Yesterday, as families watched

Jojo's comet pass above Austin skies,

tragedy loomed just below.

Local rancher, Marv Davidson,

appears to have b*rned alive in
his own barn late last night.

While authorities have
not yet identified

the cause of the blaze,

we were able to speak with Mrs. Davidson

to recount the details
of the gruesome scene.

It figures that he would, uh,

he would run into a-a burning building,

you know, to protect
those kids. He was...

He was always sacrificing. (SNIFFLES)

REPORTER: The weight of the accident
on your daughter must've been...

Oh, it... it was, uh,

- it was no accident.
- REPORTER: I'm... I'm sorry?

Um...

I shouldn't have said anything.

REPORTER: If someone is at fault here,

I think people have a right to know.

I believe it... it was,
it was the kid next door

who started this fire.

I mean, his family's
always been after mine.

He's responsible.

Cordell Walker m*rder*d my husband.

Cordell Walker...

- What are you doing?
- (SCOFFS)

I had never seen that.

Mom and Dad asked me to never watch it,

and I guess part of me
never wanted to watch it.

- Yeah, for good reason.
- Yeah.

Why would you even go looking for that?

I couldn't sleep. You know,

I got to thinking about the
last time Davidsons had to move.

It's not your fault.

Yeah, yeah, no, I... I, uh...

Okay. I got to get a ride in.

Daddy's waiting. He's
gonna be really happy.

Listen, I want to cut a deal
with the Davidsons after the race.

I need you to take a
look at the proposal.
