Nonny, how come you wear glasses?

Because without them everything looks blurry.

Well, some people don't see as well as others,

so they wear glasses to help them see better.

With their eyes.

That's right.

But we hear things with our ears.

Yup. Our senses are how we use

the different parts of our bodies

to experience the world around us.

What else do we use?

That's right. You feel things with the skin on your hands.

We use our senses to experience everything.

Welcome to I Spy Pie, a top-secret bakery.

What can I do for you?

Oh, I'm sorry, sweetie, we're out of peach.

But there may be a way to get you some.

It's top-secret.

[Beeping]

NONNY: Top-secret kitchen access granted.

Follow me.

Computer, commence pie making.

Initiating pie sequence: peach.

First, the secret spy pie machine picks a pan.

Peaches, of course.

The super sour secret ingredient.

But which one is the super sour secret ingredient?

Well, sweetie,

you must use your sense of taste

to figure out which one is sour.

I'll do a taste test.

She's good.

I'll taste them and you say which you think is the sour one

by the look on my face.

First, I'll taste this one.

Mmm... Now, I'll taste the other one.

Whoa!

Which one of these is the super sour secret ingredient,

this one or that one?

BOTH: That one!

Right! That one tasted really sour.

Let's find out what it is.

ALL: Lemon!

The super sour secret ingredient is lemon juice.

You got it,

and we just sprinkle some right over the peaches, like so.

And in only a few minutes,

your peach pie should look like this.

It smells delicious.

I'm listening to music

while I wait for my glasses to be fixed.

I don't need my eyes to hear music,

I use my ears.

That's right, Nonny.

Your eyesight is very important,

but your other senses are important too.

I bet Nonny can guess what this is

without using his eyes.

Now, Nonny, can you tell what I just put in front of you?

It's yellow and small,

but it's still kind of blurry.

Use your ears.

I don't hear anything.

Right. But how about using your sense of smell?

[Sniffing]

We're forest rangers.

We make sure the forest is kept clean.

Once upon a time...

NONNY, NARRATING: ...there were two forest rangers who cleaned up trash

in Smellystone National Park.

Why do you think they call it Smellystone National Park?

GIRL, ON RADIO: Attention, rangers.

We have a complaint of something smelly

over by the owl tree.

That's why!

[Radio beeping]We're on it.



Oh, no. Who knocked over this garbage?

Hoo! Hoo!

That's what we want to know.

[Flies buzzing]

Whoa, it sure is smelly.

Let's clean this up.

NONNY, NARRATING: So the Smellystone rangers cleaned up the garbage.

That's all of it. Good job, Ranger Gil.

[Dog sniffing]

[Barking]What is it, boy?

Do you smell something?

[Barking]

[All sniffing]

BOTH: Pee-yew!

Pee-yew! Pee-yew!

What's making that awful smell?

MOLLY: That's a skunk!

If she puts her tail up in the air,

that means she's gonna spray us.

Spray us? With what?

MOLLY: With a really bad smell.

Let's get out of here!

[Engine revving]

I think we lost her.

GIRL, ON RADIO: Attention, rangers.

We have a report of something smelly over by the frog pond.

[Radio beeping]We'll hop right on it!

FROG: Socks!

[Dog barking]

Those dirty socks smell terrible.

Socks!

Let's bag them up and get them out of here.

Phew!

This pond smells better already.

[Dog sniffing]

Uh-oh, I think Ranger Puppy smells something else.

[Barking]

BOTH: Skunk!

[Both screaming]

I-- I think we lost her.

Yeah, but we're lost, too.

How do we get back to the ranger station from here?

Maybe you should use one of your senses

to help you find it.

That's a good idea.

Oh, you're welcome, honey.

But Ranger Molly,

the ranger station doesn't make any sounds.

How are we going to hear it?

We can just use our sense of sight.

We'll find it with our eyes.

We need your help to find the ranger station.

BOTH FISH: Right there!

NONNY, NARRATING: So the Smellystone rangers made it all the way back

to the ranger station.

But just as they were about to go inside...

BOTH: Skunk!

We're gonna get sprayed!

I don't want to smell bad.

Me neither!

[Sobbing]

Why are you crying?

Because nobody wants to be friends with me

because I smell bad.

Well, why do you keep trying to spray everyone?

Skunks only spray when they're scared.

I'm new here and I'm a little nervous.

We'll be your friends.

Y-you will?

If you promise not to spray us.

Ooh, I promise!

♪ La-da-dah

And so, the forest rangers and the skunk became good friends.

And they all lived happily ever after.

[Cheering]

GUPPIES: Great story!

Come on, everybody! It's time to dance!

[Guppies giggling]

Come on, everybody! Get up and dance with us!

Come on, get up, we're gonna use our senses!

FISH: Arf! Arf!

[Fish giggling]

[Fish barking]

[Dog barking, guppies giggling]

BOTH FISH: Nonny's glasses are ready!

ALL: Field trip!

Do you want to come with us to get Nonny's glasses?

BOTH FISH: The mall!

Do you know where the eyeglass store is, Mr. Grouper?

Hmm, I'm not sure, Nonny.

Let's ask the security guard.

Excuse me...

Mr. Grumpfish?

We're looking for the eyeglasses store, please.

Hmm.

Pass the music store, and turn at Cookie Hut,

and at the end of the hall is the eyeglasses store.

You better hurry, though. The mall's closing.
