- My new egg cooker!

- It has a time thingy
like Ramone's stopwatch,
but it only shows one number.

- In minutes, it makes
a soft-boiled egg;

egg; but leave it for minutes,

goes KABOOM!

- Kaboom does not...

- You'd better get in there
and turn it off.

I chased a mouse out the front

- Hi! I'm Peg, and this is Cat,
and we're riding

the Peg Plus Cat Express!

- Not yet, Cat. Cat's the
engineer who drives the train.

I'm the conductor who makes sure
everything's running smoothly.
And see that hat?

That's Mac in the back,
manning the caboose.
- Most people like the engine,

but my heart has always been
in my caboose.

- Tonight we're making a trip
all the way from Chattanooga
to Katmandu!

- Can I pull the whistle now,
can I? Pleaaaase!

- Not yet, Cat,
we still need passengers!

So... all aboard!

- ♪♪ We're gonna choo-choo
out of Chattanooga ♪

♪ On our way to Katmandu ♪

♪ So step right up
and watch your step ♪

♪ I'll punch your ticket
as you pass through ♪

♪ There's cars for sleeping

the choo-choo? ♪

inside my socks ♪

six lollipops!

as you enter the train ♪

- ♪ I lose it completely
when clowns entertain ♪
(honking)

- And look, she brought
seven bananas!

- Ha! So funny!

- And here comes the farmer
with his chickens!

- ♪ I brought trays
and each tray holds ♪

♪ So I can count my chicks
and never lose a hen ♪
- Welcome aboard!

- Can I pull the whistle,
Peg, now? Now?

- Looks like everybody's
on board, so go ahead, Cat,

pull that--
- Not so fast!

- Inspector Ramone?
What are you doing here?

- And why are you keeping me
from pulling my whistle?

- Sorry, Cat, but I've been hot
on the trail of a thief

who might be on this train.
(all gasping)

- We'll keep a lookout for any
suspicious behavior, Inspector.
- Do what you can.

- Well, what are you waiting
for, Cat? Pull that whistle!
- Oh goody, goody, goody!

(whistle)
Finally!

- ♪ We're gonna choo-choo out ♪

♪ Of Chattanooga on our way
to Katmandu ♪♪

- Ooh! Are those
lemon lollies?

- Sorry, I can't
give you one. I need all .

- I sure love to lick
lemon lollies!

- Whoa! There are boulders
all over the tracks up ahead!

- (Marie Curie): And our train
is heading right towards them!

- This is a BIG PROBLEM!

Luckily, the Peg Plus Cat
Express has special abilities.

If Cat pushes the steering lever
up, the train can go above them.

Above!

- Above, uh... what
does that mean again?

- It means to go up
and over something.

- Oh yeah. Above!

- (all): Whoa!

- No problem, see?
- What I see is a big crag

hanging down!
- No!!

- Don't worry, the Peg Plus Cat
Express can also go below!

- And that means?
- To go under something,
go down!

- Oh yeah. Below!

- (all): Whoa!

- Everybody OK?
- A little bit shaken up...
- But safe und sound!

- Great! And so...

- My lollipops!

"Subtract" is another word
for take away,

so of Marie Curie's lollipops
were subtracted,

taken away from
her lolly supply.
(all gasping)

I'm beginning to think
there's a thief on board...

and that's a REALLY BIG PROBLEM!

- I know who the thief is!
(suspenseful music)

(honking)
Exactly! The thief must be...

- (all): Ludwig van Beethoven!
(dramatic music)
- What? Why me?

- Your love of licking lemon
lollies led you to larceny,
Ludwig!

- You lifted those lollies,
didn't you, Ludwig? Huh?

Didn't ya? Didn't ya?
- I couldn't have! I've been
busy doodling! See?

- Doodles of poodles! Nice!
(clown honking)

- Nimrod the clown!

- That means she had bananas.

- And it happened while we were
all watching Beethoven!

couldn't be the thief!

- (all): The farmer!

(honking)

- Fess up, farmer! It was you,
wasn't it? The whole time,

- It wasn't me!
- Yeah!

- You gotta believe me!
- Then where were you just now?

- Telling a bedtime story
to my chickens! See?

(snoring)

- (all): Chick, chick!

- Aww, that's sweet.
- So then who took the bananas?
(Ludwig screaming)

- Someone has stolen
my symphonies!

I only have left!

have been stolen!

(farmer screaming)

What happened?
- I've only got trays
of chickens!

I'm supposed to have !

- The thief strikes again!
- If I count backwards

Counting backwards
is another way to subtract!

- So, that means
only tray is missing?

- Yep! subtract equals .

- Yeah, but there were
chickens in that one tray!

- So,

we're missing chickens,
symphonies, bananas,

and lollipops!
- All of our passengers
have had things stolen.

- Which means none of them could
have been the thief!
- Then who is it?

WHO IS IT?
- Everything is being stolen
from right under our noses,

and I am TOTALLY FREAKING--

- (all): Whoa!

- The thunderstorm blew trees
and rocks onto the tracks!

Go below!
- Below!
- Above!

- Above!
- Below!
- Below!

- Above below!
- Above below!

Phew! That was nerve-wracking.
- Is everyone OK?

- Okeydokey!
- Except for those bumps
woke up all my chicks!

(snoring)
Uh... almost all of 'em.

- Whoa-ho-ho! That is
one loud chicken snore!

- (all): It's Mac!
- Huh?

Well, it's past my bedtime,
so I took a little snooze!

- But if you're here, then who's
wearing your hat back there?

(gasping)
- Big Mouth?!
- Eek!

- (Cat): It's all
the missing stuff!

- But how could Big Mouth have
stolen all of this without
anyone seeing him?

- Because he's quick!
- Inspector Ramone!

- Congratulations, Peg!
You've found the thief
I've been looking for!

- But why did he do it?
- And how?
- Simple.

♪♪ Marie Curie had
no reason to worry ♪

♪ With her little yellow
lollipop bouquet ♪

♪ But when she turned her back,
he decided to subtract ♪

♪ 'Cause subtract
means take away ♪

- Of course! Big Mouth
loves things

that are little and yellow!

- ♪ When the circus clown
tumbled to the ground ♪

♪ He spotted her yellow buffet ♪

♪ He didn't use any manners
subtracting her bananers ♪

means take away! ♪

- But what about Beethoven's
symphonies? They weren't
little and yellow.

- Yeah!
- ♪ Ah, but those doodles ♪
- ♪ What doodles? ♪

- ♪ The doodles of poodles ♪
- ♪ They were little,
they were yellow ♪

- ♪ There were oodles
and oodles ♪

- ♪ And when Ludwig
got distracted ♪
- ♪ Big Mouth just reacted ♪

♪ And subtracted
and subtracted ♪
- ♪ So keep your eye ♪

♪ On your chickens
before the plot thickens ♪

♪ Or fall victim
to his foul play ♪

- ♪ Don't be diverted
by follies ♪

- ♪ Hang on to your lollies ♪

(sobbing)
- Me sharmy!

- We forgive you, big guy.
- Don't let it happen again.

we're pulling into Katmandu!

- We made it with
all of our stuff!

- ♪ So everything is... ♪

- ♪ Problem solved! ♪

- ♪ I Katmandu what I can! ♪

(Cat humming)

- Making doodles?
- Yep, doodles!

- Doodles of poodles?
- Doodles of poodles!

- Oodles of doodles of poodles?
- Oodles of doodles of poodles
eating noodles!

- Poodles eating noodles?
- The whole kit and caboodle is
poodle doodle eating noodles.

Oodle loodle, oodle loodle...
- (Ludwig): I prefer strudels!

- Nothing like an animated
doodle, right?
- When you're in the moodle!

(laughing)

- ♪ We're splashing
in the bathroom!
- In the tub! ♪

- ♪ At the sink!
- On the floor!
- Splishing! Splashing! ♪

♪ And splashing some more! ♪

- Welcome to the bathroom,

where Cat and I are playing...
- Above!
- And below!

Cat's up...
- Above! And Peg's down...
- Below!

- Could I be below for a change?
- Sure! You can do everything
upside-down

if you tilt your head like this!
- Please tilt your head

- You did it! Now I'm above,

and Cat's--
- Scared of being
upside-down! Ah!

- Put us back down below!

- Now everything's
back to normal!

- Except that there's soapy
water all over the ceiling,

- Basically everywhere
but the tub.
