EMMY:
Look at this one, Max.

[BUBBLES POPPING]

Pretty good, huh?
Check this out.

The magic dragon scale.

Let's go.

BOTH [IN UNISON]:
I wish, I wish
with all my heart

to fly with dragons
in a land apart.
[WINGS FLUTTER]

[CHATTERING INDISTINCTLY]

Hi, everybody.

Boy, am I glad
you're here.

Wheezie and I
are in big trouble.

We are?What's wrong?

Shh.
Quetzal will explain.

Hola,Max and Emmy.

Nice to have you
with us.

Bueno.

As all my students know,
today is a very special day.

Today is the...

ALL [IN UNISON]:
Dragon Fair.

Si.The Dragon Fair.

A whole day of fun and games.

Like what?Like arts and crafts.

I'm all ready.

I'm gonna make the most
beautiful basket

in all of Dragon Land.

And the pie-eating contest.

I haven't eaten
all day.

Well, at least not
since breakfast, anyway.

And the famous
Dunk Quetzal game,

in which no one has ever
dunked me, by the way.

Ha, ha.
Wait till this year.

And best of all,

[GASPS]

the Sackberry Toss.

Yikes.

He said it.
That's our big trouble.

You're worried about
the Sackberry Toss?

Sackberry Toss?
What's that?

Well, you and a friend toss
a big sackberry back and forth,

stepping further and further
apart, all the while.

You must try to catch
the sackberry.

It's muy importante,
because if you drop it,

you'll get covered in
sackberry juice.

It sounds like a water balloon
toss back home.

But I still don't get it.
Why are you in trouble?

Because we don't know how
to catch.

So?So. So?

That could happen to us.

Oh, Zaky,
it'll be fun.

It'll be messy.

Unless...you could teach us
how to catch, Emmy.

Sure.

I'm a great catcher.

Will you help me practice for
the pie eating contest, Max?

Pie eating? Yum!

You bet.All right, hijos.

Let the Dragon Fair begin.

[CHEERING]

[DRUMROLL]

The Dunk Quetzal booth
is now officially open.

Who wants to try first?

[♪♪♪]

I'm gonna put everything
on my basket.

It'll look so beautiful.

First, some paint.

So you'll time me,
right, Max?

I gotta practice
if I'm gonna win the contest.

You're gonna eat
that whole thing?

Sure. My dad says you can
never get too much practice.

Okay.

Start when I say "go."

Ready?On your mark,

get set--

[GULPS LOUDLY]

Uh, Ord, you're supposed
to wait for "go."

Waiting makes me hungry.

[BOTH LAUGH]

Catching
is a cinch.

First, you need to keep
your eye on the ball.

It's important to use
both hands.

Also--Okay, okay, got it.

Let's do it.

Do what?

Come on.
Throw it.

We're ready to catch now.

We are?

[SIGHS]
[GASPS]

You threw it too hard.
Let's try it again.

Hi, Emmy.

Look at my basket.

Great colors, Cassie.

Just wait till you see it
with the feathers.

Ready?

Catch.

[BOTH YELP]

ZAK:
I knew it.

I knew we couldn't catch.
I said so from the beginning.

So, what?
This is fun.

But we have to learn
how to catch,

or we'll end up covered
with sackberry juice.

[GROANS]

ORD:
Mmm. Dragonberry pie.

Blueberry pie.

Raspberry pie.

And they're all
berry, berry good.

[GIGGLES]

Think I can eat these
in three seconds?

All of them?

I gotta practice, right?Okay.

I'll time you. Go.

[ORD MUNCHING]

One, two,

three. Time's up.

Wow.

I think you're ready now.

Let's start from the beginning.
Here's a nice, easy one.

Ooh!

[GRUNTS]

That's lesson number one,
Wheezie.

Always keep your eye
on the ball.

[LAUGHING]

No, Wheezie.
I mean, watch the ball.

Oh, I'm watching it,

but it isn't doing
anything.

No. When I throw it,
watch it come to you.

Here. Try again.

Yikes!

It's gonna hit me.

You can't catch it
if you don't watch it

all the way into
your hands.

But I can't watch it,
and I can't catch it.

I can't take it.

You can do it, Zak.
I know you can.

You just have to,
uh...uh...

imagine the ball is
a giant pizza pie.

Pie?

Uh-oh.

[♪♪♪]

Pizza pie.

Ord, no.

[GAGS, SPITS]

Uh... Is that how
you want us to catch?

[SIGHS]

Not exactly.

Lesson number two.

Use both hands
to catch the ball.

Don't forget lesson one.

Keep your eye on the ball
the whole time.

Ugh. Hands to catch.

Eye on the ball.

[GROANS]

You have to use both
hands together to catch.

Go ahead. You can do it.

Huh?

[LAUGHS]

I haven't been dunked yet.

[ALL CHEERING]

I did it!

I dunked Quetzal.

Love it.

Oh, well.
I needed to cool off, anyway.

But we didn't catch the ball.

Ha, catching isn't
as easy as I thought.

Bueno, niños.

The big Sackberry Toss
is coming up in a few minutes.

A few minutes?

But right now, it's time
for the pie-eating contest.

Did you hear that?

[GROANS]

I can't believe
I ate all those pies.

Come on.

[INDISTINCT CHATTERING
IN BACKGROUND]

Ah! Ord,
glad you made it.

I know you've been getting ready
for the pie-eating contest.

On your mark, get set,

go.

[MUNCHING]

I'm stuffed. Ugh.

[CRASHES]

Maybe I practiced too much.

Okay, we don't have
much time left.

Lesson number three.

Keep your body
in front of the ball.

[IN UNISON]
Ready.

Yikes!

Come on, Zaky!

We have to stand
in front of the ball

if we're gonna catch
the sackberry.

You do wanna catch
the sackberry, don't you?

Yes. Yes,
yes, I do.

Eye on the ball.Use both hands.

[IN UNISON]
Get in front.

Good catch.

Uh-oh.
Not so good.

But we almost
caught it.

QUETZAL:
And now the prize
for the best arts and crafts.

That's Cassie's contest.

I hope she wins.

Remember, niños,

I'm looking for
the most colorful

and original art project.

And I found it.

This is for you,
Cassie.

My basket! It won!

Not your basket.

[QUETZAL LAUGHS]

This is for you.
You're the most original

and colorful work of art
at the Dragon Fair.

[GIGGLES]

Mmm, I guess I am.

And now, the final event
of the Dragon Fair,

the Sackberry Toss.

Are you ready, niños?

I'm going to throw
the sackberry.

Boy, That's an awful lot
of sackberry juice

in that sackberry.

QUETZAL:
Whoops.

Sorry, bad throw.

[♪♪♪]

We did it.
We really did it.

All right. Way to go.Yay!

With our claws
and everything.

Look. Our dragon badge.

Aw, wowie!

Great job, niños.

Now, everyone take one step
further apart.

Oh, why does it
have to get tougher?

[LAUGHS]

That's why
they used to call me

the Sackberry King
of Dragon Land.

Oh!

[LAUGHS]

Here it comes.

[GASPS]

Huh?

[ALL GASP]

Ugh, messy.

[SLURPS]

But delicious.
Ha-ha-ha-ha!

[ALL LAUGHING

Mwah!

[SLURPS]

Love it.

BOTH [IN UNISON]:
I wish, I wish
to use this rhyme

to go back home
until next time.

I'm the best catcher
in the world.

I can catch anything.

I can catch a ball.

I can catch a sackberry.

There isn't anything in
the world I can't catch.

[BUBBLES POPPING]

Okay.

Maybe one thing.

[BOTH LAUGH]

[♪♪♪]

What'll it be,
ma'am?

I hear you make
the best milkshakes in town.

You betcha.

Chocolate or vanilla?Chocolate.

I'll give you
a super-duper scoop.

Here you go.

Hey.
What?

I said chocolate.

This is strawberry.

[♪♪♪]

Look.The dragons are calling us.

BOTH [IN UNISON]:
I wish, I wish
with all my heart

to fly with dragons
in a land apart.

[WINGS FLUTTER]

Do I look okay?

Today is such a big day.

Wow!
Love that bow, Cassie.

It's so bow-utiful
ha, ha.

Hi, everybody.
What's going on?

[IN UNISON]
The School in the Sky parade.

Wow, sounds like fun.

Fun?
It's gonna be wild,

with balloons and floats and--And flowers and music and--

Guess what else.

Cassie might get picked
to ride on the book float.

You will?Oh, I hope, I hope, I hope.

Quetzal's gonna pick the names
of the winners right now.

Oh, let's go.

[♪♪♪]

Yippee!
Parade day.

[GIGGLES]

[INDISTINCT CHATTER
IN THE DISTANCE]

Wow.

This parade's
gonna be humongous.

Big too.

There it is.

The book float.

Isn't it the best float
you've ever, ever seen?

You're gonna look great
riding on top of it, Cassie.

Gather round, niños.

It is time to pick the names
of the dragons...

[DRAGONS GASP]

...who will ride on
this year's book float.

[CHUCKLES][GASPS]

Good luck, Cassie.Yeah. We're rooting for you.

Come on, everybody.
Cross something.

[GASPS]

Uh, Emmy,
why am I crossing?

To bring Cassie good luck.

[GIGGLES]

Thanks, everyone.

And the lucky dragons are

Luna and Sparkle.
Congratulations.

[CHEERING]

[INHALES SHARPLY]

I didn't get picked?

I didn't
get picked.

Cassie,
come back.

I really, really wanted
to ride on that float.

It's not fair.

It's just not fair.

Whoa!

[YELLS]

Oh!

Whoa!

Oh! Oh!

[GROANING]

I just hate today.

[FLOWER SOBBING]

I'm sorry.

Did I hurt you?

[SNIFFLING]
No.

Then why are you crying?

[CRYING]
Because I didn't get picked

to be in the
School in the Sky parade.

[GROANS]

Me neither.

Really? All my friends
were picked for a special float

except for me,
and now I feel--

I feel--Terrible.

Awful.

I'm sad.

[IN UNISON]
Left out.

[GASPS]

My name's Cosmo.
What's yours?

I'm Cassie.

Thanks.

For what?

For making me feel
a little better.

[GASPS]

Whoa! You're big.

Sometimes I get little

when I feel really bad
about something,

like not getting picked
for the parade.

[MOANS]

Don't remind me.

[SOBS]

[BLOWS NOSE]

[GIGGLES]

You wanna hear that again?Uh-huh.

[BLOWS NOSE]

[BOTH LAUGH]

You try it.Oh, I couldn't.

Sure, you could.

[BLOWS NOSE]

[BOTH LAUGH]

I can't believe we haven't
found Cassie yet.

[NOSE BLOWING IN THE DISTANCE]

Wait a minute.
I hear her.

You do?

I don't.

How about now?

[NOSE BLOWING CONTINUES
IN THE DISTANCE]

Hey. Down there,
in the forest.

Thanks, Zaky.

Let's go.

There you are,
Cassie.

We've been looking all over
for you.

You were?

I thought you'd all be
at the parade.

Without you?It wouldn't be any fun.

Everyone,

this is Cosmo.

How do you do?

Wow,
a talking flower.

I talk.

I wave.

Mwah, mwah, mwah!
I blow kisses.

I was made for a parade.

Except...

we weren't picked.We weren't picked.

Hey, there's always
next year.

But that's
a whole year away.

Four whole seasons.

Wait a minute. Who said
you have to wait a whole year?

Why don't we just make
our own float?

Yeah.

We could make a beach float.
I'll go swimming.

It just wouldn't be the same
as the book float.

How about
a storybook float?

A storybook float?

Yeah.
I saw one on TV once.

I remember.

You pick
your favorite story,

and you act it out on top
of a float.

Yeah, like Captain Peanut
squashing the Dark Invader.

I don't know.

Come on, Cassie.
Let's try it.

What's your favorite story?

CASSIE:
Well, I kind of like
The Dragon Princess.

Ta-da!

You are now
the Dragon Princess.

[GASPS]
Oh, my.

We're going to be
in a parade, ha, ha.

I better get ready.

Mwah!

Hello, world.

Here I come.

[♪♪♪]

Look, everyone.
Is this castle great, or what?

It's great.

Remember,
up, down, up, down.

And whatever you do,
don't--

Knock the paint can
over.

[LAUGHS, SNORTS]

Sorry, Zak.

What are you doing,
Cosmo?

Working on my wave
for the parade.

Which do you like better?
Bubbly--

Hi, hi, everybody,
heh-heh-heh.

--or elegant?

How do you do?

Uh... Bubbly.

Do we need anything else,
Cassie?

It looks pretty good.

But in my storybook,

the princess
lived near a mountain.

One mountain
coming up.

Come on, Zaky.

[♪♪♪]

[BOTH GRUNTING]

Uh, I think a little
to the left. No, closer in.

Maybe on the other side.

Look out below!

Or it can go there.

And there needs to be
a magic tree

growing
near the mountain.

One that moves.

That'll be me.

[♪♪♪]

Wow.

It's fantastic.

Now all we need is a flower
for the princess to hold.

And I pick you, Cosmo.

Me?
I got picked.

I got picked.

Is the princess ready?

I'm ready.

Heh, you know,

this is gonna be just as much
fun as the book float.

No kidding, sister.

[CLEARS THROAT]

All aboard.

Ready?Definitely.

[♪♪♪]

[WHOOPS, LAUGHS]

Mwah! Mwah!
Ha-ha-ha.

Oh, I just love a parade.

Me too.

Uh-oh.

[FLOAT SQUEAKS]

[ALL GROANING]

[♪♪♪]

[CHEERING]

WHEEZIE: Whee!ORD: Uh...

How are we gonna stop
this thing?

Easy.
You can fly us out of here.

Oh, yeah.

[IN UNISON]
Oh, yeah.

Oh, yeah.

[FLOAT CREAKS]

[♪♪♪]

Now we're a float
that floats, heh-heh-heh.

you can still find a place

at the end of
