Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Uh, University of New

you're at this great basketball
game with these courtside seats

and this great
watch she gave you.

Would you just stop? Come
here, come here, come here.

Come here. OK.
Forget about Avery. OK?

She wanted to say thank
you, and now she did.

I wanna go back to being
normal. That's what I want. All right?

I didn't like what
she was touching.

I'm sure you didn't.

So is this OK?

OK? Yeah. It's OK.

I just didn't feel like the
night was over, you know?

I didn't... I didn't even
want to go out tonight.

You know? I mean, I haven't
had that much fun, though, in like...

this is pathetic, in months.

Ohh.

You're a good dancer.

Oh. OK.

No, no, really.

You said you weren't a
good dancer, but you are.

I gotta go get some tonic water.

Oh, I don't need water.

Right.

Can I...

Yes. Yeah?

So here's to...
closing the club.

That's weird, isn't it?

Like, when they... when
they turn the music off

and they turn the
lights on, you know?

Yeah.

Yeah.

Ah! Ahem.

Lightweight.

Mm-mmm. It's just no tonic.

You guys have a great apartment.

Yeah. It's rent-control.

Hmm.

Hmm.

Is Ben coming back tonight?

Hmm. Nah. I think
he's staying at Felicity's.

Ah...

Yeah.

So... remember when I told you
my life had all this new purpose?

Yeah.

I don't feel that way anymore.

Well, why not? What happened?

Mmm, I just feel like I
had all these expectations

about how my life
was gonna be now,

and I didn't live
up to any of them.

So now I'm just kinda lost.

Yeah.

I mean, I know that feeling,

'cause I'm graduating
in, like, eight weeks,

you know, which isn't long,

and so I know exactly
what you're talkin' about.

I know how that... yeah.

Hmm...

Hmm.

Yeah. Wow.

Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

And this is rattlesnake root.

You use it when people
are mean to you, and...

You're supposed to burn it,

but since you probably
shouldn't be playing with matches,

you can just hold it in your
hand and say, "Shazam."

Megan? Just two minutes.

The children say you're
teaching Leslie witchcraft.

Shazam.

Excuse me?

It's nothing.

What's in the box?

That's rattlesnake poop.

Megan... She was kidding.

I'm reporting you.

To who?

To the head of the
Psychology Department. Why?

I think maybe you
need an evaluation.

I hate her.

What's wrong?

I'm screwed. I'm an
idiot, and I'm screwed.

Why? What happened?

That woman from
the little brat school,

she ordered a
psychological evaluation,

which means I'm gonna
have to meet the school shrink,

who's gonna label me a
dangerous eccentric or something...

stick it on my record.

That's what happened.

I'm screwed.

Will you turn the camera off?!

I don't think he knows
what he's talkin' about.

Uh... what's that?

This thing's unbelievable.

What're you gonna
name her? What?

You know what? Read the card.

"I know this is too much,
but I couldn't resist. Avery."

You know what? I'm in love?

With who? Avery or the bike?

Both. You know how much
this thing costs? This is stupid.

I can't believe she
bought you a motorcycle.

She's crazy. I'm not keeping it.

On the off chance you do
keep her, you gotta name her.

A bike like this needs a name.

Can I suggest one?

Mm-hmm.

Hellion. It's what I called
my car in high school.

What kind of car was it?

She was a Celica. Oh, yeah.

A Celica. You can't
name a Celica Hellion.

I cannot believe that girl.

A station wagon... Celica?

OK, um... so,
hey, I figured it out.

George and Georgia,
how he saves her.

They pretend that
they're Siamese,

like Siamese cats, like
they can't come apart.

That's great. I
know, I know, I know.

Hey, wait a second.

The existential crisis,
is that over now?

No, I mean, it's not over.

I still think, you know, we're all
gonna die, and the world is pointless,

but it's funny, right, I
mean, the Siamese thing?

Actually, I do. I like it.

Thanks, thanks.

Did you see the
motorcycle? I mean...

I know. I mean, I was there
when she called the guy.

She picked up the phone and
she ordered it, like it was a pizza.

Wait. When?

Uh, when we came
back here last night.

Avery was here last night?

Yeah, yeah. She and I, uh...

You... you slept with Avery?

Well, it just sort of happened.

Oh, my God.

I know. But when Avery
wants something, she wants it.

Uhh, I was just checkin' it out.

Three simple moves...

Turn, stepping forward
into your attacker...

Where's Elena?

I don't know. I
haven't seen her.

Remember, stay on the offensive!

I saw the bike.

Isn't it gorgeous?
I couldn't resist.

Yeah, Ben's gonna return it.

No guy's gonna
return a bike like that.

He's not keeping it.

OK, you two,
gossips, get up here.

I'm sure I can convince him.

I don't think you can.
Avery, you choke Felicity.

Trust me. Heh.

att*ck!

By the way, I returned the top.
They're gonna credit your account.

Yaah! I did it! Let me go.

I flipped Avery! Oh, my God, I
wish you would've been there!

Will you just let me go?

What, you miss one class, you
forget your headlock defense?

It was so great. It
was just like you said.

It was so empowering. What?

Hey, what's wrong? What?

He doesn't love me.

Tracy? What happened?

He's-He's sleeping with her.

Are you kidding me?

Yeah, all this time,

I thought the thing that was
keeping us apart was the sex thing.

But that's not it. It was me.

He just...

he never loved me.

Elena, come here.

Yeah, I just... I don't
wanna push her away.

I mean, she's been
through a lot... Avery.

But, yeah, yeah.

I guess Felicity's right.

She's gone too far with
everything, the motorcycle and stuff,

so, yeah, I gotta
go tell her to stop.

Do you like the bike?

Yeah, it's great.
Um, I can't keep it.

Sure, you can. It's yours.

Avery, I can't. I can't.

Uh, I can't keep...

I can't keep this watch, either.

I want you to stop
buying me things.

I know that you're
just trying to be nice,

and I know that you're
just trying to say thank you.

I don't want this stuff. OK?

That night, in the ambulance...

what did you see?

I saw you die.

When it was happening,

did you hear anything?

What do you mean,
did I hear anything?

I could hear you.

I was looking right at your
face, and you weren't talking,

but I could hear you.

It was like you were
talking inside me.

And you said,

"Don't go, Avery."

"Stay."

Yeah, that's sort of
what I was thinking. Yeah.

And I heard you, and I stayed.

And when I opened
my eyes, you were there.

And now I feel like
I belong with you.

But you don't. I mean,
you know that you don't.

You know that I... you
know that I have a girlfriend.

Yeah.

You know what?

You can take back the watch,

and you can take back the bike.

They're just things.

I think what matters...

ah... is what we went
through that night...

and what I feel right now.

I've never felt this
way before, Ben.

And I don't think
you have, either.
