To move and bend and stretch
Your body, and it can really

Muscles.
Is yoga hard to do?

Now to get our bodies ready,
Take a deep breath and fill
Your lungs with fresh air.

First yoga pose. Do you think
You can stand like a big strong
Mountain?

And your shoulders are back and
Relaxed.

Oh, good, gabriela. Put your
Arms straight down, palms out.
Great!
And this is the mountain pose.

This isn'’t hard at all. I

Just breathe nice and easy.

Yoga is about listening to
Your body and relaxing, nice

Really fun. We'’re gonna try a
Dog pose.

Scientist. You can try this,

Ok, healthy scientists.
Let'’s try doing some yoga.
Everybody roll out your mats.
Then take off your shoes...
And now stand on your mat.
Doing yoga is a great way to
Move and stretch your body.
Let'’s begin by breathing in and
Out nice and easy. Fill your
Lungs with lots of fresh air.
Now everyone try this pose.
Stretch your arms down to the
Ground and put your legs behind
You. This is called downward
Dog. Very nice. Let'’s try
Something else. Arch your back.
Ooh! Very good. This is called
Cat pose.
Then take a nice deep breath
And move your body into the
Cobra pose. Pick your head up
And stretch your body just like
A snake.
Ok. This next one can be
Tricky. It'’s called the
Flamingo pose. Pick up one leg
And hold it with your hand and
Stretch your other hand way up
In the air. It might take some
Practice, but you can do it.
Yoga is so much fun, and it'’s a
Great way to keep your body
Healthy. Great job, scientists!

Twist them off to pick them. So

Vines. Now let'’s see if you can

Vine. You did it! Those are
Sweet peas.
Ok. It'’s time to wash our
Fruits and vegetables...
And peel them, and now your
Teacher will cut them up
Because it'’s snack time. Look

It'’s time to eat all the fruits

They'’re delicious! They give

To walk on the beach or a climb
A mountain but can'’t get there?
Well, just turn the dial, and
You'’ll be on a walking path and
Feel like you'’re on a glacier
Or a city street. Beep beep! Or
In the middle of the desert,
And when you'’re walking up a
Tall mountain, it will feel
Like a windy and snowy day, and
You'’ll even feel cold air. Brr.
It'’s so cold. Use the walking
Wonder to hike in a rain
Forest. Wow! I see and hear
Real birds and monkeys!

With the walking wonder, you
Can walk with lions in africa
Or kangaroos in australia. You
