Everyone was happy sharing in the crystal kingdom.

Except for...the king!

The king wasn't really a bad king,

But he was a greedy king.

Ever since he was a little boy,

He had gotten anything he wanted,

Including a magic wand.

Mine! [Laughing]

One day, he decided that

He wanted the magic crystals for himself.

But, dora!

The crystals are for everyone to share!

That's not fair.

I know, boots.

But the king was so greedy, he didn't care.

That king!

Mine!

The crystals flew out of the statue

And into the king's bag.

The people weren't happy when they found out

That the king took the crystals.

They banged on the castle door to get king to return them.

[Banging]

But the king didn't want to share the crystals.

He used his magic wand

And hid them in other stories

Where no one could find them.

He hid all the crystals.

Except the red crystal, which he kept very close to him.

No one will ever find them. [Laughing]

The crystals will always be mine, mine, mine.

With most of the crystals out of the story,

The colors started to drain from the kingdom.

Oh, no!

The crystal kingdom's losing its color!

The townspeople wanted to find the crystals,

But only one girl, allie, wouldn't give up.

♪ This place has changed and how!

It sure has!

♪ Colors are fading, that's easy to see ♪
