and decided to care for it.

However, the bigger Celeste grew,

the more the bamboo forest
surrounding it withered.

Realizing this,
the angry villagers protested.

The elderly man and woman
desperately tried to protect Celeste.

When suddenly...

Celeste took to the sky
and returned to the moon.

As it blasted off into the sky,
it looked just like a starship.

Later, lots of bamboo sh**t
sprouted from the bamboo grove

where Celeste used to live.
And then, with food plentiful,

everybody lived happily ever after.

-And that's it. Great, right?
-[Pokémon mutter]

I guess it's a little difficult

The Launch Pokémon?

According to research data,
it appeared from an Ultra Wormhole,

an Ultra Wormhole that naturally opened
above Melemele Island about years ago.

And for the past years,
it's been absorbing ground nutrients,

creating a high-temperature,
high-pressure gas.

That would explain why the plants located
near Celesteela didn't grow well.

Celesteela got all the nutrients.

That's just like the fairy tale.

And there's one more problem.

Once Celesteela has stored up enough gas,
it will launch and take flight.

But when that happens, its sheer power

could very well burn
everything located around it.

-[all] Everything?
-Wait. Could you be mistaken?

It's possible, but it would be too late

-if something bad were to happen.

Sophocles, it seems like you have
special feelings for Celesteela.

I'll admit that I just love the fairy tale
about the Celestial Starship.
