- And I'm boots.

- Today I'm going to the doctor's for a checkup.

I like getting checkups

Because I get to see how big and strong I've grown.

And every time I go to the doctor,

She gives me a new sticker.

Do you like stickers?

- Yeah-yeah! I love stickers.

And I like when the doctor listens to my heart.

Do you listen to my heart here?

[Both chuckle]

No.

Do you listen to my heart here?

Nope.

Where do you listen to my heart?

Right here, yeah.

- You're so funny, boots.

Okay, let's listen.

[Heart b*ating]

Wow, boots, you've got a really strong heart.

- Will the doctor listen to your heart too, dora?

- She sure will.

A checkup is when the doctor gets to check out

How healthy you are.

Here's my checkup book.

It has pictures of all my doctor visits.

Where is the picture of me when I was a little baby?

Yeah.

Where is the picture of me when I was a little older

And learned to walk?

- And this is the first time I went to the doctor's with dora.

What's this for, dora?

- That's a space for today's picture.

And at the end of my checkup,

The doctor lets me pick a sticker.

These are all the stickers I've gotten from my doctor.

- Cool stickers, dora.

- Yeah, but I still haven't found my favorite sticker.

I hope she has one.

Vamos.

We need to get to the doctor.

Who do we ask for help when we don't know which way to go?

The map, right.

I need your help.

Will you check the map to find the quickest way to the doctor?

You have to say "map."

- Say "map." Say "map!"

[Jazzy music]

Ooh, it's checkup day for dora.

She needs to find the quickest way to the doctor.

Well, I know how to get to the doctor.

First, you have to go across the duck pond...

[Ducks quacking]

Then through the monkey forest...

[Monkeys chattering]

And that's how you get to the doctor.

So remember: pond, forest, doctor.

So you tell dora first you go to the pond.

- Where do we go first?

The pond, right.

The duck pond.

We have to go to the duck pond.

Do we take the path with the blueberries

Or the strawberries?

The strawberries. Correcto.

Come on, let's go to the doctor for a checkup.

- And you get to pick a new sticker, dora.

[Both chuckling]

- Vamonos, let's go.

♪ If you slip and hurt your toes ♪

♪ There's a place where you can go ♪

- That sounds like someone needs our help.

Who needs our help?

- Yeah, that's our friend lil' piggy.

- Hola, dora.

Hi, boots.

- Hola, que pasa, lil' piggy?

- Ai, I have a tummy ache.

I ate too many pies.

- Too many pies? That's not good.

- I just want to feel better.

- Ooh, ooh, dora, we know someone who can help.

- Who can help make lil' piggy feel better?

The doctor, right.

La doctora.

- Yeah, you can come with us to see the doctor.

She's really nice.

- Well...

- And you'll get to pick a sticker at the end.

- A sticker?

Ooh, I love stickers.

- Fantastico, lil' piggy.

Come on, let's go to the doctor.

Vamonos.

[Swishing]

- Si, that sounds like swiper the fox.

- That sneaky fox is always trying to swipe our stuff.

- We've got to stop him.

- Whoop!

- We need your help to stop him.

- Yay, we stopped swiper.

- And look, there's the duck pond.

- Patitos, ¿donde estan?

- Hey, that's mama duck.

Let's see if she can help us find our way

Across the duck pond.

Hola, mama duck.

- Hola, dora.

- Do you know the way to the other side of the duck pond?

- Si, but I need to find my eight babies.

- No se preocupe.

We can help you find them.

- Dora, dora, let's take the duck paddleboat.

- Good idea, boots.

All: life jackets...

So we can be safe.

- Let's help mama duck find her eight babies.

Can you say "patitos, ¿donde estan?"

Great.

[Ducks quacking]

- Let's see if we found all eight duckies.

We found seven duckies, but we need eight duckies.

So how many more do we need to find?

One, right.

We need to find one more duck.

Do you see the last ducky?

- Quack, quack, owie.

Quack, quack, owie.

- Si, ahi esta.

- Quack, quack, owie.

- I think he needs our help.

- What's wrong, little ducky?

- Me duele. I have a boo-boo on my foot.

- Your foot does look very red,

But we know someone who can help.

- Who can help ducky feel better?

[Together] la doctora.

- The doctor.

- Ducky, I think we should take you to see the doctor.

I'm going for a checkup.

- And the doctor's going to fix my tummy ache.

- You can come with us,

And the doctor will help you feel better.

- And you'll get a sticker.

- A sticker?

Me gustan mucho.

Quack, quack, okay.

- Oh, thank you for taking my little ducky to the doctor's.

[Triumphant music]

- Where do we go next, dora?

- Pond, forest, doctor.

We made it across the duck pond, check.

So next is the...

Forest, right.

The monkey forest.

To get to the monkey forest,

Do we take the path with the carts or the shells?

The shells, muy bien.

Come on, let's go to the doctor for my checkup.

- And my tummy ache.

- And the boo-boo on my foot.

- And stickers for everyone!

- Vamonos.

- ♪ Soon my foot will feel okay ♪

- ♪ My tummy ache will go away

Both: ♪ then we're gonna shout, "hooray!" ♪

♪ Let's go to the doctor

All: ♪ vamos a la doctora, doctora, doctora ♪

♪ We're going to the doctor, the doctor, the doctor ♪

- Dora, look.

- Hey, that's conejito, our bunny friend from bunny hill.

- He's hopping kind of funny, dora.

Do you think he's okay?

- I don't know, boots, but look!

Uh-oh, he's hopping closer and closer to that sleeping snake.

Dora, we don't want conejito to bump into the sleeping snake.

He could wake her up.

- We've got to warn him.

Conejito speaks spanish.

In english, we say, "don't move."

In spanish, we say, "no te muevas."

Can you say, "no te muevas"?

Fantastico.

Say, "no te muevas."

Louder!

All: no te muevas!

- Dora, boots, gracias por ayudarme.

Tengo los oidos tapados.

- Conejito's ears are stuffy, and it's hard for him to hear.

Who can help conejito feel better?

[Together] la doctora.

- The doctor.

I definitely think he should come to the doctor with us.

- Me too.

Conejito, vamos a la doctora.

¿Vienes con nosotros?

- Si, si.

- Conejito's coming with us.

All: yay!

- Vamonos.

- We made it to the monkey forest.

But I don't see the path anymore.

Which way do we go now, dora?

- Look, there's howler monkey.

Maybe he can help us.

Help us call out to the howler monkey.

Say, "howl."

Louder!

Both: howl!

- Hola, howler monkey.

We need to get through the monkey forest quick.

- Hola, you can get through the forest...

[Coughs]

- That sounds like a bad sore throat, howler monkey.

- And a howler monkey needs to howl.

- Who can help howler monkey feel better?

[Together] la doctora.

- The doctor.

Ooh, ooh, howler monkey,

You can come with us to the doctor,

But first, we have to swing through the monkey forest.

Swinging like a monkey is fun.

- Great idea.

We all have to swing like monkeys

To get through the forest.

- We made it through the monkey forest.

- Thanks for helping us swing and howl.

- Where do we go next, dora?

- Pond, forest, doctor.

We made it across the duck pond, check.

We made it through the monkey forest, check.

So next is...

The doctor, right.

To get to the doctor's,

Do we take the path con las rocas o las flores?

¿Rocas o flores?

Si, las rocas.

- There it is. There it is.

- Come on, let's go to the doctor for my checkup.

- And my tummy ache.

- And the boo-boo on my foot.

- Y mis oidos tapados.

- And my sore throat.

- And stickers for everyone.

- Vamonos.

Look, there's my cousin daisy.

She's going to school to be a doctor

And she helps out here.

Hola, prima.

- Hola, dora.

Welcome, bienvenidos.

- Daisy, I'm here for my checkup,

And I brought some friends to see the doctor too.

- Muy bien.

A doctor or nurse can see all of you.

Siganme.

Dora, la doctora valdez is waiting for you.

- Gracias, daisy. Hasta luego.

- Hola, dora. Hi, boots.

- Hola, doctora valdez. - Hi, doctor valdez.

- It's been awhile since your last checkup, dora.

Let's see how big you've gotten.

Excelente, dora.

You've really grown.

How have you been feeling?

- Muy bien, I feel great.

- Have you been getting a good night's sleep every night?

- Si, con dulces sueños.

- [Chuckles] sweet dreams are good.

- Dora, say, "aah."

- Looks good.

Now let's listen to your heart.

- Can I help?

- Claro que si, boots.

[Heart b*ating]

- You've got a strong heart too, dora.

- Thanks, boots.

- Now it's time for a sh*t so you'll stay healthy and strong.

It'll be very quick.

- It was just a pinch.

- Wow, you're brave, dora.

Now let's see how our friends are doing.

- Everyone looks great. How do you feel?

- Awesome sticker, dora.

- I love my sticker.

Great.

Do you see a sticker that you want?

Ooh, that's a cool one.

Yay, we brought all our friends to the doctor's.

- And we all got...

We had such an exciting trip to the doctor's today.
