Sounds like Tickety's counting something.

Hi. Blue and I are seeing

how many things we can count in the living room.

We counted one, two, three flowers.

Cool.

Let's see what else we can count.

[ Blue barks]

Hey, let's count how many bees there are in the felt frame.

[ barking]

This is the story of the number three--

who wanted to climb the jelly bean tree.

As number three climbed up,

three beans fell down.

Number eight saw them on the ground.

Number eight wanted to climb the jelly bean tree

to sit with his pal, the number three.

Hi, up there.

As number eight climbed up, eight beans fell down.

Now, how many jelly beans are on the ground?

Ooh.

Let's try to figure this out.

So first, the number three climbed up the tree,

and one, two, three beans fell.

Let's write that number down so we'll remember it.

[ chuckling]

Then, the number eight climbed up,

and one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight beans fell.

Let's write that number down, too.

[ chuckles]

So how can we figure out how many beans

are on the ground all together?

Count them.

Count them.

That's a great idea, Tickety.

Count with me.

BOTH: One, two, three,

beans all together.

[ rings]

So, three and eight together make...

Eleven.

He was looking for something to eat,
