ALICE: A royally mad tea party.

That's one big table.

Well, really mad tea parties
are big parties.

We take one part royal.

(trumpet tooting)

And one part mad like a tatter.

And you get a one of a kind
had a heart event.

Hello, old hat.

The mome raths
are looking extra whirly today.

Thank you, My Dear Queenie.
(chuckles)

(sniffs)

Do I smell extra rosy tea?
You always brew the best.

(laughs)

-Don't I?
-GUARD: Coming through.

ALICE: Is that?

Oh, the chocolate cannon.
It sh**t out sprinkles.

Oh, you've never seen a Tea Party
like this one, Alice.

I can't wait.

(trumpet tooting)

Hear ye. Hear ye.

The royally mad croquet game
will commence at once.

All huts and huts to the field.

Well, My Queen, ready to play?

Mr. Hatter, you are my favorite opponent.

Let the games begin!

(Queen of hearts humming)

(squeaks)

(grunts)

Oh, what a sh*t. Brava to me.

Dad Hatter up!
(grunts)

(squeaks)

Ha!

Nothing but cards.

(grunts)

Four... three, two, one, okay!

The final sh*ts.

(grunts)

(squeaks)

-Nice swing.
-Nice one, Mama.

-Yes.
-Well done, Queenie.

(laughs)

Good luck.

(quirky music)

(suspenseful music)

(both squeak)

-We tied.
-I won.

Oh, what?

Oh, darling, Hatter,
perhaps from where you're standing,

it looked like a tie,
but I assure you, I won.

No, no, no.
We both won. I bet my hat on it.

Well, I bet my crown I won.
And crowns weigh more than hats.

It was a tie. I'm certain of it.
(awkward chuckle)

(chuckles)
Oh, the only thing certain is I won!

-Oh, dear.
-Oh, my heart.

Your Majesty. Your Hatterness.

Maybe we can just agree
that it was a great game

and get to the royally mad tea party.

Marvelous idea, Alice,
since somebody can't admit that I won.

That's wonderfully mad,
giving her heartness won't accept a tie.

So is it party time?

I'm not sure
we should have a party together.

Indeed.

I hereby decree that our royally
mad tea party be split in half.

Two Tea Parties...

Guards, off with the head of this table.

Mome raths,
take the tail off the table, please.

(mome raths squeaking)

(clinks)

Um... Ah...

Which way do we go?

Definitely to the Queen's Party.

No. Dad Hatters? No. The Queen's.
Dad Hatter's. Oh, I can't choose?

Oh. This is heartbreaking.
We can't attend two parties at once.

We'll just have to make the best of it
and split up.

Welcome, welcome,
welcome to this year's Dad tea party.

Dad tea party?

Well, it can't be royally mad
without Queenie.

So how about some tea?

(clinking)

Oh, I guess her royal rosy highness
always brings the tea.

(sighs)

But the Dad tea party must go on.
(chuckles)

We may not have tea,
but we've got music in it.

(grunting)

Well, that doesn't sound right. Ooh.

I guess empty teapots
don't have the same ring to them.

-How about something to eat instead?
-Yes.

Well, wait until you taste
my famous jelly jam.

Now, where did I put those?
(grunts)

Ha!

-Perfect.
-Hey, wait. That's not a...

(awkward music sting)

-...scone.
-(splashes)

Oh, um, I think Mama has scones
at her half of the table.

We could share one of our teapots.

(stuttering)
Yeah. You're sure she wouldn't mind?

We'll be back in a heartbeat.

(clears throat)

To the best game of croquet
Wonderland has ever seen.

And it's reigning champion.

Me.

Your Majesty, you're dripping.

-(sneezes)
-(gasps)

Oh, tea on the fly.
(chuckles)

(both grunt)

Cuidado. Careful.

Oh, spades. Dad Hatter must have
the other half of my teacup.

Ah. No matter. Scones. Anyone?

-I'd love one.
-Oh, yum.

Hattie, please pass the jelly jam.

Um, uh... How about some...

Oh, bananas.

(grunts)
Rotten roses.

Of course,
Dad Hatter always brings the jelly jam.

Aww.

I bet it pairs perfectly with your scones.

Maybe you want to join tea parties again.

Hmm.

Yeah, who cares
about a silly croquet match?

-Oops.
-QUEEN OF HEARTS: Ah...

I do.

Oh, who has time for jelly jam
when there's music to be played?

Orchestra, I command
to be musically marveled.

-(croaking)
-(hoots)

(instruments dribbling)

Nothing like a little music
to liven up the tea party.

It certainly is... bad!

(chuckles)

(grunting)

Alice, a little help.

(chuckles)

How about we go find some teapots
to go with this crushing?

-I mean, music.
-If you must.

Okay, carrots!

-ROSA: Alice.
-ALICE: Rosa.

-Fergie.
-Our tea party is a disaster.

There's not even tea.

Oh, ours too. No teacups or jelly jam.

Oh, you can't even dance to the music.

(clinking)

(squeaking)

Whiskers. Now we don't even have a teapot.

These Tea Parties
have gone from mad to bad.

There's only one way
to throw a royally mad tea party, right?

And that's what the Queen
and Dad Hatter throwing it together.

Oh. But how are we going to do that?

I've got something cooking.

Hattie. Alice.
Welcome to the Dad tea party.

(utensils clanking)

One lump or two?

We're actually here on royal business.

-How did you get here?

I might ask you the same thing.

I brought your tables back together.

-Alice.
-What's this?

Your Majesty, don't you miss
the way Dad Hatter jams the scone?

Oh, maybe a little.

And Dad Hatter, don't you miss
the way the Queen brews the tea?

Oh, Queenie.
(groans)

Have we been fools?
Can you ever forgive me?

(sobs)

Then it's time to whip up
the perfect party.

Presenting, my trusty trifle recipe.

Is this what you were looking for, Alice?

That's the one.
A trifle has lots of layers.

We can flavor each one to remind Jojo
of your summer together.

We'll need tum-tum fruit

So, while Fergie and I

Hattie's job...

Ooh, can we call it a mission?

is to keep Jojo away from Fergie

That way, the party stays a surprise.

for Jojo's help with your mission?

Right. I have a mission today
to, uh, find something I lost.

-Want to help?
-Sure.

before I leave tonight.

since I don't have my lucky sock.

How did you... um...

No, that's not it. My lucky sock is green.

which is where I think
my missing sock could be.

Let's walk over there.

(both sigh)

I've never had tum-tum fruit
in a trifle before.

This will be a great flavor
and a great memory.

Let's hop to it.

(exhales deeply)
