Let's play a game with...

[Moose] Check out this happy herd of elephants.
Two of them are suspiciously similar.
In fact, they're exactly the same.
But one is different.
Take a good look, we'll figure it out.
Use your eyes and scrutinize.
In other words, look carefully at the elephants.
Which one is different?
Is it this one, this one or this one?
[all] That one.
[Moose] Yes, this elephant is missing its hat.
And these two are exactly the same.
