with stapling the anastomosis,

but I felt that I needed better
exposure of the small bowel,

what exactly happens
if a complication arises,

even if it's not at
the predetermined step

when an attending
would need to be called?

these senior residents

as the attendings, right?

Didn't you specifically
use the word "attendings"

when you first introduced the method?
