You sound a little stuffed up.

I've got a little cold,

so I just bought some tissues to blow my nose.

GUPPIES: Good morning, Mr. Grouper.

Well, good morning, everyone.

Mr. Grouper, we just saw lots of people sneezing

and coughing and blowing their noses.

Uh-oh, sounds like there's a cold going around.

Oh, no. I don't want to get a cold.

It's okay, Oona, everyone gets a cold now and then.

How do you get a cold, Mr. Grouper?

We catch colds from germs,

which are teeny little things that can make our body sick.

They're so small that you can't even see them.

Ooh!

Everyone has germs.

I beg your pardon!

[Laughing]It's okay, Deema.

It's not a bad thing to have germs.

You just have to try to keep them to yourself.

How do you keep germs away, Mr. Grouper?

You can keep germs away by practicing good hygiene.

What's hygiene?

Hygiene is what you do to keep clean and healthy,

like washing your hands.

That's right, Nonny.

Let's think about hygiene.

To clean your hands,

you should wash with water and plenty of...

Soap!

Right!

And if your nose is runny, you should wipe it with a...

Tissue!

Right, a clean tissue.

And when you have to cough or sneeze,

it's important to cover your nose and your...

Mouth!

Yes, covering your nose and your mouth

can keep germs from spreading to others.

so that I don't spread germs around.

Your wash-- I mean, wish is my command!

[Giggling]

My wish is to wash my hands.

Well, you've certainly come to the right place.

To get your hands nice and clean,

you'll need to wash them carefully with...

this!

A tube of toothpaste!

Hmm, I don't think that's right.

Oh, silly me!

Fear not!

The Hygiene-ie has a few more things to choose from.

A brush, a bottle of shampoo,

and some liquid soap.

I need your help.

All of these things are important for good hygiene,

but which one do you use to clean your hands?

That one!The hand soap!

The soap, right.

This soap will help me clean my hands.

I know!

It doesn't take a hygiene-ius!

But to clean your hands,

you will need more than just soap.

What else do I need?

First, you'll need water.

Then you'll take just a little bit of soap.

Right, now you need to scrub and make bubbles

on both sides of your hands

and in between your fingers.

Ready? Hit it!

What's that, Nonny?

Hand sanitizer. It gets rid of germs.

Using hand sanitizer is a good way to keep germs away.

And if somebody sneezes and doesn't cover her mouth...

Ah-choo![Giggling]

Now Gil has Molly's germs.

Man!

And if Gil coughs into his hands...

[Coughing]

...and doesn't wash them...

Hi, Deema!Well, hello there.

...now Deema has Gil's germs that he caught from Molly.

What?! He got me!

[Sneezing][All laughing]

Look out for my germs!

I don't wash my hands!

[Sneezing]

[Guppies yelling and screaming]Look out for the germs!

[Guppies chattering excitedly]

GIL: Look out for the germs!

[Sneezing]

Oh, I think I'm coming down with a cold.

Oh no, Mr. Grouper!

[Sniffling]

Line up, guys. It's time to go outside.

I'm a superhero!

I'm a superhero, too.

Once upon a time...

NONNY: ...there were two superheroes.

Soaper Boy!

And Tissue Girl!

It was their job to keep everyone in the city

safe from germs.

[Sneezing]

Did you hear that?

Somebody has a bad cold.

Come on!

Look!

[Sneezing]

BOTH: The Running Nose!

He spreads germs wherever he goes!

We have to stop him before he gets everyone sick!

Come on!



[Sneezing]

[Screaming]

Oh, no!

He didn't cover his mouth when he sneezed!

Don't touch that sandwich, worker.

It might look clean, but it's "snot."

[Rimshot sounding]

Don't worry!

I'll get rid of those germs with my super suds!



You're germ-free!

Soaper Boy,

the Running Nose is going to give all his germs

to everyone if we don't stop him.

Come on!

And so, the superheroes raced after the Running Nose.

[Factory whistle blowing]

He's heading toward the old factory!

We better get there first!



Here comes the Running Nose.

[All screaming]

[Running Nose sneezing]

If the Running Nose gets his germs in the old factory,

all the workers could get sick.

[All screaming]

How do we stop a running nose?

I'll stop him with my tissues!

I need your help.

Take a look, my tissues can fill each of these squares

to stop the Running Nose.

Oh, no!

We need more.

How many more tissues do we need?

Two!

Right, two!

Two more tissues, Soaper Boy.

Count with me.

One, two.

That'll stop him!

Oh!

Whoa!

[Crashing]

[Sneezing]

Hey, what'd you do that for?

Because you were spreading germs.

Uh, I was?

[Sobbing]

I didn't mean to!

[Sobbing]

I can't help it, I'm a runny nose.

Have a tissue.

You should always use tissues when you have to sneeze

or wipe your nose.

[Blowing nose]

Now what do I do?

Always be sure to throw your used tissue in the trash

so others don't get germs from it.

But what if I don't have a tissue?

[Sniffling]

Then you should cover your mouth with your elbow.

It's like a germ jail!

[Sneezing]

Excuse me.

Hooray!You did it!

He did it!All right!

And so, from that day on,

the Running Nose always covered his mouth whenever he sneezed.

Thanks for teaching me how to keep my germs to myself.

Now I 'nose.'

[Laughing]

And they all lived happily ever after.

[Guppies cheering]

Come on, everybody! It's time to dance!

[All laughing]

Come on, all you sneezers!

Get up and dance with us!

Go on, get up!

We're going to wash our hands and get them really clean!

♪ Gotta keep our hands clean using good hygiene ♪

[Barking]

[Mr. Grouper sneezing]

MR. GROUPER: Excuse me!

Oh, poor Mr. Grouper.

I think he still has a cold.

Come on.

[Sneezing]

Excuse me.

[Blowing nose]

[Barking]

Thank you, Bubble Puppy.

I'm not feeling very well, so I'm going to stay here

and watch my favorite soap opera.

[Soap opera theme playing][Siren wailing]

TV NARRATOR: We now return to Guppy General Hospital,

where there seems to be a cold going around.

[Sneezing]

I sure am sick!

Me, too.

[Sneezing]

[Blowing nose]

We need more tissues.

I'll buzz for Dr. Goby.

[Bell chiming]

[Dramatic music playing]

Did somebody buzz for tissues?

You're not Dr. Goby.

No, I'm Dr. Molly.

I'm not sure where Dr. Goby is.

GOBY: I'm over here.

[Dramatic music playing]

[Sneezing]

I'm sick, too.

Oh, no!

Dr. Goby is sick, too?

What are they going to do?[Sniffling]

If Dr. Goby's sick,

thank goodness Dr. Gil can take care of us!

[Gil sneezing]

[Dramatic music playing]

I'm sick, too.[Blowing nose]

What about you, Dr. Molly?

Can you take care of us?

Of course I--[Sneezing]

[Dramatic music playing]

Looks like I've got it, too.

I'm afraid that everyone at Guppy General is sick.

But if everyone is sick, who will take care of us?

[Dramatic music playing]

It's very dramatic!

It certainly is![Sniffling]

[Dramatic music playing]

Hello.

Dr. Nonny, thank goodness you're here!

Do you know what's wrong with us?

I'm afraid you all have...

a cold.

[All gasping]

But Dr. Nonny, how come you didn't catch the cold?

I was very careful to wash my hands a lot

to keep the germs away.

That's good hygiene.

But how can we get rid of the cold, Dr. Nonny?

I'm afraid there's no cure for the common cold.

[All gasping]

But with a little rest and lots of stuff to drink,

you should be all better in just a few days.

I feel better already!

I finally figured out how to give Bubble Puppy a bath.

See? He's already inside the bucket.

First, I fill it up with water.

Then I add soap.

And now I scrub.

Good boy, Bubble Puppy!

You're all clean!

[Barking]

Now we'll just grab a towel so you can get--
