- [elephant roar]

Blaze! Zeg! This way!

[laughter, cheers]

[engines revving]

Whoo-hoo!
- All right!

[laughter, cheers]

[exciting rock music]

- Yeah!
- Whoa!

[laughter, cheers]
- All right!

- Nice one, guys!

- Thanks! You too.

- Come on! Let's go again!

- Right behind ya!

Aw, yeah.
- [chuckles]

Animal Island's so fun!

- Excuse us!
- Coming through!

- Huh?
Who say that?

- [chuckles]
Make way!

- It's coming from down there,
in the grass.

- Just a little farther.

- We're almost home.

- Whoa,
it's a bunch of tiny insects.

There's a ladybug, a bee,
and a caterpillar.

- [laughs]
Hello, insects.

- Oh, well, hello up there!

- Lovely day, isn't it?

- It sure is.

Where are you insects headed?

- We're on our way home.

We live in there,

just on the other side
of that door.

- You guys should come
and check it out some time!

- I think you'd really like it!

[cheery music]



- Ooh!

Zeg want to see insects' home.

Zeg coming, insects!

[tires screech]
[crash!]

[groans]
Zeg too big to fit.

- Hm, big trucks can't fit
through that tiny door,

but we could fit,

if we transform into
insect monster machines.

- Yeah!

Zeg could be
a tiny grasshopper.

Grasshoppers have big back legs
that let them jump super high.

And Blaze could be an ant.

Ants are small,
but they're super strong.

[stirring rock music]

- Come on!
Let's build the parts

that turn Zeg into a grasshopper

and me into an ant!

[whooshes]

- Ooh!

- To make Zeg a grasshopper,

he needs powerful hind legs
to jump.

To make the hind legs,
say, "Hind legs."

Hind legs!

- [giggles]
That tickles!

- Now to make me an ant,

let's build
a super strong body.

To give me an ant body,
say, "Ant body."

Ant body!

Oh, yeah!
We're insect...

both: Monster Machines!

[descending string music]

- Wow!

Check out how tiny we are.

- I'm a super strong ant!
[grunts]

- Grasshopper Zeg jump high!

[grunts, laughs]

Ooh-hoo!

- Come on, everyone.

Now that we're tiny,

let's go see what's on
the other side of that door.

[epic brass music]

all: Whoa!

It's an insect city!

[energetic brass music]



- Ooh! So many insects!

[car honks]
- Hey, there!

- Welcome to the city!

- Thanks!

Look...
[car honks]

That beetle's directing traffic.

- And that butterfly's
delivering the mail.

- Special delivery!

- Goochie, goochie,
goochie, goo...

- Huh, I wonder what those
fireflies are doing.

- Hello, fireflies!

- Oh, hello there.

- Such a fine day
to take our egg for a walk.

Isn't it just the loveliest egg
you've ever seen?

- It sure is.

- [gasps]
Little firefly egg glowing!

- We're so excited
for our egg to hatch.

- Goochie, goochie,
goochie, goo.

[wind whooshes]

- Whoa!
- Whoa! Hey!

- Sure is windy!

- Whoa--
- [gasps]

Oh, no!
- Our egg!

- Don't worry, fireflies,
we'll get your egg.

[exciting rock music]

- We coming, egg!



- ♪ Here we go

♪ We're on our way

♪ Ready, set...

all: Let's Blaze!

♪ Through the turns
and the straightaways ♪

♪ Hit the junk

all: Let's Blaze!

♪ Ready for action,
whatever it takes ♪

♪ Gonna save the day

♪ We can move faster
and blaze a new trail ♪

♪ No time to waste
- ♪ Come on, come on

- ♪ Accelerate
- ♪ Come on, come on

[tires screeching]

- Ooh!

Egg crawling into tunnel!

- This way, everyone.



[alarm blaring]

[dramatic music]



Look out!



- Oh, no!
The egg got away!

[dramatic music]



- Look out!



- Oh, no!
The egg got away!

- We've gotta get past
these gates somehow.

- Hm,
maybe if we throw something

really heavy at the gate,
we can smash through them.

- Oh! Zeg know.

Zeg throw big paperclip at gate.

[grunting]

Whoa,
paperclip so big and heavy.

- Here, Zeg,
I can help with that.

I've got super ant strength.

- Remember,
ants are super strong.

They need all that strength
to carry big pieces of food

back to their homes.

Ants can lift things
times heavier than they are.

- Here it goes!

[grunts]

- Ooh, ant Blaze strong!

- Super ant strength!

[smash!]

Whoo-hoo!
- Yeah!

- [laughs]
Gate go--

[imitates smashing]
- Come on!

Let's hurry and bash through
the other gates.

[exciting rock music]

- Check it out.

This gate looks even tougher
than the last one.

- We'd better find something
heavy to break it down.

- Ooh, look what Zeg find!

Button and coin.

- Whoa!
Those do look heavy.

- To break through this gate,

I need to throw
the heaviest one.

The button weighs two grams,

and the coin weighs five.

Which is heavier,
the button or the coin?

The coin! Right!

Five grams is heavier
than two grams.



[grunts]

Time for some...

super ant strength!



- All right!
- Yay!

- This way!

We're gonna need
something really heavy

to break through this gate.

- Hey, look over there.

There's a toothbrush
and a pencil.

- Hm, Zeg not sure
which one heavier.

- Come on, let's see.

The toothbrush weighs seven,

and the pencil weighs five.

Which is heavier,
the toothbrush or the pencil?

The toothbrush! Yeah!

[grunts]

Super ant strength!

[toothbrush whooshes]

- Hooray!
- Wah-hoo!

Look, this is the last gate.

- Ooh! Ooh!
And look what Zeg find.

It big orange and baseball.

- Good going, Zeg!

Let's see which one's heavier.

The orange weighs eight,

and the baseball weighs .

Which is heavier,
the orange or the baseball?

The baseball! Right!



Super ant strength!



- Yay!
- All right!

Way to go, ant Blaze!

- Thanks!
Now let's get moving.

We've gotta rescue
that firefly egg.



- Rescue egg! Rescue egg!

- Whoo-hoo!
- Yeah!

♪ Dooh-dooh dah-dah

- ♪ Dooh-doop ah-doop boop

Oh! Hey, Crusher.

Check out my new insect helmet.

- Insect helmet?

What in the world
is an insect helmet?

- [laughs]
It's a helmet

that can do all the cool stuff
insects do.

Watch!

Insect helmet, insectify!

[helmet shuffles, dings]

[laughs]
Oh, it's a silkworm!

[instrumental flourish]

Ooh-wee-hee!

Look, Crusher,
my helmet's sh**ting silk,

just like a silkworm!

[laughs]

- Huh, that does
look like fun.

Okay, my turn!
- Oh, sure, you try it.

- Insect helmet, insectify!

[giggles]
This is gonna be so great.

[ding!]

- Crusher!

You got a dragonfly!

- A dragonfly?

[wings whirring]
[giggles]

I'm flying! Ha!

♪ Flying so high,
like a dragonfly ♪

♪ 'Cause I'm the best
at flying ♪

[screams]

Yuck.

[exciting rock music]

- Hmm, the egg must be here
somewhere.

- Help us look for it.

Is the egg over here?

No.
Let's look some place else.

Is the egg over here?

[car honks]

No.

Is the egg way up there?

Yes!
There it is!

At the top of that building.

- Uh-oh, but how are we gonna
get all the way up there?

- Ooh, Zeg have idea.

Grasshopper Zeg jump to egg!

- Yeah!

Grasshoppers
are amazing jumpers.

Their big hind legs have
powerful muscles inside,

and when they push off
the ground,

they can jump super high!

- So all we need are things
for Zeg to jump on,

and he can jump
all the way up there!

- Mm, but what Zeg jump on?

- Hey! Up here!

I can help ya!

- As can I.

- Me too, dearies.

- This is great!

Zeg, those caterpillars
can help you jump to the top.

- Oh, goodie!

Get ready, caterpillars,

here come grasshopper Zeg!



- Whoo!
- Yeah!

- Whoo!
- Hey, that tickles!

- Whoo-hoo!

- Thank you, caterpillar!

[whooshes]

- Excellent jumping.

- Whoo-hoo!
- Whoa!

- Whoo-hoo!
- [laughs]

- Up you go, dears!

- Uh-oh, now where Zeg jump?

- Quick, let's help Zeg find
another caterpillar.

Where do you see a caterpillar?



Yeah!
There's one!

- Ooh-whoo-hoo-hoo-hoo!

- [giggles] You're welcome!

- Quick, let's find
another caterpillar.

There! Yeah!

- Whoo-hoo!
- Keep going, Zeg!

You're almost at the top.

- Where do you see

- [laughs]

- Zeg!

- Nice jumping, Zeg.

- [laughs]
That fun!

- Ha-ha!

the firefly egg went this way.

[scoffs]

Crickets can't do anything cool.

- [laughs]

I'm leaping like a cricket!

- Hey, I wanna do that!

Give me that helmet.

Insect helmet, insectify!

[giggles] My insect's gonna be
way cooler than a cricket.

[ding!]
- Ah, lucky you, Crusher.

It's a stilt bug!

- A stilt bug?
What's a stilt--

[screams]

Ah! Ah!
- Wow! [laughs]

Must be hard to balance
on those long stilt bug legs.

- Ah--ah--
[screams]

[mumbles]--
stilt--uh, what?

[energetic percussive music]



[screen beeping]

- Check it out!

The firefly mom and dad
are calling.

- Blaze, Zeg, A.J.!

- Any luck finding our lost egg?

- We've been following your egg
all through the city,

and we're getting really close.

- Oh, thank goodness.

- We'll see you soon.

- Oh, poor fireflies.
We need to find egg.

- Look! There it goes!



- We coming, egg!

[exciting rock music]

[dynamic orchestral music]

- Ooh, this place full of bees!

- It must be...

a honey factory!

- Look! The egg's over there!

[tense percussive music]

[egg whirs]

- Oh, no!
Egg land in honey!

- And it's getting carried away!

- Oh, no!
Egg land in honey!

- And it's getting carried away!

- Follow that egg!

all: Whoa!

[exciting rock music]

Hubcaps...

the slide goes in
two different directions.

- And we don't know
which way the egg went.

- Hey!
- It's one of the worker bees!

- Did you see
which way the egg went?

- Sure did!

It went down the slide
that looks like this.

It has a loop and a zigzag.

- Hm, a slide with
a loop and a zigzag.

Which slide has

That blue slide!
Yeah!

- Whoa!



- Look! There's egg!



- Uh-oh, it's another split.

- Which way egg go now?

- I saw it!

The egg went down a slide

- Which slide has

both: Whoa!

- The firefly egg,
it's just ahead!



- Lug nuts,
now which way did the egg go?

- I can help!

It went down the slide
with a zigzag, a loop,

and a bump.

- Look carefully.

Right!

both: Whoa!

[laughter]
Whoo-hoo!

Whoo!
- Yeah!

- [laughs] Yeah!

Ah! Zeg see egg!

[tense music]

Oh?

It land in big machine!

- Uh-oh, but that's
a honey squeezer machine!

both:
A honey squeezer machine?

- Oh, no, egg!

- Ant Blaze to the rescue!

[exciting rock music]



Have to stop squeezer machine.

- Push, Blaze.
You can do it!

- [grunts]

Super ant strength!



Yeah!
- We did it!

[engine revs]

- Hooray!
- Whoo-hoo!

- Way to go!

- Firefly egg safe and sound.

[egg hatches]
Ooh, that funny.

Egg cracking.

[gasps]
Egg cracking?

- It's about to hatch!

- Whoa, look at that.
- Whoa!

- We've gotta get the egg back
to its mom and dad super-fast,

with blazing speed.

[engine ignites]

To give us blazing speed,
say, "Let's Blaze!"

all: Let's blaze!



all: Yeah!

[whooshes]

[musical car horn honking]

- They're back!

- And they found our egg!

- Just in time too.
Look!

- Our egg! It's hatching!

[whirring]

[gasps]

- Mama...

Dada.

all: Aww.

- So cute!

- Our little baby.

- We're so happy
you're finally here.

Zeg, A.J., Blaze,

thank you for all your help.

- Zeg!

A.J.!

Blaze!

- He said our names!

- Aww, we love you,
little firefly.

[cheerful cooing]
[all laugh]

[cooing]

- Hm, I wonder what insect
I'll get this time.

[cheery music]

Insect helmet, insectify!



[ding!]

[laughs]
A ladybug!

[laughs]
So beautiful.



Whee-hee!
- Ladybug?

[blows raspberries]
That's nothing.

Give me that helmet!

Insect helmet, insectify!

Ooh, here it comes.

I'm gonna get
the greatest insect ever.

[ding!]

- Wow!
You did get a great insect.

- I did?
[giggles]

What is it?

- It's a stink beetle!

- A stink beetle?

[toots]
Ah! Yuh! Blah!

[groaning]
