Mr. Sparks:
It was a sunny side up

kind of day at Hero Elementary

where our hero students
were getting

egg-stra special training--
air rescue training.

Keep trying!

Some day you may need to rescue
people from high places.

- But these are eggs,
not people.

- But you have to be gentle
when rescuing people,

just like you have
to be gentle with eggs.

[eggs whistling]

[whooshes]

- [grunts]

[machine beeping]

- Ha, ooh!
Oh.

Yes!
Uh-oh.

[groans]

Whoa, whoa!

[sighs]

[laughs]

- Bubble up!

[egg whistling]

[quirky music]

- [groans]

- [grunting]

[both grunt]

- This calls for extra power.

Turbo boosters.

[engines roaring]

Whoa, whoa!

Look out!

Ah!

Whoa.
- Ah, no!

- Look out, Sara!
- I am looking out!

[both shouting]

- [shouting]

[grunts]

[groaning]

- Is it still
air rescue training

if we didn't make any rescues?

- All we made was a big mess.

- Si, but true heroes
don't give up.

They keep trying.

- But we're all out of eggs.

- No prob.

I'll pop on over to
the grocery store to get some.

Be back in a snap.

Eggs.
[whooshes]

Oops.
This is not the grocery store.

Why did I end up here?

Huh?

Oh.
Wrong kind of eggs.

Hmm, these are already broken.

I guess they hatched.

[gasps]
Except that one.

Whoa.

- [chirping]

- [gasps]
Aww.

Hi, little bird.

- [chirping]
- What are you looking for?

Your mom?
Your dad?

I wonder where they are.

I can't leave you here
by yourself.

You're just a baby.
Hmm.

I know who can help!

[beeps]

- Huh?
[laughs]

[chiming]

- Hey, team.
We've got a problem.

- Is the grocery store
out of eggs?

- Huh?
Oh, don't know.

I wound up at the lake
by accident.

But look what I found.

- [chirping]

- [squeals]

Oh, my goodness!
[laughs]

- Is that a baby bird?

- [laughs]
Yep.

It just hatched.

It's all by itself and I don't
know where its parents are.

- Oh, poor thing.

We've got to help!

- Well, who's the crew
who knows what to do?

all: Sparks' Crew
to the Rescue!

[exciting music]

Mr. Sparks: And so my crew
and I rushed to the lake,

hoping to cr*ck
this egg-citing case.

♪ ♪

- Oh, what a cute baby bird.

- Yeah, it's so teeny
and adorable and helpless.

- [chirping]

We have to find this
baby bird's mom or dad.

- But we don't even know
what kind of bird it is.

- So how can we find out?

- I know where you're going
with this, Mr. Sparks.

We can use our...

all: Superpowers of Science!

- Muy bien!

- Okay, let's start
by observing.

You know, see what we notice
about this baby bird

and then try to find
a grown-up bird that matches.

- Hmm, I notice that
it is a bird.

A brown bird.
- And so fluffy.

- [chirping]
Sara: Okay.

So we're looking for a grown-up
bird that is brown and fluffy.

Got it.
[whooshes]

- Come on, team.

Let's spread out
and investigate.

Sara: I found something!
- That was fast.

- Come on, little birdie.

- I think I found
the bird's parent.

See? Brown and fluffy.

[gasps]
- [yowls]

[all gasping]

- [squeaking]

- Oh, a kitty!

- [yowling]
- [chirping]

- Ah!

- [yowling]

[exciting music]

[yowling]

- It's scared.

- The poor kitty
can't get down.

- I got this.

[whooshes]

- [shrieks]
- Ah-hah!

[whooshes]

- [meows]
- Great rescue, Sara.

- Not just a rescue.

Because he was up high,
it was an air rescue.

- [laughs]
So I can do air rescues!

- Well, that's one
problem solved.

But we still have to find
the baby bird's parents.

- Where is that baby bird,
anyway?

- [chirping]

- Over there!

- [chirping]

- No, no. Not that way.

You'll get all wet.

- Why would a bird want to go
in the water, anyway?

Most birds fly in the air.

- But some birds do swim too.

- I just noticed
something else.

Look at its feet.

- [gasps]
They're adorable!

- And they're webbed.

- Ah, and why do you think
some animals have webbed feet?

- Thought projecting!

When I go swimming,
I wear flippers on my feet

to help me swim.

They kinda look
like webbed feet.

- So maybe webbed feet
help animals swim too.

- Okay, so we have to find
a grown-up bird

that is brown and fluffy
and has webbed feet.

- I'm on it.
[whooshes]

- Let's all look.
This could take a while.

Sara: Found it!
- How does she do that?

- What did you find, Sara?

- Check it out.

- Webbed feet.

- And I see some
brown fluffiness.

- This has got to be it.

Little baby bird,
meet your parent.

Or whatever this is.

- That is a beaver.

[quirky music]

- Yes, and it looks like
it's almost chewed

through that tree!

[dramatic music]

- [chirping]

- [squeaking]

- Look!

There's a little squirrel
in the tree.

We have to get it out of there!
- Stand back.

[whooshing]

- Be careful!

- Got ya!

♪ ♪

- Oh, super!
- Yeah!

- Fantastico!

Another great air rescue.

- Okay, squirrel.
Safe on the ground now.

- [chirping]

- [gasps]
Seriously?

[groans]
Shoo!

Go!

- [chirping]
- [groans]

We're not having
much luck finding

this little cutie's parents.

What do we do now?

- We keep trying.

True heroes don't give up.

Right?
- Right!

Let's stick to the plan
and keep investigating.

- Okay, but this time when
we look for the bird's parent,

can we please make sure
it is really a bird?

- Already a step ahead
of you, AJ.

- You're actually
a bit behind me.

- See that duck?

[beeping]

It's a bird and it's brown.

AJ: And it has webbed feet.

- Is that your mommy,
little bird?

- [chirping]
- [quacking]

[quirky music]

- Oh!
- That can't be the mama.

That bird has her own babies.

And they don't look anything
like this baby bird.

- They don't look much like
the mother bird, either.

She is brown and feathery
and the babies

are yellow and fluffy.

- I don't get it.

Why don't they look
like their mom?

- Well, let's think about it.

Do you look exactly
like your parents?

- Well, I'm not sure.

- I've seen you with
your parents, Sara.

Thought projecting!

You do look like your mom
in some ways,

and like your dad
in other ways.

- I guess.

But I don't look exactly
like either one.

- So maybe baby animals
can look a little

like their parents
but not exactly too.

- Okay, so maybe we should be
looking for a grown-up bird

that looks kinda like
our little buddy here.

- What about that bird
over there?

- [honking]

AJ: The swan?
- Oh, let's check it out.

[exciting music]

- [honking]

- Well, the swan is swimming,

so it probably has webbed feet.

- But the swan is white,
and the baby bird is brown.

- And the swan is smooth
and feathery

but the baby bird is fluffy.

- And the swan has
that long neck.

- But wait!

I noticed that this baby bird
has kind of a long neck too!

- And since babies don't always
look exactly like their parents,

maybe this could be a swan.

- I wish there was a way
we could be sure.

- [honking]

Lucita: [gasps]

There's one, two,
three ways to be sure!

[chirping]

- Ooh, they look just like you,
little bird!

You must be a swan!

- [chirping]

- [honks]

Sara: I think we did it.

We found the baby
bird's mother!

[all cheering]

[all gasping]

- [chirping]
- Oh, no!

- It can't fly yet!

[tense music]

- But I can.

Don't look down.
Don't look down.

♪ ♪

- [chirping]

[all gasping]

♪ ♪

- Hah!
Gotcha!

[all cheering]

- Great air rescue,
Lucita.

I knew you could do it.

- Come on, little bird.

Let's get back down
to your mother.

Uh-oh!
[groans]

AJ: Oh, no!

- Double bubble!

- Oh!

[sighs]
- [chirping]

- [laughs]

- Go team.
- Two air rescues in one.

- Thanks, Benny.
- Hey, little bird.

There's someone here
that wants to meet you.

- [honking]
[chirping]

- [chirping]

[all honking and chirping]

- That must be the daddy swan.

Sara: We got the whole family
back together.

- I am so proud.

You all did air rescues and
found the baby bird's family.

You are all true heroes.

all: We did it!

Mr. Sparks: And so even though
babies may not always look

eggs-actly like their parents,

it is egg-cellent
when families are together.

[laughs]
Okay, enough egg jokes.

I'm egg-sausted.

all: ♪ We all belong
at Hero Elementary ♪

Mr. Sparks: It was the day of
little Jada's birthday party

and she was hopping
with excitement.

- Bunny birthday party!

Bunny birthday party!

- Everything is set up, Jada.

Let's go frost your
bunny birthday cake.

- Yay!

Mr. Sparks:
But quick as a bunny,

things suddenly changed.

[tense music]

- [gasps]
My bunny birthday sign!

♪ ♪

My bunny balloons!
[gasps]

♪ ♪

My bouncy bunny!
Mama!

- What happened?

- [crying]

My bunnies are all gone.

No party.

[crying]

[school bell rings]
Mr. Sparks: All right, class,

for today's lesson,
I have hidden an apple

somewhere in this classroom.

- [squeaking]

Mr. Sparks: You have one minute
to find it

using your superpowers.

- No problem, Mr. Sparks.

- Remember to look
for evidence.

[quirky music]

You know, clues.

- Oh.
- Right.

- Ready?
Uno, dos, tres, go!

[exciting music]

♪ ♪

- No apple up here.

[beeping]

AJ: No apples
anywhere I can see.

[bubbling]

- No apple under here.

[whooshes]

- No apples in the cafeteria.

[chewing]
- Time is ticking.

And remember,
sometimes there are clues

that can't even be seen.

- [squeaking]
- Huh?

Hmm.

- [sniffing]

- Hey, look at Fur Blur.
She's smelling something.

- [sniffing]

- Maybe she smells a clue.

- Oh, what is it,
you little cutie?

Could it be...
[gasps]

An apple?
- [squeaking]

- Muy bien.

Fur Blur found it.

- b*at by our own class pet.

- Yeah, but look how cute
she is when she eats.

[alarm blaring]

- The Sparkinator!

- There must be trouble.

[buzzing]

- It looks like someone
made a mess.

- [crying]

- Oh, that little girl
is so upset.

We have to help her.

- Well, who's the crew
who knows what to do?

all: Sparks' Crew
to the Rescue!

[exciting music]

[whooshes]

♪ ♪

- [crying]

[screeching, bouncing]

♪ ♪

[whooshes]

♪ ♪

- Look, Jada. Big kid heroes.

- Wow.

- Fear not,
for we have come to help!

- So what happened here?

- We're not sure.

We were all set up
for Jada's birthday party,

but when we went inside--

- Someone took my bunny party
stuff and made a big mess.

- Did you see who it was?

- Nope.
Can you help me?

- That's what we're here for.

- Thank you!
- Oh!

- Mmm!
- Um, you're welcome?

- So who could do all this
without being seen?

- Hmm.

This must be the work
of Invisigirl.

Thought projecting.

She has the power
of invisibility.

No one can see her,

so she likes to play tricks
on people.

But Sparks' Crew
can handle this.

- We have to find Invisigirl

and get Jada's party
decorations back.

- But how do we find someone
we can't even see?

- If we can find the decorations
Invisigirl took,

it might lead us to her.

- Good idea.

Let's look for the decorations.

- [giggling]

You're smart.

- Uh...
[chuckles]

Thanks?

- Okay, team,

let's spread out
and look around town.

AJ, can you stay here
in case Invisigirl comes back?

- Uh...
- Please?

- Uh, I guess.

- Yippie!

- We'll let you know
if we find anything.

[exciting music]

♪ ♪

[both chuckling]

Mr. Sparks: And so my heroic
students searched

the city for Invisigirl.

But how were they
going to find someone

they couldn't even see?

[whooshes]

[quirky music]

- Excuse me, has anyone seen
an invisible person?

♪ ♪

That doesn't sound right
when I say it out loud.

[chiming]

- Hey, Sara,
what do you see?

- Nothing unusual
in downtown City Town.

- [gasping]
- Except that.

It must be Jada's bouncy bunny.

I got you now, Invisigirl.

Ah-hah!

What?

All right, Invisigirl,
show yourself!

[exciting music]

[bouncing]

[chiming]

- Benny, any sign of her?

- No sign of Invisigirl
here at the park.

- Ooh!
[panting]

- Wait, those look
like bunny balloons!

Come back with those balloons,
Invisigirl!

Bubble up!

[bouncing]

[groaning]

Yeah!
[laughing]

♪ ♪

Okay, where are you,
Invisigirl?

- [panting]

♪ ♪

[chiming]

- Hey, Lucita.
How's it going?

- I haven't found Invisigirl.
Whoa!

[groaning]

What's this?
[gasps]

It's a bunny birthday sign.

Hmm.

Where are you, Invisigirl?
[beeps]

Sara, Benny,
have you found her yet?

- She was just here
at the park.

- But she was just here
at the cafe!

- And she was just here
at the beach!

- How could she get
from place to place so quickly?

- Come on back.

Let's think this
through together.

- We're on our way, AJ.

Party!
[whooshes]

[whooshes]

- [gasps]

[exciting music]

My bouncy bunny!

- [grunts]

- Yay!

My bunny birthday sign!

Thank you!

[bouncing]

My bunny balloons!

- Oh, thank you, Sparks' Crew.

- Just doing our duty, ma'am.

Just doing our duty.

- AJ?

- Jada wanted me to wear this.

- So what are we gonna do?

- How are we ever gonna catch
Invisigirl if we can't see her

and she's all over the place?

- Hmm.
[gasps]

I know.
We can use our...

all: Superpowers of Science!

- Let's go over
all the clues we have

and see if we can make
any sense of them.

- I saw Invisigirl pushing
the bouncy bunny at the cafe.

- Thought projecting!

- And I saw Invisigirl take
the bunny balloons to the park.

[tense music]

- And I saw her bring the bunny
birthday sign to the beach.



- Hmm.

But none of you
actually saw her.

- Well, no,
because she's invisible.

- But we saw what she did.

Or what we think she did.

[wind blowing]

♪ ♪

- My bunny birthday sign!

- I'll get it!

♪ ♪

[groaning]

Whoa, it's so windy!

Come on, come on!
[grunts]

[gasps]

[groans]

- Yippie!

- Whew, that wind was so strong,
it pushed me around.

- Hmm.
[gasps]

Thought projecting.

When Sara saw the bouncy bunny
being pushed down the street,

look what else was happening.

- Something pushed those napkins
off the table too.

- Invisigirl couldn't do both
at the same time.

- And when Benny saw
the balloons being pushed

through the sky at the park...

♪ ♪

- Whoa!

Something pushed that man's
hair right off his head!

- I'm pretty sure that
was a wig.

- Oh, but still.

Invisigirl couldn't do
both those things

at the same time, either.

- And look at what happened
when Lucita was at the beach.

That bunny birthday sign wasn't
the only thing pushed around.

- An umbrella too.

- Every time
we thought Invisigirl

was pushing something,

other things
were being pushed too.

- Pushed by something
invisible.

And just now when the sign
was pushed into the air again,

we heard a loud whoosh!

- And I felt a strong wind.

- And wind is invisible.

You can't see it at all.

- So the wind that pushed me
pushed the sign too.

- That means wind can push
other things,

like bouncy bunnies
and bunny balloons.

- So Invisigirl didn't cause
all this trouble after all.

It was...

all: The wind!

- We did it!
- Way to go, team!

- Yeah!
- We did it!

- Go, team!

- But what about my party?

- Yeah, it's still too windy
for a party.

- What should we do?

We can't stop the wind.

- Not to worry.

This time I know what to do.

[laughs]

[exciting music]

all: Happy birthday, Jada!

- Thanks, Sparks' Crew!

- Thank you for inviting us
to Jada's party.

- It was the least I could do.

Your students really
saved the day.

- Thank you for
stopping Invisi--

[laughs]
I mean the wind.

- The bubble was a great idea,
Benny.

[wind blows]

- AJ, want to jump
in the bouncy bunny with me?

- Uh, uh...
[laughs]

Okay.

- Yeah!
- Whoa!

- [laughing]

[both laughing]
- Whoo-hoo!

- This is fun!

- Boing! Boing!

saved the day

and the birthday party.
