Sand mazes, dancing, water skiing.

Dodo Beach is really
a one-of-a-kind place.

It's got a certain flavor,
unlike anywhere in Wonderland.

DOORKNOB: Knocky-dy, knock-knock.

Anyone home?

Doorknob's here.

Oh, he's taking me to Dodo Beach.

I better make like jelly and Jell-O.

-Off we go.
-Goodbye.

Here's one of my teacup cakes
to remind you of us while you're gone.

Oh, I'm gonna miss you so much.

Aw, lemon drop.
(chuckles)

I'll only be gone for a day.

Hi, Doorknob, how's it turnin'?

Why?

Oh, this way and that way,

when you take folks
around Wonderland like I do,

you really get around.
(laughs)

Well, I'm ready to go to Dodo Beach.

Well, I wouldn't be.
Have a look for yourselves.

-Oh, what in Wonderland?
-Oh, dear.

What is it? I can't see!

Hold on to your bookmark, Cookie.

(thunder rumbling)

A storm! A big storm.

It's a squawker of a squall, all right,
and due to last all day.

All day? Oh, dear.

Sounds like you won't be able
to go Dodo Beach.

(stammers)
Can't be that bad.

I mean a little rain
never crinkled my pages, right?

Look, open up. I'm coming through.

Don't say I didn't warn you.
(yelps)

(wind howling)

(clamoring)

Looks like Dodo Beach
is off of the menu for today.

Oh, why if you try again tomorrow?

(Cookie groans)

Alice and I start
our new baking class tomorrow,

and I need to be there for students.

I guess this is how Cookies
day off crumbles.

(Cookie sighs)

Poor Cookie.
I hate to see her feeling so low.

Too bad we can't bring
the beach to the bakery.

Maybe we can.

Hmm, I don't think an entire beach
can squeeze through a doorknob.

He's right.

I can't take people to places,
but not places to people, sorry.

Plus, where would we put all that sand
and water in seashells and...

(chuckles)
We don't need the whole beach.

Just cookie's favorite parts of it.
Come on.

Your trip may be canceled,

-but we're gonna give you a great day off.
-Yes.

Um, how are we gonna do that?

It's too bad there isn't
a recipe book for Dodo Beach.

Maybe there is.

We can use a photo album
to recreate Dodo Beach

right here in the bakery.

Well, flip my pages. You do that for me.

Absolutely.
And I know just where to start.

(energetic music)

Mmm...

This is the sweetest sand
I've ever smelled.

That's because it's brown sugar.

I've seen this before.

I'll be shaking sugar
out of my pages for days.

Then get ready to shake some more.

Places, everyone, places.

a little sway in your stems?

I don't have stems,
but I do love a good sway.

We know how much
you like dancing at Dodo Beach?

So Hattie came up with the dance
we can do with the flowers?

(whoops)
Now that's a real page-turner.

Let's get started.

But what could it be?

We did all of Cookie's favorite things.

Whoa, it's hard to think
on an empty stomach.

Oh, I could really use a snack.

Wait a wonderland minute.

Maybe that's it.

We gave Cookie a taste of Dodo Beach,

but what's a day at the beach

I thought these were seashells,

but look, it must be
Cookie's favorite Dodo Beach treat.

Hoppin' haberdashers.

Those aren't seashells.
Those are Repo curls.

you'll look worried in the portrait too.

We can bake a treat for your family

That'll make everyone smile big.

I'll take care of things around here.

One smiling, Fergie. Coming up.

ALICE: Hmm...

Here it is the perfect recipe
for a big Fergie smile.

Wild Carrot Turnovers.

If these don't bring out
a pearly white grin, nothing will.

-Mmm, my favorite.
-Delicious.

(meows, purrs)

These definitely get
the hatter seal of approval.

Let's see, Wonderland jelly jam,
wild carrots, dough, extra mixed.

Jelly jam, wild carrots?

You're mixing.

Those are some of the best
use ingredients around.

There's no way we can make this
and keep it clean for my family portrait.

Well, you won't find
any perfectly clean recipes on my pages...

(chuckles)
...or anywhere.

Getting messy is just part of baking.

Oh, I feel my picture
perfect smile fading.

But where there's a whisk, there is a way.

What if we bake the wild carrot turnovers

and do everything we can
to keep you and your fur clean?
