06x13 - Tummi Trouble

Post by bunniefuu »

Dashing and daring,
courageous and caring

Faithful and friendly
with stories to share

All through the forest
they sing out in chorus

Marching along as their
song fills the air

Gummi Bears bouncing here
and there and everywhere

High adventure
far beyond compare

They are the Gummi Bears

Magic and mystery are
part of their history

Along with the secret
of Gummi berry juice

Their legend is growing

They take pride in knowing

They'll fight for what's
right in whatever they do

Gummi Bears bouncing here
and there and everywhere

High adventure
that's beyond compare

They are the Gummi Bears

They are the Gummi Bears

[cheerful flute music]

It's springtime and
love is in the air.

It is?

Hm, that's funny.

I don't see it.

Whoa.

[sighing] Wouldn't it be
wonderful to fall head over
heels in love?

[crashing]

I don't know, Sunni.

I think I've already done
enough falling for one day.

-[playful orchestral music]
-[hammering]

Excuse me Gruffi, there's
something I gotta ask you.

Sure kid.

When you've got a question,
I'm the Gummi to ask.

Now what do you want to know?

Uh, what's it
like to be in love?

Uh, ask Grammi.

Being in love is
wonderful, Tummi.

Your heart throbs,
your toes tingle,

you get butterflies
in your stomach.

Sometimes you can't even eat.

Yech, that sounds horrible.

No, it's a great feeling.

You'll find out when
you fall in love.

Well uh, thanks Grammi.

-I think.
-[door closing]

Roses are red,
violets are blue,

you're so rotten and I love you.

Ah, what poetry.

After Lady Bane reads this,

she'll never be
able to resist me.

Don't be so sure
old mushy one.

Your little cuddly
wupkins has returned

every one of your letters.

What do you mean?!

Oh!

We were meant for each other.

We're both so
diabolically despicable.

But Dukey, the letters.

Can't you see, Toadwart,
the poor girl's so in love,

she's completely lost her mind.

Somebody sure has, but no
matter your broken-heartedness,

there are plenty more
snakes in the grass.

That's fish in the sea, you
knuckle headed know-it-all.

[startled yelling]

-[thumping]
-Oh.

Now what?

Step right up, don't be shy.

Look like a prince, talk like
a poet, smell like a Petunia.

[sniffing]

Pee you!

Move it you
lugs, outta my way!

Now, who are you?

Madam Placebo,
mistress of miracles,

motions, lotions and potions.

Tell me, kind sir, what
is it that you desire?

That you get out, out, out!

Lookie your jiltedness,
a love potion.

Love potion?

Ah yes, but I'm afraid it's
really much too dangerous.

Wait, I'll pay any price.

Really?

[clearing throat]

Well, who am I to stand
in the way of love?

But don't say I didn't warn you.

Once the powder is
sprinkled on someone,

they will fall
hopelessly in love

with whomever they see first.

[laughing]

Think of it, Toadwart,
love at first sight.

[birds chirping]

[horses galloping]

Bah, all this springtime
love makes me sick.

But of course, even I have
someone to love, myself.

[twinkling]

What?

Stop the carriage at once.

Stop, stop!

-[surprised yelling]
-[thumping]

Get me that Gummi!

Love sure is confusing.

Sunni says it has
something to do with

the birds and the bees,
but I still don't get it.

[Together] Get it, get it!

Oh oh.

[gulping]

-[dramatic orchestral music]
-[boinging]

Hm, if you want
a job done right,

you just have to do it yourself.

[zapping]

Oh!

[thumping]

[chattering]

Good work my little pants.

Now we must let the other
Gummi's know we have a guest

and that they have til
sundown to bring me

those magic gummy books
I've heard so much about.

Would you settle for
one of Grammi's cookbooks?

I'm afraid not!

I didn't think so.

[galloping horses]

Ah, this is too
easy, Toadwart.

All I have to do is
sprinkle this magic bottle

on Lady Bane's head and
she's mine, all mine!

[galloping horses]

[whinnying]

[screeching to a stop]

-[crashing]
-[yelling]

[creaking wheel]

[grumbling]

I,

I feel so strange,

so tingly,

so alive!

Toadwart, the
potion, it's working!

And where oh where have
you been all my life,

you irresistible
little bug eyed beauty.

Wah?

Come my cupcake,
we must go someplace

where we can be alone.

Wait, come back!

[whinnying]

You're supposed to
be in love with me

not that little
monkey faced masher.

[sniffing]
[sighing]

She loves me,
she loves me not.

She loves me.

Oh Tummi, you're just in
time for a little treat.

No thanks, Grammi,
I'm not very hungry.

Hm, no appetite, glassy
eyes, do your toes tingle?

Uh, come to think of it,
my whole body kinda tingles.

I knew it!

Our little Tummi's in love.

Oh brother.

Congratulations, Tummi.

When do we get to meet her?

I don't know.

She doesn't even
know I love her.

Well why don't
you just tell her?

Better yet, why
don't you give her

some of this delicious pie?

Good idea.

Maybe the way to her heart is

through her stomach, like mine.

Oh young love, I wonder
who the lucky Gummi is.

Good question since
there's no other Gummi's

around here for miles.

But if Tummi didn't fall
in love with another Gummi,

who did he fall for?

Oh my handsome little love
chunk, how do I love thee?

Let me count the ways.

There's that cute
protruding pig nose,

those oh so beautiful
blood sh*t eyes,

that funny little birthmark.

It's a wart.

Oh, but it's
such a lovely wart.

[kissing]

[clearing throat]

You, what do you want?

Him.

But, two timing
toadie like it here.

Do I look like I care?

Let go!

[grunting] He's mine!

No way lady, I saw him first!

Oh, I guess it's true that
you only hurt the one you love.

[grunting]

[thumping]

Don't worry, oh
disappointed one,

I'll make sure you're
invited to our wedding.

Wedding?

What a splendid idea.

But, but, this
is all a mistake.

The only mistake is
that you're still here.

-[zapping]
-No!

Ye ow!

[thumping]

-[rustling]
-[grumbling]

Oh, why didn't anyone tell me

that love could be so dangerous?

Wait, that's just what
Madam Placebo told me.

Maybe she'll know what to do.

[humming]

[Gruffi] Tummi, stop!

Gruffi, what are
you doing here?

Me, what are you doing here?

Going to see my true love.

[Together] Lady Bane?

[Gruffi] Tummi, don't!

Uh oh.

[chattering]

Love definitely makes
the world go around.

[kissing]

Oh yoo-hoo, love of my life,

[gasping]

woops, maybe I'd
better come back later.

Good idea.

Huh, you again?

[thumping]

Uh, I just wanted
to give you these

and tell you that I love you
and can't live without you.

[shivering]

What an appalling thought.

[splatting]

Hm, maybe this little
infatuated fur ball

can supply me with the
perfect wedding present.

Wedding?

You do want to
marry me, don't you?

Oh yes, I do, I do.

Then all you have to do is

bring me those
magic Gummi books.

You mean like the
Great Book of Gummi?

Oh no, I couldn't do that.

I don't think the other
Gummi's would understand.

No one ever does
understand true love.

Now be a real sweetheart
and fetch me that book

and remember, no
book, no marriage.

-But--
-Think about it.

[twinkling]

Whoa!

[thumping]

This definitely isn't
one of my better days.

Land sakes.

[chattering]

Let's lose these
bounding bullies.

[gulping]

Wait for me, Gruffi!

[gulping]

Get your filthy paws off me.

[screaming]

[bouncing]

[chattering]

[screaming]

[nervous chattering]

That takes care of them.

Our trouble's not
over yet, Gruffi.

We still got to find Tummi.

That won't be too hard, look.

-[somber orchestral music]
-[sniffing]

Tummi, what happened?

I uh,

guess Lady Bane doesn't love
me as much as I love her.

Oh the poor dear.

He's heartbroken.

Heartbroken, humph, sounds
more like he's finally

come to his senses.

[Party Guest] Yay!

Hubba hubba!

[Party Guest] Yahoo!

[Party Guest] Whoopee!

[Party Guest] All right, yeah!

Wah-hoo, what a party!

What's the meaning of this?

It's an Oran Ogre tradition.

[crashing]

It's bachelor party.

[chanting together]
Party, party.

Everyone eat and
drink too much.

Stay up all night
for one last fling.

[splashing]

That's nice.

Just don't wear yourself
out my little sweetums.

Remember, we're getting
married in the morning.

[splashing]

Yeah, Toadie
tie knot tomorrow.

[choking]

Mm, no, you can't
have the Great Book.

Take my love please,
but not the book,

anything but that.

[grunting]

Huh?

Woo, what an awful dream.

[sighing]

She loves me, she loves me not,

she loves me, she loves me not?

Oh well.

I guess that settles it.

I know only Gummi Bears
are supposed to have this,

but once we're married,

Lady Bane will be
part of the family.

Ah, what a beautiful
day for a wedding

and in just a matter of hours,

I'll be marrying the
man, ogre, of my dreams.

[rattling wheels]

Oh, how I've hungered
for this moment.

Me too, me too!

[slurping]

Now then my little
drooling dreamboat,

who's going to be your best man?

Hm.

You've got to help me, woman.

My honey is marrying
someone else.

Well, what do you know?

The stuff worked.

It worked all right, but
it should be my marriage,

not that backstabbing bean head.

Well, I did warn you
that my love potion

could cause you trouble.

I know, I know, but
what am I to do?

Shop for a wedding present?

No, no, no!

That's not what I had in mind!

Antidote, that's it,
you need the antidote.

Well, what are
you waiting for?

Give it to me!

I don't have it.

I mean, all I have
is the recipe.

The powder of thistle thorns.

Eh, that'll be easy.

Heated by the
breath of a dragon?

You've got to be--

[crackling]

Hot, hot, hot.

Oh, why is it every time I
fall in love, I get b*rned?

-[whooshing]
-Ah!

It's beautiful.

It's simply gorgeous.

Everything's perfect, hm,
my precious pumpkin wumpkin?

It doesn't get any
better than this.

[twinkling]

Oh yes it does!

[thumping]

Something tells me
we're about to get

our first wedding present.

Uh, I hope I'm not too late.

No, no, not at all.

You're right on time.

Time to rise and
shine, Tummi, dear.

These Bark Berry
flapjacks will make you

forget all about Lady Bane.

[gasping]

He's gone.

That's not all that's missing,

so is the Great Book of Gummi!

This is truly the
happiest day of my life.

[kissing]

Uh, don't cha think
you should be kissing me?

Oh, but I am.

I'm kissing you off!

Take this phony fuzz
head and lock him up.

But I love you.

Good.

Consider yourself
my prisoner of love

and I'll consider myself

the most powerful
sorceress in the land.

[evil laughing]

It's just not like
Tummi to act this way.

If Lady Bane has him
under some spell,

he could be in big trouble.

If that wench
opens the Great Book,

we're all in big trouble.

Oh how I've
dreamt of this day.

[clicking]

[twinkling]

I wonder which naughty little
spell I should unleash first.

But what about our wedding?

Don't you love me anymore?

I'm afraid the magic's
gone out of our romance.

Fortunately, this book
has all the magic I need.

[evil laughing]

Great Gummi's we're too late.

[clearing throat]

Excuse poor neglected Toady,

but it's time for
kissypoo to do her I do's.

Already?

[sighing]

Then we'd better hurry.

After all, I wouldn't want to
be late for my own wedding.

It's not fair.

Lady Bane should
be in love with me,

not that intolerable Toadwart.

But once I use this to
break that stupid spell,

she's sure to rush
right into my--

[thumping]

[screaming]

Oh you poor thing, how
could she do this to you?

[sniffing]

Maybe I shoulda
played hard to get.

Forget that witch.

Let's grab the Great
Book and get outta here.

I'm with you, Gruffi.

[wedding march music]

[gasping]

The wedding.

I've gotta stop it.

Tummi, no!

Here comes the bride

[Together] The
bride, the bride.

[crying]

Gad always get
choked up at weddings.

Maybe collar too tight.

[snapping]

Hey, you right!

Wait!

[crowd reacting]

Stop the wedding.

Tummi, no!

[grunting]

You!
[grunting]

How dare you ruin my wedding!

But you promised
you'd marry me.

Well, all's fair
in love and w*r

and this is w*r!

-[yelling]
-[thumping]

[gasping]

They've got my book!

No one takes my things.

-[zapping]
-Uh oh.

[twinkling]

[grunting]

What?

[yelling]

Is it time to
throw the garter yet?

Oh my brave
little love muffin.

Did those nasty
Gummi's hurt you?

[kissing]

Now's our chance.

Let's go.

Bring back that book.

Do you hear?

[Together] Hear, hear.

Ha, ha!

Soon Lady Bane will
forget all about

that runty little Romeo.

[sighing]

Isn't she pretty
when she's mad?

Yeah, let's just hope she
doesn't get any prettier.

Now come on.

Oh!

No!

My spell remover!

Oh!

[coughing]

Where's the Great Book?

Book, book!

[gasping]

They're taking it back to--

Lady Bane.

I've gotta stop her.

Tummi, dearest, no use,

you can't marry
that horrible woman.

Why would I want to marry her?

I just want to get
the Great Book back.

Oh.

Look like the kid's finally
got his head outta the clouds.

Oh, the wedding.

[brushing]

[wedding march music]

[chattering]

There they go, Tummi.

I've always
wanted to try this.

[screaming]

[splatting]

Good work, kid.

[grumbling]

Now let's get moving.

[Duke] Stop!

[Gruffi] Dukey.

Sorry, but this
wedding's over.

Don't be silly,
Dukens, can't you see

the girl's crazy about me?

[grumbling]

Stop that, you
disgusting little worm.

[splatting]

And you, what are
you doing here?

I uh,

I came to ask for
your hand in marriage.

My hand?

I'll give you a hand all right,

a hand right outta here!

Yah!

Oh.

[Lady Bane] And take
your puny pet with you!

Dukey!

[splatting]

Oh well, better to
have loved and lost

than never to have loved at all.

[thumping]

[Sunni] You mean Tummi
was never really in love?

Of course not, Sunni, it was
all some kind of magic spell.

[sighing]

[Tummi] I think I'm in love.

Oh no, not again.

Yeah, this Root Moss cake
is the best I ever tasted.

[slurping]

I love it.

We love you too, Tummi,
dear and we always will.

[playful orchestral music]
