RODRIGUEZ: This is a clear case of bribery.

Maryland's top law enforcement official declined to investigate Senator McCord for fraud, and then within 48 hours, received a donation that he personally solicited from a super PAC supporting that candidate.

It doesn't get any more clear than that.

The people of Maryland deserve to know the truth.

Attorney General Shaw needs to be held accountable for his gross abuse of power.
