(chirping)
What's that noise?

(chirping)

Do you see anything
making that noise?

(chirping)

- I don't see anything!

Hmm... What's making
that sound, Dad?

- It's crickets.
Look a little closer.

(gasps)
- I see them. They're so little

but they're making
all that noise!

- Being in the neighborhood
at night is grr-ific!

Let's keep going.
I can't wait to hear

the story at the library!
(Margaret babbling)

- Ooh, Main Street!

- Do you think any of the stores
are open at night?

Everything is so dark!

All of the lights are out
at Music Man Stan's Music Shop!

- Mm-hmm.
- All of the shops are closed

at night.
- (gasping): Look!

There's a light on
in the Bakery!

What do you think Baker Aker
does at night?

Let's go see!

- What is Baker Aker doing?

- He's making bread
for tomorrow.

- He's baking

(chuckling)

I didn't know he did that!

- Yes, so he has fresh bread for
the neighbors in the morning.

- Over this way.

- Good night, Post Office.

- (Margaret): Night, night!
- Look!

- It's Trolley
- Ding! Ding!

- What is Trolley doing?

- Trolley rests at night too.
- Oh, like me!

But not tonight.
I'm so excited!

Good night, Trolley.
- Night! Night!

- Look! Fireflies!

See, Margaret? Fireflies.

They're nice, remember?

(giggling)
- Oh...

(chuckling)
- Well, it seems like

the fireflies came out
to play tonight!

- Wow!
- Hi, fireflies!

(laughing)
- Look, I'm a firefly, too --

a big firefly!
(laughing)

- I bet they've never
seen a firefly

like you before!
- Wow,

look at all of the stars!

- How many stars do you think

are up in the sky?

It looks like so, so, many!

- If you turn off
your flashlight,

you'll see them even better.
- OK.

You're right,
I do see them better.

- I never see stars
during the day.

Where do the stars
go during the day?

- The stars are always there,
but we can only see them

when it's dark, at night.
- I like looking at them.

- Me, too.
And when I look at the stars,

do you know what I see?
Pictures.

- Pictures?

What pictures?
- Well...

Right up there,

I think that those stars

kind of look like a bear.

- Oh, hmm...

I think I see a bear...

- You have to use your
imagination to see it.

- OK. ...Oh!

I do see a bear -- cool!

What pictures do you see
in the stars?

Hmm...

I see...

...fishies!

Blub, blub, blub!
I wonder what other pictures

I could see in the stars.

Hey, do you want
to make-believe with me?

Let's make-believe that

we're playing with the stars

in the sky!

It's almost time for the...
- (all): ...Pajama party!

- Daniel,

it's Margaret's bedtime,
so we're going to head home,

But you have a good night!

- (yawning): Night night.

- Are you ready
for the pajama party?

I am! Let's go
into the library

at night.

- This is gonna be great!
- The library is fun at night.

- Meow meow, I'm so excited!
- Hi, there!

- Hi, Miss Elaina!
- Hi, Daniel!

- Hi, Astrid the astronaut.
- Look at my pajamas!

They're backwards.
(laughing)

I'm wearing jammies
in the library!

- Me too! Me too!
(laughing)

- Hey, you two,
I like your Jammies Dance.

- (together): Jammies Dance?

(laughing)
We're doing a Jammies Dance

in the Library!
- Welcome, neighbors,

to our very special
"Night at the Library"!

- Oh, boy, oh, boy!
- I know you're all excited

for the story -- I certainly am.

But let's start the fun
with a song. Take it away!

- OK, Let's play some music!

- (all): ♪♪ We're having
a party ♪

♪ A pajama party ♪

- ♪ It's night time
in the neighborhood ♪

- ♪ But we're not in bed yet ♪

- ♪ So roll out your
sleeping bag ♪

- ♪ Roll out our sleeping bags ♪

- ♪ We're gonna have
a party instead ♪

- Hello, moon!

- OK, kids, is everyone ready
to play a game?

- A game, in the library?

(all cheering excitedly)

- OK, first, move your stuffies
out of the way

so we don't step on them.
- Astrid, you stay here.

- Wait here, Tigey.
- Good.

Now, here's how you play:

I'll play a song,
and when the music plays,

everyone dances around
the sleeping bags.

- You dance with us!

(all laughing)
- Twirl!

- ♪ Da-na-na da-na-na ♪

- ♪ Yeah, yeah, mm, mm ♪
- Dance, dance!

Hoo, hoo!

- But when the music stops,

everyone has to stand
on a sleeping bag,

freeze and go to sleep.

(chatting excitedly)
- I'm sleeping!

- Bye-bye!
- I'm sleeping!

- You freeze too!

- Nice freezing!

Now, we take
two sleeping bags away.

- Bye-bye, sleeping bags!
- Meow, meow!

- So now, when you freeze

you're going to have to squish
together on a sleeping bag!

- OK, Keep on dancing!

- Here we go again!

- ♪ Da-na-na da-na-na ♪

- Royally fun!

- Watch out, toots!

- He's going to say freeze!
- Freeze!

- I'm frozen!
- ...And go to sleep!

(all pretending to snore)
- (Katerina): And snore!

- OK.
- Woo-hoo!

Bye-bye, sleeping bags.

Only one left!
- Only one sleeping bag!

- It's going to be squishy!
- And away we go!

- Twirl!

- Dance, dance, dance!

- This is fun.
- Freeze!

(all laughing)
- We can do it, meow meow!

- And go to sleep!
(Prince Wednesday snoring)

- We're squishing!

- Alright!

- Nice and cozy!

- Yes! You did it!

- That's some teamwork,
right there. Good game!

(fake snoring)

(giggling)
- Can I stop freezing now?

(laughing)

- And now it's time
for story time...

- (kids): Ooh!

- We're not even in bed,

on your sleeping bags.

- Now, where is my assistant?

- Nifty galifty!

- Come listen to the story

- OK, let's start our story.

Now, I'm going to need
your help.

- OK, Uncle X.

- I think it's going to be
about Trolley!

- Well, let's see;

the title of our story
is... The Little Red Trolley.

- I thought it would be
about Trolley!
- I knew it!

- Ok, let's begin. O?

- Hoo hoo!
- Once upon a time,

there was a little red trolley

who lived in a very special
neighborhood.

- (Daniel): That's
our neighborhood!

- (Prince Wednesday): And
there's Trolley!

- (Miss Elaina): I can see my
house, toots. I can see
my house!

- Trolley loved
the neighborhood,

but one day, Trolley decided

to see other places
in the world.

So Trolley set off
on an adventure

and rolled away.
Trolley said....

- Ding! Ding!
Come, on, let's all say it!

- (all): Ding! Ding!

- (X): Where do you think
Trolley wants to go?

- The moon?
- My house?

- It could be anywhere!
- Let's find out.

Trolley rolled up a mountain to
the tippy top.

Trolley said...
- (kids): Ding! Ding!

- Trolley rolled
through the jungle,

under the leafy trees.

Trolley said...
- (kids): Ding! Ding!

- Trolley rolled past the beach
on the smooth sand.

Trolley said...
- (kids): Ding! Ding!

- Now, what do you see?

- (Miss Elaina): I see
a windmill. Trolley is
in windmill land.

- I see pretty flowers,
meow-meow!

- Nice noticing!
Trolley rolled all day

and rolled through the night --

just like you're up at night.

- Ooh, and I saw the moon!
- Meow meow, I did too!

And the stars!
(chuckling)

- There's a lot to see at night,
isn't there?

Now, let's find out

what happens to Trolley next.

- Trolley had rolled
all around the world

and seen some wonderful places,

but Trolley was sad.

Trolley missed home.

- Poor Trolley!
(all murmuring sadly)

- Trolley's sad.
- Oh...

What will Trolley do?

What would you do if you were
sad and missed your home?

- (X): Trolley knew what to do.

Trolley started
to roll back home

past the beach
on the smooth sand.

Trolley said...

- Ding! Ding!

- Trolley rolled
through the jungle

and rolled under
the leafy trees.

Trolley said...
- (kids): Ding! Ding!

- And Trolley
rolled up a mountain

to the tippy-tippy-top.

Trolley said...
- (kids): Ding! Ding!

- Until finally, Trolley rolled
right back home

to the Neighborhood
of Make-Believe.

(kids cheering)

- (O): Trolley's home now!
- (Daniel): That's us!

- (X): Trolley knew that home
would always be

with the neighbors,
who Trolley loved.

Trolley said...
- (kids): Ding! Ding!

- The end.

- I love that part.
- Me, too, hoo hoo.

(Ding! Ding!)
- Did you hear that?

- Oh, boy, oh, boy!
- Trolley!

- I thought trolley
went to bed!

- (X): Hoo hoo!
Well, tonight

is a special night
for Trolley, too.

- Just like me and you!

- That's right! Trolley is here
to give you all

a special nighttime ride
around the neighborhood

and home to bed.
- Bed?

Who said anything about bed?
I'm not sleepy!

(yawning)
(chuckling)

OK, maybe I'm a little sleepy.

- (drifting off): I'm not
sleepy either...

Hmm... Huh?

OK. Maybe I'm a little
sleepy too.

(all yawning)
- Come on my sleepy head,

let's go ride Trolley.
- OK.

- You too, my fuzzy guy.
(chuckling)

- A nighttime ride on Trolley?

I'm ready! Are you?

Ready!

- Let's get going!

Well, that was a great night!
(all yawning)

- You're coming home with me,
meow-meow.

- Trolley will make sure you all
get home safe and sound.

- (all): Goodnight!
