DORA: We need your help.

And I'm Boots.

And this is my family.

FAMILY: i¡Hola!

Here are my baby brother and sister.

[ babies babbling]

There's my mami, papi

y mi abuela.

And here's my aunt and uncle, tia y tio,

and my cousin Diego.

Whenever my family gets together,

we tell the funniest stories.

My favorite silly story is the day we had to catch the babies.

[ babies babbling]

[ all laughing]

That was funny.

i¡Que día tan chistoso!

That was the day I swung on the vine in my pajamas.

[ all laughing]

Dora, Dora, please tell us the silly story

about catching the babies.

Okay, I'll tell the story.

[ all cheering]

One day I woke up very early.

Buenos días.

Good morning.

[ babies jabbering]

That sounds like my baby brother and sister.

They're awake.

Let's go see them.

[ babies babbling]

I hear the babies, but I don't see them.

Do you see the babies?

Yeah, there they are.

[ both jabbering]

DORA: Look, the babies are trying to reach their rattles.

[ babies crying]

DORA: The babies fell in the stroller.

[ babies babbling happily]

DORA: Oh, no, the stroller is moving.

[ babies babbling excitedly]

Mami, Papi!

The babies fell in the stroller and the stroller's rolling away.

[ babies jabbering happily]

BOTH: Ay-yi-yi!

We have to catch those babies.

PAPI: There they go.

We have to find out where their stroller is going.

Who do we ask for help

when we don't know which way to go?

The map!

Right-- Map can tell us

where the babies are rolling.

You have to say "map."

ALL: Louder!

♪ Who's the guy you need to know when you've got a place to go? ♪

♪ What's my name?

The map.

♪ Say it again

The map.

♪ Who can help you say, "Hey, I figured out the way"? ♪

Ooh, Dora, Mami and Papi need to know

where the stroller is going so they can catch those babies.

Well, I know where the stroller's going.

The stroller is rolling toward the gooey geyser.

To catch the babies, we have to go past the farm...

[ horse whinnies, pig snorts, sheep bahs]

through the flowery garden...

and that's how we'll get to the gooey geyser

to catch those babies.

So remember-- farm, garden, gooey geyser.

Say it with me.

Farm, garden, gooey geyser.

So you tell Dora,

first, the babies are rolling to the farm.

Where are the babies rolling first?

Farm-- right.

We need to find the farm.

But that tree is in the way.

BOOTS: I can help.

It's Boots.

Now do you see the farm?

There it is.

[ both laughing]

Boots, the babies fell in the stroller and it's rolling away.

Oh, no, we've got to catch those babies.

Let's go!

Vámonos.

Say it with us.

ALL: Farm, garden, gooey geyser.

[ laughing]

[ horse whinnies, pig snorts, sheep bahs]

There are three paths that go through the farm.

I'll go this way.

And we'll go this way.

[ whinnies]

It's un caballo.

Oh, no-- he's blocking our way.

Tengo hambre.

Quiero tres manzanas.

He's hungry for his breakfast

and he won't move till he eats tres manzanas.

Do you see las manzanas?

BOOTS: Yeah, there they are.

DORA: We have to count out three apples in Spanish.

Count with us.

DORA AND BOOTS: Una, dos, tres.

DORA: Tres manzanas.

Gracias.

PAPI: i¡Ai!

[ groans]

It sounds like Papi needs help.

[ snorting]

Tengo hambre. Quiero cuatro sandías.

DORA: The pig is hungry

and he won't move till he eats cuatro sandías.

Do you see las sandías?

Sí--let's count four watermelons in Spanish.

Count with me.

Una, dos, tres, cuatro-- cua Gracias.as.

MAMI: Yikes!

That sounds like Mami.

Yeah, sounds like she needs help.

[ bahing]

DORA: Una oveja is blocking Mami's way.

Tengo hambre.

Quiero cinco zanahorias.

DORA: The sheep is hungry.

She wants cinco zanahorias.

Do you see las zanahorias?

There they are.

Let's count out five carrots in Spanish.

Count with me.

Una, dos, tres, cuatro, cinco-- cinco zanahorias.

[ playing fanfare]

We made it through the farm.

[ baby babbling]

I hear the babies.

Where are the babies rolling next?

MAMI AND BOOTS: Say "map."

We've got to catch those babies.

The garden, right-- the flowery garden.

So tell Dora, next the babies are rolling through the garden.

And there go the babies.

BOOTS: They're rolling over the bridge.

MAMI: Oh, no, the bridge fell apart.

PAPI: They got across just in time.

But how are wegoing to get across?

Look!

Something's coming.

What could it be?

MAMI: Is it a bird?

PAPI: Is it a plane?

DORA: No, it's Abuela.

i¡Ay, ángel!

Grab on.

i¡Suban!

[ all exclaim]

ALL: Yay, Abuela!

[ babies babbling happily]

The babies are rolling through the garden.

We have to hurry.

ALL: i¡Corran!

Look, the garden has four paths.

MAMI: I'll go this way.

PAPI: I'll go this way.

ABUELA: I'll go this way.

DORA: And we'll go this way.

[ snoring and soft clapping]

[ snoring and clapping]

Oh, no, the clapping flowers are sleeping.

And they're blocking our path.

We have to clap our hands to wake up the flowers.

Clap your hands.

BOOTS AND DORA: Clap, clap, clap, clap, clap.

DORA: It's working-- keep clapping.

BOOTS AND DORA: Clap, clap, clap, clap, clap.

[ clapping]

[ all clapping]

Great clapping.

Now we can go down the path.

FLOWERS: Buenos dias.

Buenos dias.

Good morning, flowers.

Thanks.

DORA: Look, the silly flowers are blocking Abuela's way.

FLOWERS: We won't let you through until you make a silly face.

DORA: We have to help Abuela make a silly face

to get through the flowers.

Can you make a silly face?

Make a silly face, make a silly face.

[ all laughing]

[ laughing]

Wow, i¡qué divertido!

That's a great silly face.

That is silly.

How silly.

FLOWERS: You can go by.

Gracias.

DORA: Oh, no, the silly dancing flowers are blocking Papi's way.

FLOWERS: We won't let you through until you do a silly dance.

DORA: Quick, do a silly dance with Papi.

Do a silly dance--

silly dance, silly dance, silly dance.

Great dancing.

[ bees snoring]

DORA: Yikes!

Mami's with the sleeping bees.

[ flowers shushing]

FLOWERS: Don't wake the bees.

DORA: Mami has to be very quiet so she doesn't wake up the bees.

Help Mami be very quiet.

Put your finger to your lips and say "shh!"

[ shushing]

[ bees snoring softly, Mami shushing]

[ whispers]: Great shushing.

Thanks for helping me.

BOOTS: We made it through the garden.

[ trio plays fanfare]

We need to find out where the babies are rolling next.

DORA: Let's check the map.

ALL: Say "map."

We've got to hurry to catch those babies.

We went through the farm-- check.

We went through the garden-- check.

Where are the babies rolling next?

[ geyser rumbling, burbling]

The gooey geyser-- right.

So tell Dora

that next the babies are rolling to the gooey geyser.

Where are the babies rolling next?

The gooey geyser-- we'd better hurry.

We need to find the gooey geyser.

Do you see the gooey geyser?

Sí, allí está.

BOOTS: But look.

The capybaras are blocking our way.

DIEGO: I can help.

DORA: It's my cousin Diego.

Mi primo.

We have to tell the capybaras to get out of the way.

Say: [ squeaking]

[ all squeaking]

[ capybaras chirping and squeaking]

[ babies babbling]

The stroller's almost to the gooey geyser.

We'd better hurry.

DORA: More paths.

MAMI: I wonder which way the babies went?

PAPI: Let's split up.

ABUELA: I'll go this way.

MAMI: I'll go this way.

PAPI: I'll go this way.

DIEGO: I'll go this way.

DORA: We'll go this way.

MAMI, PAPI, DIEGO, ABUELA: i¡Ayudenme!

DORA: We have to help Abuela swing over the prickers and thorns.

To help Abuela swing, say "swing."

Swing.

Louder!

Swing.

Ay-yi-yi-- whoo!

[ whooping]

DORA: Mami has to climb the wall.

To help Mami climb, say "suba."

Louder!

i¡Suba!

Papi has to jump over the mud puddles.

To help Papi jump, say "salte."

Louder!

Say "Salte."

i¡Salte!

Diego needs to crawl under the branches.

To help Diego crawl, say "gatea."

Louder!

Look, there are the babies.

[ babies babbling]

BOOTS: There's the geyser.

We've got to catch them.

I've almost got it.

I need your help to reach the babies.

Put your hands out in front of you

and reach, reach, reach, reach, reach.

Phew!

We caught them.

We stopped the stroller.

[ babies babbling happily]

[ all exclaim]

You caught the babies.

You caught the babies.

[ geyser rumbling]

Oh, no-- the ground's starting to shake.

DIEGO: We're starting to shake.

BOOTS: The gooey geyser is going to go kersploosh.

We have to run before we get gooed by the gooey geyser.

ALL: Run!

i¡Corran!

BOOTS: Hey, look, the gooey geyser isn't spurting out goo.

It made...

ALL: Bubbles!

[ babies gurgling happily]

i¡Burbujas!

Bubbles for the babies.

[ giggling]

DORA: The babies love bubbles.

MAMI: Mís lindos bebés.

[ babies cooing]

You went on a surprise stroller ride.

Yes, you did, you did, you did.

Did you like your ride?

[ both babbling happily]

[ all laughing]

We caught the babies.

[ trio plays fanfare]

ALL: We did it!

♪ ♪

DORA AND BOOTS: ♪ We did it

We did it. We did it.

BOTH: Yay!

♪ Lo hicimos♪

♪ We did it!

♪ ♪

♪ We chased the babies

♪ In the stroller today

BOTH: ♪ We did it

♪ When we fed the animals

♪ They moved out of our way

BOTH: ♪ We did it

♪ The geyser made bubbles that were pink and blue ♪

♪ And we caught the babies, thanks to you. ♪

ALL: Yay!

Whoo!

Hooray!

ALL: ♪ We did it!

[ song ends]

[ all laughing]

That was a very silly story about my family.

I liked when Abuela swung over the prickers and thorns.

[ laughing]

I liked it when Papi danced with the silly dancing flowers.

[ all laughing]

MAMI: My favorite part was having the whole family back together.

ALL: Aw...

BOOTS: That's nice.
