Nice to meet you, Admiral Stock.

Yo, Admiral!

How you doing?

Looking good, Admiral Stock.

Hey, Admiral?

On it.

McGee.

Find the sister.

CHARLIE: Joe and I were on our own

after Mom d*ed.

But no matter how bad things got,

Joe taught me to fight for good.

But three straight combat tours later,

and he came back different.

Whatever he saw there, it changed him.

But still,

every day,

Joe fought to be happy.

And he was. I saw it.

He was...

he was happy,

until you let him jump.

That is the last thing that I wanted.

Well, you didn't stop him!

If you had done your job,

he would be here today.

Hell, you don't even remember
who I'm talking about.

(VOICE BREAKING): Oh, I wish
that were true, Charlie.

But I couldn't forget Joe if I tried.

We spent hours talking on that bridge.

About how he didn't want his brother

worrying about him,

about how he didn't want you to know.

Know what?

How truly unhappy he was.

No. No.

How he couldn't hide it
from you anymore,

and that he'd already tried once,

- but the g*n jammed.
- You're lying.

You didn't know my brother.

You don't remember him!
(OVERLAPPING SHOUTING)

He called you Boots!

He called you Boots.

An inside joke from when you were kids.

And he talked about
how much he loved you.

And about how much pain he was in.

That means nothing.

Don't sit there
and pretend like you care.

I don't have to pretend.

I just want you to see.

I'm just gonna show you.

On this side,

each initial stands
for somebody that I care about.

L.O.,

B.V., K.M.

That's Ono, Vargas and Madden.

My REACT team.

And these here...

These are three other people
that I couldn't save.

J.E.

That's Jenny.

She's a mother who lost
her son and her husband

in the same week.

R.B. That was Robert.

He was a grandpa whose cancer
stopped responding to treatment.

And this one, J.S.

Charlie, do you know who that is?

That's Joe.

Joe Samuels, your brother.

So, you can believe whatever
it is that you need to believe.

You can say that I failed,
that I am bad at my job,

that it is all my fault,
but don't you ever accuse me

of not caring or forgetting.

Because there's nothing that I can do

to forget these people.

There's no sign of them at Jess's place.

How about Kasie's?

Same. Nick's headed back here now.

Any luck with NightTripper?

If it wasn't for the holiday,
we might have

a supervisor there to help us,

- but without a...
- This is Special Agent Parker

at NCIS.

Again. Call me back, please.

And Parker's back
to leaving nasty messages.

Hey, I said please.

But every judge in town is
too busy carving turkey

to issue a warrant.

Have we even tried coming up with, uh,

Robin's password for the site?

Well, I've got
a password generator running,

but, I mean, who knows?

It could take days
to land on the right one.

All right, what about, uh, Jessica?

"Jessica "?

You really think her password
is gonna be a sister

she doesn't get along with?

I think that anything's worth trying.

Okay, fine.

No, no dice. Let me try "Jessica ."

"Jessica "?

(COMPUTER BUZZING) Four?

No.

Any other ideas, guys?

You know what?

Try "Wetsica."

Wets-a-what?

W-E-T-S-I-C-A.

It's a family nickname.

(TYPING)

Ooh. I'm in.

Amazing.

Got an address, too.

It's a Thanksgiving miracle.

Not yet.

All right, I'm gonna call Torres.

Good. Have him meet us over there.

Let's go.

I understand you are hurting, Charlie.

But it is time to put the g*n down.

You think a few hours on a bridge

is the same as a lifetime?

I never said that.

No one is immune to loss, not Kasie,

or Robin, or me.

I understand.

(SOFTLY): You can't.

You can't understand,

because Joe wasn't your brother.

But maybe now you will.

- (SCREAMS)
- No!

- You NCIS?
- Pete the super?

We just heard a g*nsh*t,
end of the hall, last door down.

All right, keep your tenants inside.

(g*nsh*t)

- (SCREAMS)
- Stop!

No! Look at me, look at me. Stay here.

Do you understand now, Jess?

- Yeah.
- Do I have to k*ll her

- to make you understand?
- Charlie,

put the g*n down, okay?

Robin has nothing to do with this.

She won't understand!

She doesn't even like me!

Robin, that is not true. I love you.

Charlie, please.

But you don't like me.

That's true, isn't it?

No! You just put yourself

in situations that make me worry.

Situations like what?

Hello?

I got visual.

(OVER COMM):
Kasie, Knight and the sister

- and our guy with a g*n.
- Casualties?

None that I can see,
but if you get him to the door,

I might be able to slip in.

All right. Copy that. Stand by.

Jimmy, stand back.

NCIS!

Don't come in, he's got a g*n.

- But we're okay.
- Stay the hell out!

No good. He's not moving.

I'm sorry, can we get back to

how I always put myself
in these situations?

This is an anomaly.

- It's a one-off.
- I can think of others.

You always think I'm this big screwup,

and I'm trying my hardest,

and you don't even listen to me!

(OVERLAPPING SHOUTING)

Shut the hell up!

My God! You two...

Joe and I never argued like this.

Never.

Which is why you're so angry.

I'm angry

because I should've been on that bridge.

But you weren't!

What about the time you spent
off of the bridge?

What are you talking about?

It sounds like you two
were almost never apart,

but you still couldn't save Joe
any more than she could.

You're not mad at her.

You're mad at yourself.

I could have saved him.

If you could have, you would have.

(CRIES)

Charlie, no, no, no. No, no.

Yo, he's putting the g*n on himself.

MCGEE (OVER COMM): Copy that. Stand by.

KNIGHT: Charlie, listen to me.

That time you spent
off the bridge with Joe,

it wasn't for nothing.

It was if I couldn't save him.

Joe said that he was happiest
when he was with you.

That he fought his demons

just so he could spend
a little more time with you.

He did fight for the good.

Fight like Joe.

There is no more good.

(WHIMPERING) Then fight like us.

Robin taught me that
you don't just fight

with the ones that you love.

You fight for them.

Joe would want you to fight to live.

(SCREAMING)

He's down! He's down.

He's down, we got him.

We got him.

(ROBIN CRYING)

MCGEE: We got him, we got him.

(CRYING) He's down.

(SPEAKING MANDARIN) _

_

I'm sorry, too. I'm sorry, too.

(ROBIN CRYING)

ROBIN: Look at us.

How old is this picture?

That was the last Thanksgiving

before Mom and Dad got a divorce.

Same year you gave me this watch.

I cannot believe that watch held up.

I didn't even think you liked it.

Anyway, I better get out of your hair.

You know what I don't like?

I don't like that you have
a brand-new career

every eight months,

or that you have more fiancés
than The Bachelorette.

But what I love...

...is how generous you are,

and how you make everybody
feel like family.

(CHUCKLES): And that you make
me laugh even when I don't want to.

(CHUCKLES SOFTLY)

And that you call me on my birthday.

(SNIFFLES)

So, even if I don't...

always like you, Robin,
I always love you.

(CRYING QUIETLY)

Okay, we've got him locked up
in holding safely,

until Psych Services
can get here in morning.

Hey, you know what, Robin,
this type of thing...

happens more than you think.

You work with really nice people.

(CHUCKLES) Don't I, though?

Nice people who are late for dinner,

or, uh, maybe just leftovers by now?

No, Vance and Delilah are waiting for us

to carve the turkey.

- So let's get over there.
- All right.

Ladies.

JIMMY: Hey, good news,
I just got off the phone with Nick.

According to him, uh,
my in-laws would now like

everyone to come to dinner.

Even more nice people.

No... no.

Mac-and-Cheezus and I
are gonna curl up on the sofa

with some ibuprofen.

How about it, Jess?

It might be the perfect time
to finally meet them.

Rain check?

I think I'd like to have a really nice,

quiet, peaceful dinner for two
at my place.

With my sister.

(LAUGHS)

I still have some turkey subs left.

Oh, no, I was thinking tacos,
like, lots of tacos.

- Oh, I know a great place.
- Oh, I know a place.

No, you have to try this place
in Georgetown. It's amazing.

- Georgetown?
- Yes.

You have to try my favorite
place in Old Town.

- So good.
- Excuse me.

Order both.

Happy Thanksgiving. Yes.

Happy Thanksgiving. Night, bestie.

Come on, other bestie.

(LAUGHS)

My taco place is better, though.

(LAUGHS)
