Max: Is that the scarf you wanted?

No.

The pink one.

Max: Found it!

Enrique: Hola, amigos.

Que pasa?

Why are you dressed like that? It's sunny outside.

We're going to Dragon Land to ride sleds.

Sleds? I've never been on one before.

How come?

In Colombia, we lived where it was very warm.

I've never actually seen snow except in books or on TV.

Emmy: Well, now's your chance.

All: I wish, I wish with all my heart

to fly with dragons in a land apart.

Whoa! La nieve!

Snow looks like a big white blanket covering the ground.

Try this, Enrique.

The snowflakes melt on your tongue.

Ha ha ha!

[Distant laughter]

Hi, Max. Hi, Emmy. Hi, Enrique.

Ready to go sledding with us?

Max: Yeah! Emmy: Definitely!

That sled looked like it was going awfully fast.

Oh, yes, it's like flying without wings.

Zak: Even I like going that fast.

Wheezie: Well, I don't like it.

Zak: You don't?

Wheezie: I loooove it!

Zak: Ha ha ha! Should have seen that one coming.

Emmy: Are Chilly and Nippy here yet?

Who are Chilly and Nippy?

Our friends on Snowy Summit.

Chilly's a Snowman and Nippy's his snowdog.

Emmy: We're all going to Icicle Caverns on our sleds.

Let's have a sled race while we're waiting.

on sleds or walk.

of rocks and tree branches hanging over them.

I just don't want to.

It just looks too...

Scary?

If you get used to it little by little,

maybe it wouldn't feel so scary.

Maybe.

Wheezie: That's a fabulicious idea, Emmy!

Yes. Enrique can sit on the sled,

and one of us can pull him over flat snow very slowly.

That wouldn't be too scary, would it, Enrique?

I guess not.

Ord: I'll pull.

Cassie: Not too fast for you, Enrique?
