♪ You see a clue? ♪ We see a clue.

♪ Another Blue's Clues day, hooray! ♪

♪ Do you want to play... ♪

♪ Blue's Clues? ♪

♪ So count to three... ♪

♪ One, two, three.♪

♪ And clap your hands... ♪

♪ Learn something new... ♪

♪ It's another Blue's Clues day. ♪

Hi!

We're so glad you're here.

We're making up a story.

With pictures.

See, it's a story wall.

[ Blue barks "Story wall"]

This whole wall is going to be full of pictures.

And it's going to tell a whole story from beginning to end.

Here's the title page.

What do you think the story is about?

Rabbits.

Yeah, rabbits.

The title is "The Rabbits Who Went to Their Grandma's House."

Those are the characters--

Rebecca Rabbit and her brother, Robbie.

Come on.

Once all the pictures are up on the wall,

we can walk along and read the whole story.

[ barking happily]

This picture shows the beginning of the story.

[ clears throat]

Rebecca and Robbie are leaving their house.

Let's put it on the story wall.

[ barks]

Will you help us make more pictures,

so we can finish the story wall?

You will!

Oh, fantastic.

Then we can read the whole story.

I can't wait to see what happens.

[ barking]

Blue, you know how the story ends?

[ Blue barks "Yes, I do"]

Really.

What will the rabbits do with their grandma

when they get to her house?

[ barking happily]

Great idea!

We'll play "Blue's Clues" to figure it out.

I love Blue's Clues.

♪ We are gonna play Blue's Clues ♪

♪ 'Cause it's a really great game, yeah! ♪

Hey, Side Table Drawer.

I'm so excited to see what happens

to Robbie and Rebecca

at the end of the story.

♪ To play Blue's Clues, we've got to find a... ♪

Paw print.

Oh, a paw print, right.

And that's our first...

Clue.

A clue? A clue!

Then we put it in our...

Notebook.

♪ 'Cause they're Blue's Clues, Blue's Clues. ♪

♪ We got to find another paw print ♪

♪ That's the second clue ♪

♪ We put it in our notebook ♪

♪ 'Cause they're whose clues? ♪

♪ Blue's Clues! ♪

♪ We've got to find the last paw print ♪

♪ That's the third clue ♪

♪ We put it in our notebook ♪

♪ 'Cause they're Blue's Clues, Blue's Clues ♪

♪ You know what to do ♪

♪ Sit down in our thinking chair and think, think, think... ♪

♪ Because when we use our minds ♪

♪ And take a step at a time ♪

♪ We can do anything... ♪

[ barks]

♪ That we want to do. ♪

Ready? It's time to look for clues,

so we can figure out what the rabbits will do

with their grandma at the end of the story.

Will you help?

Great!

Hey, let's go.

♪ We are looking for Blue's Clues ♪

♪ Wonder where they are. ♪

Did you see something?

A clue! A clue!

You see a clue?

Oh, great! Where is it?

Right there.

There it is!

Wow, that clue is really moving all over the place.

Our first clue must be "moving."

You know what we need--

our handy-dandy...

Notebook.

notebook, right.

So...

our first clue is "moving."

First, let's draw an arrow,

another moving this way and one more moving that way.

So... "moving."

What could the rabbits do with their grandma

with the clue "moving"?

Good idea.

But let's keep looking for clues.

SHOVEL: Joe, come here!

Hi, Shovel.

Hi, Joe.

Did you see the beginning

of the story wall?

Yeah.

First, the rabbits leave their house

to go to their grandma's.

I wonder what happens next.

Well, we finished some more pictures.

Come see.

These are the pictures

for the middle of the story wall.

Let's figure out which picture

we should put up next.

Pail, what happens next in the story?

I'll show you.

I made up the next part.

See?

After they leave their house,

the rabbits are walking along

in the forest.

Then Robbie loses the directions.

Well, let's read.

Which picture shows

one of the rabbits losing the directions?

That one!

Oh, yeah, there are the directions,

and they're flying out of Robbie's pocket.

Let's put it on the story wall.

[ barking happily]

I can't believe Robbie lost the directions.

Shovel, what happens next?

Well... Rebecca and Robbie feel sad,

because they lost the directions

to their grandma's.

Oh.

So which picture shows the rabbits feeling sad?

That one!

The rabbits have their heads down,

and their ears are sort of droopy.

They do look sad.

You are a really good picture reader.

I wonder how the sad rabbits

are going to make it to their grandma's

without the directions.

Slippery, what happens next?

Next a nice, old eagle

calls the rabbits over to help them.

Let's read.

Which picture shows

an eagle calling to the rabbits?

That one!

The eagle is calling the rabbits over to help them,

and he's giving them a ride.

[ barking happily]

That eagle is so nice.

Great job.

We put three more pictures up

on the story wall.

Well, what happens next in the story?

We don't know.

The other pictures aren't done yet.

I wonder where that eagle is taking the rabbits.

Yeah, I hope Rebecca and Robbie get

to their grandma's house soon.

I can't wait to find out what happens

at the end of the story.

That reminds me.

We still have to find two more clues.

Let's go.

A clue.

Oh, you see a clue.

Where?

On the feet.

Feet?

My feet!

No, on those feet.

Over there.

Oh, here!

The clue is on those feet.

Well, you know what we need now--

our handy-dandy...

We'll draw a line that curves up, around and down,

then another one next to it.

Add the toes.

There-- feet.

So our first clue was "moving."

And now our second clue is "feet."

Well, what could the rabbits do with their grandma

at the end of the story with the clues "moving" and feet?

Maybe...

But let's find our last clue to be sure.

♪ Mail time, mail time, mail time!♪

♪ Mail time, mail time!♪

The mail's here!

Come on!

♪ Here's the mail, it never fails ♪

♪ It makes me want to wag my tail ♪

♪ When it comes, I want to wail, "Mail!" ♪

Hi, Joe.

I've got something for you to read.

Really, Mailbox.

What is it?

Your letter.

We just got a letter.

The king asked the chef to make a cake.

The chef is making the cake as fast as he can.

Let's see what happens next.

The chef made a huge cake.

The cake is so big.

The princess and the king

and the queen ate their cake.

The princess had a very happy birthday.

[ Blue calling]

Rebecca, Robbie.

Why aren't you in the story?

The next pictures aren't finished yet.

REBECCA: Here comes the picture.

Wow, look at that.

The eagle just put the rabbits on a path.

It must go to their grandma's house.

Oops.

[ both giggle]

What are the rabbits about to do?

Eat.

Eat, yeah.

I'm hungry.

I want to take a break and eat.

Let's go to the next picture to see what's for lunch.

What's going on here?

How does Rebecca feel?

Angry.

Angry, yeah.

Robbie, you forgot to pack my sandwich,

and I'm really hungry.

That makes me angry.

Oh, I wonder what happens next.

Let's go see the next picture and find out.

What did Robbie do?

He shared his sandwich.

He shared his sandwich, yeah.

Hey, we're really near Grandma's house.

I wonder what we're going to do when we get there.

And Blue just finished another one.

It looks like the rabbits are almost at their grandma's house.

[ barks]

[ soft music begins]

Do you hear something?

[ music continues]

[ playing simple tune]

You see a clue?

Where?

I... I don't see it.

Where is it?

Oh!

There it is.

There's a clue on this... music.

Well, you know what we need now--

our handy-dandy...

Notebook.

So...

music.

For music, we'll draw notes--

four circles like this, a line down,

a line down, across and up,

a line down here.

Color in the notes.

And we have music.

You know what?

We have all three clues

to figure out what the rabbits will do

with their grandma at the end of the story.

It's time to sit in our...

Thinking chair.

Yeah, thinking chair, to figure it out.

Come on.

Now that we're in our thinking chair,

let's think.

What could the rabbits do with their grandma

at the end of the story

with "moving"...

feet...

and music?

Well, maybe it's something you could do

where a part of you is moving.

But what part of you could be moving?

Feet-- your feet could be moving.

Maybe it's something you could do

where your feet are moving along with some music.

What are you doing when you're moving your feet to music?

Dancing.

[ barks]

Dancing.

That's it.

The rabbits are going to dance with their grandma

at the end of the story.

We just figured out Blue's Clues.

♪ We sat on down ♪

♪ Figured it out ♪

♪ What Blue's Clues were all about. ♪

Wow, you know what?

♪ We're really smart. ♪

[ song ends]

[ barks]

Let's go put the last picture on the story wall.

Wow! Nice picture, Blue.

[ barks "Thank you, Joe"]

Rebecca and Robbie Rabbit are dancing with their grandma.

Great ending.

[ barking]

That's the last one.

[ barking]

All the pictures are up.

Now we can read the whole story

from the beginning to the end.

Is everyone ready to read our story wall?

ALL: Yeah!

We're ready.

Whoa!

You'll help us read the whole story, right?

Great.

[ clears throat]

"The Rabbits Who Went to Their Grandma's House"...

by everyone.

[ barks]

Here we go.

[ clears throat]

One morning, Rebecca and Robbie Rabbit left their house

to go to their grandma's.

Then...

While they were on the path, Robbie lost the... directions

to Grandma Rabbit's.

Next...

The rabbits saw that they lost the directions,

and felt very... sad.

I drew that part.

Then...

A nice, old eagle came by to help.

The rabbits got on his back, and he flew them away.

Whoa!

Then...

The eagle put them on the right path to Grandma's.

Rebecca was really... hungry,

so they decided to stop for lunch.

Next...

Rebecca saw that Robbie forgot to pack her sandwich,

and she felt... angry.

But...

Robbie knew what to do.

He took his sandwich and...

shared it with his sister.

Rebecca felt much better.

Finally...

The rabbits arrived at their grandma's house.

She was really happy to see them.

There was something very special she wanted to do together.

[ barking]

Yeah.

Grandma Rabbit wanted to...

dance.

[ barking]

So the rabbits had a fantastic dance party with their grandma.

Dance with us.

Will you dance with us?

You will?

All right.

[ dance music playing]

[ barking to music]

[ bass and horn join music]

And so, the rabbits danced and danced until it was bedtime.

The end.

[ music ends]

Wow!

What a great ending!

[ dance music begins again]

I think that is my new favorite story.

And we couldn't have written it or read it without you.
