trap!

It's right there.

It's a--it's a-- Oh!

Oh, no. Oh!

- Don't you think that's gonna attract a werewolf?

I don't like the bunny.

- Maybe we're supposed to count how many traps there are.

So there's one.

- Oh, my god. Don't touch it.

- This has got to mean something.

So against my better judgment,

I reach into the carcass of the bloody rabbit,

and it is vile.

- Oh, my god.

- Oh!

- "Butch always liked"--

- [snarling] - Someone's coming. Hide.

Hide. Quick, Tyler.

Oh, my god. Oh, my god. Tyler.

Ah. I'm scared. I'm scared.

- [snarls] - He can't see us.

We're hidden.

[suspenseful music]

[objects clattering]

- So Alex and I are in the greenhouse,

and all of a sudden, I hear a growl.

- [growls] - Oh, get in. Get in.

- Immediately, Alex and I get down.

We're hiding.

And the werewolf comes in the room.

- [snarling]

♪ ♪

- Come back this way. Come here.

Hide, hide, hide, hide, hide, hide, hide.

Okay, I think we're clear.

He went the other way.

That was way too close for comfort.

- I'm crouched down.

I'm trying so hard not to even breathe loudly.

My outfit is loud as hell in itself,

so I'm trying not to move a muscle.

- [snarling]

- And finally the werewolf leaves.

- What does it say?

- "Butch always liked to keep

"a certain number of b*ll*ts on him,

thought it made him lucky."

- So Joey and I keep looking down the path,

and we find another trap.

- Okay, is he coming? Okay, okay.

- And when we're lowering that one,

we find a sack full of stuff.

- This seems sketchy. This looks like it's someone's.

- Who? That guy?

- There's bread?

What the heck is-- someone, like--

this is someone's food.

This is their stash.

I don't know; there's definitely

something sketchy about him.

I think this is his. Who else would it be?

- I don't know if I can trust this guy.

I don't even know if his son

is really taken.

I want to get out of this house,

but The Sorceress is planning on turning us

into one of her monsters.

I choose death.

- Wait. - Oh, here.

- That's the moon. - Wait. This rope?

I'm going to pull it.

I think it's going to release something.

But you look out for the werewolves.

Oh, that's not supposed to happen.

- No? - I'm gonna get up there.

- [laughs]

Oh, I'm scared.

Alex, how are you going to get down

if a werewolf comes?

- Hold on. Here we go.

- Hurry. Hurry, hurry, hurry.

It's coming. I see one. I see one. I see one.

- What the heck is this?

It's a belt.

Those are silver b*ll*ts.

One, two, three, four, five...

- We know that the number

of b*ll*ts must be Butch's lucky number,

and that number is probably gonna have something to do

with the combination.

- 8, 9, 10, 11. No.

[sighs] 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.

11. - How many, 10 or 11?

- 11, 11! - Okay, okay, let's go.

- I miscounted. I'm worried.

- That must be the number we're looking for.

- Well, let's just bring it back just in case.

- Perfect.

- 27.

- So we find a little piece

of wood with the number 27 on it.

Immediately, I know it's part of the code,

so we all group back up near the box.

- Are these your b*ll*ts? - Are you Butch?

- What? - What's your name?

- Atticus. - Atticus?

- Are they silver b*ll*ts? - Maybe we're wrong.

- We each have a number, and we're trying to figure out

what these numbers mean

in terms of the locks on the box.

So we have a plaque that says 27.

- Okay, we have 11,

and we have that, which is 13.

Maybe we subtract them all from 27.

- Well, we need three numbers on each combination.

- Do you think it's 27-13-11?

- Yes. - Okay, so I'm gonna do 2...

- I'm gonna start with 27. - And you do 7.

- Yeah, but how do we know it's that order?

- 'Cause we can do the next one.

- You're right. So I'm gonna do 1; you do 3.

And what was the last one? 11?

So we each do a 1.

- Or we could start from lowest to highest.

- Figuring out these combinations

is one of the hardest things we've had to do.

We are trying everything.

Yeah, well, it's not that one.

- Okay, so for 27, you're gonna do 2.

I'll do 7.

- But that one didn't work for mine.

- There's just a little different combination.

- We're trying different ways of splitting the numbers up.

We're adding the numbers together.

We're subtracting the numbers.

Nothing is working.

- Maybe they're in the wrong order.

Try the other way around. - Okay.

- You think we read it here, the two here?

Or it has to be those three? - Isn't it here?

Should we switch it?

Let's just try doing-- let's try switching it.

- This is not easy.

None of the numbers we're entering are working,

and we're so confused.

What if it's all three numbers in a row

and then split down the middle?

So 1, 3, 2.

Now you start with 7.

- Got it. You're right.

- Wow, Tyler.

- Thank God. It's split down the middle.

- Yes! - Yes, perfect.

- You guys, we have to hurry.

- So we get the chest open,

and we find the quicksilver.

Quicksilver. - Nice.

- We have both things we need, and we are ready to go

find this guy's son and hopefully cure him

and just get that gem.

- We need to get to my son.

- Okay. - Follow me to my son.

- Let's go. Look out for the werewolf.

- Once you fix my son, I'll give the gem to you,

just like I promised.

- Oh, my god.

- Oh! Little boy! - We got the ingredients, son.

You're gonna get better.

- Ugh.

We come across Atticus's son,

and he's in rough shape.

His arm has a giant gash ripped out of it.

Now I feel bad that we didn't believe him.

- It said I'd change and I'd be healed.

- No, you're too young.

A transformation will tear you apart.

It has to be this way.

- Okay. - What do we do?

- Here's the wolfbane.

- What? - Why can't you touch it?

- What? - He's acting real sketchy.

- I don't know how to apply this,

so I'm like, "Okay, Atticus, you do this."

But when we try to hand it to him,

he's like, "Eh-eh."

I'm like, "Why?"

- You mix the ingredients in here

and smear it on his wound.

I'm gonna-- - Why won't he touch that?

- I'm gonna go get some water.

- He's not even touching it. - Here's the wolfbane.

- That makes me not want to touch this.

- Okay, guys, mix it up. Mix it up.

- Put this-- - I can't open this.

- Do it, but this guy is sketch.

- Why are we touching them if he won't?

[animal howls in the distance]

- Oh, my gosh.

- What do we need to do?

- Oh, gosh, he's-- - I got it.

- Okay, mix it. Okay, mix it up.

- Here, hold this. Hold this.

- Even though this is his son

and he's acting all weird,

like, we need that gem.

So we try and help his son get cured.

- Ooh. [sizzling noise]

- [screams]

- You're gonna get--the werewolves are gonna find us.

Somebody, cover his mouth.

There. - We did it.

- You folks should probably run.

- Run? - Why?

- I don't think my father's shared

his new condition with you.

- What do you mean? - He got bitten too.

- What about you? - Let's go. Let's go.

[all talking]

- Which way? - Go, go, go.

- Oh, no, no, no! - [snarls]

- Atticus? - Oh!

- And there he is in werewolf form,

ready to eat us all.

- [snarls]

- This werewolf looks terrifying.

Like, he could eat our faces out.

- Atticus, we saved your son.

You owe us a debt, and we're calling it in.

- [snarling]

[all scream]

- All of a sudden,

we're surrounded by werewolves.

- I'm freaking out. Joey's freaking out.

Andrea's freaking out. Tyler's freaking out.

We're all freaking out.

- What do we do, guys? What do we do?

- In my mind,

I had this beautiful image

of Taylor Lautner in "Twilight"

being this beautiful, perfect, manly, protective werewolf.

And it was pretty much the polar opposite.

- [snarls]

- I don't know how many there are,

and I don't know how many I can take.

Guys, this is bad. This is bad.

- A life or a gem. - What should we do?

- There will be no vote.

- What?

When I hear there's no vote,

I'm a little worried,

because Tyler and I were gonna make an alliance.

- All of you will run the gauntlet,

and I will sit here in the fountain.

- Even though we saved his son,

he's still not gonna give us this gem,

and all of us have to go compete in this gauntlet.

- The last straggler will be devoured.

- Oh, my god. - You betrayed us!

- We'll be taking this now as promised then.

- At my howl, the gauntlet begins.

- The gauntlet is essentially

a very long, four-part obstacle course.

- We're looking at each other, realizing

one of us is gonna die.

- I don't know if Andrea is gonna make it out alive.

Like, her wardrobe is not perfect for this.

- I'm up against three guys

in jeans and boots.

There's no way I stand a chance.

But I'm also thinking

I'm not going down without a fight.

- [snarls] - Guys, let's go! Oh!

- The werewolf howls, and that's our cue.

We're off.

- [howls]

I drop my lantern,

and I'm already crawling through.

- First we have to crawl

under some barbed wire, and it is impossible.

I keep getting snagged on everything.

- This is not easy.

Like, I don't want to get cut up.

- At first, I'm in the lead

and I'm feeling good.

I'm thinking I have a sh*t at this.

I get out of the army crawl, and Alex zooms past me.

But in my mind, I'm thinking,

"As long as I'm not last, I'm safe."

- After that, we have to go over a wall.

It's survival of the fittest right now.

- The adrenaline is pumping.

I am just in beast mode.

- My jacket keeps getting snagged,

and before I know it,

I'm in last place.

- I'm not gonna die today.

Today is not my day.

- Right now, Alex is the only one ahead of me,

but I don't have time to look back.

Oh, this is heavy!

Oh, my gosh. Ah! Oh, my gosh.

- Oh, my god, this is the last thing I want to do,

but if I don't, I'm gonna die.

- All I know is,

I'm getting out of here

with or without them.

- As soon as I make it up the stairs

with my bag, I realize Alex already hit his bottle.

I grab some rocks,

and I start throwing it at the bottles.

- This is when I start to panic,

because Tyler throws one;

bottle breaks immediately.

- Hey, that's mine!

Tyler breaks my bottle.

So much for our alliance.

Tyler!

- I don't know who's gonna make it back alive.

All I know is, I'm getting out of here.

[glass smashes] - Yes!

I break my bottle. I sprint out of there.

And then I hear Andrea's break,

and I just know I have to go.

- [snarling]

- As soon as I finish the gauntlet,

I know that I'm safe.

But between Joey and Andrea,

one of them's going to die.

- I make it past the finish line,

and I'm just so relieved.

- Immediately, I'm thinking I'm dead.

I'm these werewolves' meal.

I'm sorry, you guys. - No, you're fine.

- Here. Come here. - Get behind us.

- Andrea's the last person to finish the gauntlet,

and my heart sinks.

This is her last moment alive.

- We had a deal. - No deal.

- [hisses] - All of a sudden,

Alison steps in and protects me.

She protects all of us.

- [snarls]

- [hisses] - [roars]

- Joey, take the gem. - What? Wait!

- Alison. - Run.

- No, wait. What?

- We can take them! - Go!

- Alison. - Go!

Run! And don't look back!

- Come on! - Alison hands us the gem.

And we take off.

- Ah!

- And I know we're getting out of this alive

but she's not.

- [snarling]

- Alison's been our protector,

and now she's being ripped apart.

- [snarls] - [screaming]

- We book it down the stairs

and try to get inside the house another way.

- [howls]

- [snarls]

- Go, go, go, go, go.

- Are they coming?

- No, no, I don't see anyone.

- Okay. That was insane.

We have a gem, at least.

- What just happened?

- Thank God you're still alive.

- But did we cheat the system?

Does that mean we went around the rules?

- [screams] - What is that?

[all yelling]
