Magenta's been playing at our house all morning

and guess what?

Later on today, she's going to get glasses.

Hey, Blue, Magenta, look who's here.

[barks "hello"]

[barks hesitantly]

Look, Magenta, see?

It's our friend.

[barks]

[barks softly]

Oh, well, you'll be able to

see our friend much better

after you get glasses.

Hey, do you know anyone who wears glasses?

[barks]

Magenta will have them, too.

Aren't you excited?

[barks hesitantly]

So, let's draw a jagged line for the roof...

then some straight lines that go around like this...

So, we're trying to figure out

what else Magenta will be able to do when she gets her glasses

and our first clue is Magenta's house.

So, what else would Magenta be able to do

when she gets her glasses with her house?

Do you know?

Maybe, but, uh, I think we'll need to find two more clues.

[Blue and Magenta barking]

I'm Doctor Eyeleen

and I'm going to help you get

the perfect pair of glasses

so you can see better.

That sounds good.

You just need to look in here

and answer some questions

so I can figure out

what kind of glasses you need.

Hey, that sounds kind of like a game.

Oh, yeah.

[Magenta barks quizzically]

DOCTOR: You let us know when you can see it clearly, Magenta.

[barks]

STEVE: Oh, yeah, an apple.

DOCTOR: Okay, one last picture.

What do you think it is?

[barks hesitantly]

STEVE: How about you?

What picture do you think Magenta is seeing?

A fish!

Do you think so?

DOCTOR: Magenta, tell us when it's clear.

[barks]

STEVE: Oh, yeah, a fish.

Yeah! Great job, Magenta.

[barks "thank you"]

That's wonderful, Magenta!

You know, I'm learning a lot

about what kind of glasses you should get.

Okay, so let me just check one last thing.

Look at this picture and tell me.

Is the apple on the table or off the table?

[barks "I don't know"]

STEVE: What do you think?

Is it on or off the table?

On!

Yup, the apple is most definitely on the picnic table.

DOCTOR: How about the balloons?

Are they over the table or under the table?

[barks quizzically]

STEVE: What do you think?

Are they over or under the table?

Under the table!

Oh, yeah, good job.

Those balloons are under the table.

[barks "under the table"]

DOCTOR: Okay, so is the picnic blanket

near the table or far away from it?

[barks]

STEVE: What do you think?

Is it near the table or far from the table?

Oh, yeah, look at that.

The blanket is near the table.

[barks "near the table"]

DOCTOR: Okay, we're all done!

Nice work, Magenta!

[barks "thank you"]

STEVE: Yeah, you did great, too.

What... wait... you, you see our second clue? Where?

[barks]

Oh, Steve, I think Magenta sees the clue

in the picture she's looking at.

Oh, so our second clue is a window?

Right.

Hey, I have an idea.

Let's try something.

Um... you tell me what the clue looks like

and then I'll draw it in my... notebook.
