Blue's pretending to be the teacher.

We got to go pick up Tickety.

Oh, so we need to figure out

what the weather is like today.

Let's take a look.

Um, Teacher Blue, we know the answer.

[excited barking]

STEVE: So, what's the weather like now?

Those clouds just covered up the sun.

Teacher Blue, now it's cloudy outside.

Look at all the things

we're going to do at school today.

See, we just had weather time

What's the next time on Teacher Blue's list?

And then we have art time

and then we have snack time

and then we have ABC time, and um...

Mail time.

Mail time, of course.

And then we go somewhere on the bus

and then we have song time.

Wait a minute.

The bus.

I love the bus.

Well, where do you think

we're going to go on the bus today?

Let's raise our hand and ask Teacher Blue.

Um, Teacher Blue?

[barks]

Where are we going to go on the bus today?

[happy barking]

We'll play "Blue's Clues"

to figure out where we're going to go on the bus today.

♪ 'Cause it's a really great game. ♪

So remember, Blue's paw print will be on the clues.

You know, I don't think Teacher Blue

would really just want us to leave the paw print up there.

I know.

We could erase it.

There, nice and clean.

Now we just need our handy-dandy...

Hey, Side Table.

We're playing school and Blue is the teacher.

Well, you know what you need for school?

So, will you help me find Blue's Clues

so we can figure out

where we're going to go on the bus today?

Oh, it's my turn to pick out a story.

Oh, this is a perfect story for me to read.

See? It's about a bus.

Okay.

"I'm a yellow school bus with a very important job."

What do you think the job could be?

Well... let's see.

"I drive my friends to school each day."

Cool job.

"I open my door and my friends take their seats

"and they never forget

to do one very important thing."

What's that, Steve?

I'm not sure.

What do you think they never forget to do?

Let's see.

They always remember to buckle their seat belts.

We did that, too, remember?

"Then I make sure my friends get to school safely.

That makes me feel..."

How do you think that makes the school bus feel?

Yeah? Let's see.

But I think we should find two more clues just to be sure.

You know, I think I'm going to paint a Steve portrait.

I'll start with the outline.

Now I have to paint my shirt my favorite color green.

Uh-oh.

Well, what should we do?

Mix the colors.

Maybe if we start with yellow.

What color could I mix with yellow to make green?

What's the matter, Tickety?

I don't have any pink paint

and I need to paint my self-portrait.

Oh, well, what could Tickety do

to make pink paint?

Mix the colors.

Yeah, right.

Tickety could mix two colors together to make pink

just like we mixed yellow and blue to make green.

Okay.

So, which two colors can we mix to make pink?

Well, red looks a little like pink.

Okay, so red.

What color should we mix with red to make pink?

White.

White!

Tickety, maybe you should try mixing red paint with white.

Look!

Red and white make pink!

Now I can make my self-portrait.

and there-- cheese.

So, what was our first clue?

[accordion playing]

Now, our second clue is cheese.

Well, where could we go on the bus today

with a circle and some cheese?

Interesting.

Well, I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

yell out that word, okay?

All right, letter detectives, let's start looking.

Yes.

Yeah, guitar starts with the letter G.

Now that we're in our thinking chair, let's think.

You will help, right?

So, we're trying to figure out

where we're going to go on the bus today.

What was our first clue?

And our second clue was cheese

and our third clue was tomato sauce.

So where could we go on the bus today

with a circle, cheese and tomato sauce?

Well, the cheese and the tomato sauce

are both things you can eat

but what about the circle?

Yeah, maybe it's something that's shaped like a circle.

But what can you eat

that has tomato sauce and cheese and is shaped like a circle?

Pizza!

Pizza, right!

Because pizza is shaped like a circle

and it has tomato sauce and cheese on top.

Blue, are we going out for pizza on the bus today?

[barks]
