NEWS REPORTER: To recap, there is a manhunt underway for a suspect in last night's alleged m*rder of Davis Lafayette, son of Honorable Judge Cecil Lafayette.

The suspect is the reputed head of a New Orleans crime syndicate known to local law enforcement as Marcel William Dumas.

Authorities warn that he is considered armed and dangerous.

(SIGHS)
