We're saying good-bye to Magenta.

She's going to the beach today.

Magenta asked us to take care of her house

while she's at the beach.

[ dogs barking]

what to do to take care of your house?

For Magenta, we'll draw a line that curves around for her head,

now her body, eyes and glasses,

her nose and mouth,

a tail, legs, and some spots.

So, Magenta is our first clue.

Wonder what Blue wants to write in her message

with the clue Magenta.

Well, what do you think?

we should find two more clues, just to be sure.

[ barking]

Let's read Magenta's message

to see what we should do next.

[ barks]

Someone just sent us an e-mail message on the computer.

[ barks excitedly]

♪ Here's e-mail, it never fails ♪

♪ It makes me want to wag my tail ♪

♪ When it comes, I want to wail, "E-mail!" ♪

[ barks]

♪ We just got an e-mail ♪

♪ Wonder who it's from. ♪

Oh, look, it's an e-mail message from our friends.

Hi, Joe.

I'm writing a message for my sister.

It says, "Let's draw."

[ whispering]: I guess I'll leave it right here.

It's a message.

It says, "Let's draw."

I found your message.

Good.

Do you want to help me write a message for Mom and Dad?

Sure.

GIRL: Let's hide this for them to find.

[ together]: Bye, Joe.

Bye.

[ barks "bye-bye"]

What a cool message.

[ barks]

Another e-mail.

[ barks]

It's from Magenta.

She sent us an e-mail just now from the beach.

[ barks]

You'll help read it, right?

Good.

Joe [ reading]:

[ Magenta squealing]

A wave knocked over Magenta's sandcastle.

[ barking]

Oh, there's more.

Joe [ reading]:

What a friendly crab.

Oh, this is interesting.

Joe [ reading]:

Blue, Magenta found a shell for you.

[ barking]

Yeah.

It's a beautiful shell.

[ barks "bye"]

That's the end of the message.

"Bye.

Wow, what a great e-mail message Magenta sent us.

So that's what she's doing at the beach.

Oh.

So, what room should we go to next?

The kitchen.

[ Blue barks]

a line down and then back up,

a curve for the door,

a chimney and the doorknob.

There-- it's our house.

We have all three clues to figure out

what Blue wants to write in her message.

It's time to sit in our...

Hey...

we can use this as our thinking chair today.

Come on.

Ooh.

So, let's think.

What does Blue want to write in her message

with Magenta...

Well, who could the message be for?

Magenta, yeah.

The message could be for Magenta.

And maybe the arrow could be pointing to our house.

But what could the message be telling Magenta to do

with an arrow pointing to our house?

Come to our house.

Yeah.

The message could say Magenta should come to our house.

We just figured out Blue's Clues!

♪ We sat on down ♪

♪ Figured it out ♪

♪ What Blue's Clues were all about. ♪

Wow, you know what?

♪ We're really smart. ♪

Let's go see Blue's message.

♪ Blue is writing a message ♪

♪ For our friend Magenta. ♪

[ barking]

Ah, great message, Blue.

Now Magenta will know to come to our house

when she gets back from the beach.

[ barking]

We'd better make sure we did everything in Magenta's message.

[ barks]

We got the key,

watered the plants,

fed the fish,

went to the computer and got e-mail,

and went to the kitchen to take out the recycling.

We're done taking care of Magenta's house.

Let's head home.

[ barks]

It's the shell we read about in Magenta's e-mail.
