[SK] So, you keep your place.

But, um, I'll definitely have to reduce

and live how I want to live,

and take trips, and, you know,

I don't spend that much money. I mean,
okay, I'll rephrase. It's relative.

Like, yes, I go to Whole Foods
all the time. I don't look at a price.

Nail salon.

Hair. My hair costs about $500.

Facials, massage,
chiropractor, personal training...

-It can be expensive to be me.
-[SK] Mm-hmm.

But I just would hope

Would I like the fairy-tale traditional?

Yes, that is ideal for me.

But none of that is gonna come for us

for, like, two or three years
because SK is not gonna be working.

He'll gonna be going to school
full-time in California,

where it's, like, way more expensive
than living in Dallas, Texas.

And I know SK is gonna be

as, like, financially independent
as he possibly can,

but now, I will have
two people with one income.

I'm not asking for anything crazy,
but I definitely was looking forward to

at least having a better lifestyle
than I have now, upon getting married.

As far as I'm concerned,
uh, you know, like...

I'm okay with, you know...

I'm good to take care of, like, you know,

as far as bills.

I'm also fine taking care of everything

I want to do this as, you know, like,

effortlessly as possible for you.

-[Raven] If we're getting married...
-[SK] Mm-hmm.

Um...

Like, I think that even
if you're not living in Dallas,

we should both be paying the rent
of where I'm living.

I think that is fair.

[tense music plays]

[SK] I think the biggest thing
I'm nervous about,

is just, um,

Raven not being so compromising
when it comes to certain things.

Early on in the pod,
I was very upfront about, you know,

"Hey, I'm gonna be going to school."

"Things might not be,
you know, all rosy and dandy."

"I do have some financial cushion
to fall back on, but you cannot expect me

to be able to, you know, provide

or support in every way
that I will be able to

after, you know, graduating."

I know asking someone else
to leave their dreams to join your dreams,

it really is a big ask.

However, I'm ready to do everything
it takes to make her feel comfortable.

But at the same time,
if I need her to compromise

on certain things,
I feel like it's only fair.
