Something new to ride.

- I'’m going to ride my new scooter to go see boots.

- Hey, that sounds like my puppy, perrito,

But I don'’t see him.

- Perrito'’s trying to tell us something.

- [Imitating monkey cries]

- Boots?

- [Barking]

Boots is in a barrel in the big river!

- [Barking]

- It'’s good that you came to get help, perrito.

We can use my spotting scope to look for boots.

If you see boots, yell, "boots!"

- Help! Help!

I can'’t get out of this barrel!

- Oh, no!

Boots is floating down the river fast,

And he'’s headed for a waterfall!

We'’ve got to save boots quick.

Scooter will get us there super fast.

- Yo puedo ayudar, dora.

- [Barking]

- And perrito'’s a fast little puppy too.

Together, we can save boots.

We'’ve got to find the quickest way

To the big river so we can save boots.

Who do we ask for help

When we don'’t know which way to go?

The map! Right.

To the big river?

You have to say, "map."

Ooh, boots is stuck in a barrel

And he'’s headed down the big river

To a waterfall.

Well, I know how to get to the big river quick.

First you have to go across the troll bridge,

Then, through the nutty forest

And that'’s how you get to the big river,

But you have to hurry.

Boots is headed for the waterfall.

So remember: bridge, forest, big river.

So you tell dora first you go to the bridge.

- Where do we go first?

The bridge! Correcto.

The troll bridge.

To get to the troll bridge,

Do we scooter down the path with the flowers or the rocks?

The rocks, right. Come on.

We'’ve got to get to the big river

So we can save boots.

- Vamonos, amigos.

Vamos, vamos.

- [Barking]

- ♪ We'’ve got to rescue ♪

♪ We'’re off to the rescue ♪

♪ We'’ve got to rescue boots the monkey ♪

♪ On my friend, scooter

- ♪ Y con perrito ♪

- ♪ I fell into the river

♪ Someone please rescue me

♪ I'’m stuck in this barrel ♪

♪ Floating at super speed ♪

We made it to the troll bridge,

But the bridge is up

And the grumpy old troll isn'’t here.

- Help! Help!

- That sounds like the troll.

- [Sniffing]

[Barking]

- Maybe perrito can find mr. Troll,

Because he'’s good at sniffing and finding things.

Come on.

- Help!

- Whoa.

Those are the grumpy old troll'’s feet.

What are you doing in the well, mr. Troll?

- I dropped my bridge key down the well

And got stuck when I tried to get it.

- We can help.

Hold on a minute.

- I'’m not going anywhere.

[Chuckles]

Ooh! That tickles.

- I'’m going to pull you out now.

- Whoa!

- Are you okay, mr. Troll.

- I'’m okay.

Thanks for getting me out of the well.

- Mr. Troll, we need to get over your bridge.

Boots got stuck in a barrel and feel into the big river.

- Oh, it'’s not fun getting stuck.

Well, I want to help your monkey friend,

But I can'’t lower my bridge without my key.

Guess I'’ll have to go back down.

- Wait, mr. Troll.

I don'’t want you to get stuck again.

- [Barking]

- Buena idea,perrito.

Perrito is very brave,

And he'’s small enough to fit in the well.

He can go down to get the key.

- Boy, you are a brave little puppy.

- We need to find mr. Troll'’s key.

, Correcto.

To get the key at ,

Lower.

- [Barking]

[Trumpet fanfare]

- We made it over the troll bridge!

- ¿Adonde vamos ahora, dora?

- [Barking]

- Bridge, forest, big river.

We scootered across the troll bridge.

The nutty forest.

To get to the nutty forest, do we scooter down the path

Before he goes over the waterfall.

- [Squeaking]

[Squeaking]

- Now I'’ve got to take her back to the animal rescue center.

She'’s very happy to be going home to her mommy.

- [Barking]

- We made it to the nutty forest,

And there'’s our friend tico the squirrel.

He'’s collecting nuts with his squirrel cousins.

Hola, tico.

- Hola, amigos.

- [Barking]

- Tico, boots se cayo en el gran rio.

- Ay, no!

Boots fell into the river?

- Si.

Tenemos que cruzar el bosque rapido.

There are lots of falling nuts in the nutty forest.

Tico says we have to be careful.

Hop on, perrito.

We have to tell tico'’s cousins to catch the nuts

To keep the path clear for us.

In english, we say, "catch them."

In spanish, we say, "atrapenlas."

Can you say, "atrapenlas?"

Great.

Now when you see falling nuts,

Say, "atrapenlas."

Look, nuts!

Say, "atrapenlas."

Let'’s keep going.

Remember, if you see nuts,

Tell the squirrels, "atrapenlas."

Atrapenlas.

Come on.

[Trumpet fanfare]

- Yay.

We made it through the nutty forest.

- Yippee! - [Barks]

- Thanks for helping scooter get through the nutty forest.

Great spanish speaking!

- Adonde vamos ahora, dora?

- [Barking]

- Bridge, forest, big river.

We made it across the troll bridge.

We made through the nutty forest.

Check.

So next is the...

Big river, right.

Come on, we'’ve got to get boots out of that barrel

Before he gets to the waterfall.

- Vamos, vamos!

- [Barking]

- Dora, perrito, you came!

I can'’t get out of this barrel.

- We'’re gonna rescue you, boots.

And we'’ve got to be quick because you'’re headed for...

The waterfall!

- Waterfall?

That'’s not good.

Hurry, dora, hurry.

- We need to get a rope to boots so we can pull him back

From the waterfall.

- [Barking]

- Good idea, boy.

Perrito can jump up on the rocks

And bring the rope to boots.

- [Barking]

- Right, perrito.

We'’re gonna need a long rope.

I might have one in my backpack.

I need your help.

Will you check my backpack for a long rope?

[Jazzy music]

Dora needs a long rope to save boots.

Ahora, perrito.

Throw boots the rope.

- Got it!

- I'’m going to tie the rope to scooter

So we can pull in boots.

- Now we'’ve got to pull boots in with scooter.

[Groaning]

- Scooter needs more help pulling boots out of the river.

We need your help to kick off and ride scooter

- Stand up and get ready to ride the scooter.

Put your hands on the handlebars.

Now put one foot out to kick off

To push the scooter.

Kick, kick, kick, kick.

[Laughter]

- Thanks for saving me, guys. - [Barking]

- And perrito, thanks for telling dora I needed help.

[Giggles]

- Perrito is very brave and smart.

And best of all, he'’s a good friend.

- [Barking]

- And boots, scooter got us here super fast.

- Aw, gracias, scooter.

Maybe we can go for a ride one day.

- Si, si.

[Giggling]

- Yay!

We rescued boots from the big river!

[Trumpet fanfare]

- Lo hicimos. - [Barking]

[Upbeat music]

- We did it! - You did it!

- ♪ We went on a rescue with scooter and perrito ♪

♪ We found the troll'’s key ♪

- We had such an exciting trip today.
