In the criminal justice system,

sexually based offenses

are considered especially heinous.

In New York City,
the dedicated detectives

who investigate these vicious felonies

are members of an elite squad

known as the Special Victims Unit.

These are their stories.

He's a suspect in four

Now, our fourth suspect,
Manuel "Matisse" Rivera.

Amelia, ID'd him as well.

File a wanted card on all four.

First, we have to find 'em.

We know from prior surveillance
these four have history.

Now, they might be low level
boots from the Tremont clique,

but they do have access
to any destroyer house.
