It is one of the world's most important centers

and nestled in the center of this thriving metropolis,

The Hong Kong Jockey Club.

This renowned horse racing facility was the th Pit Stop

in a race around the world.

Teams arrived here at the end of the last leg

for a mandatory rest period.

Can Eric and Danielle who are marked for elimination,

overcome the -minute penalty and survive?

Oswald and Danny arrived first.

- Travel by Turbo Jet ferry to the city of Macau.

- [Phil] Teams must now travel miles

by turbo ferry to mainland China and the city of Macau.

When they arrive, they'll find this man with a rickshaw

who will hand them their next clue.

- We have $ for the leg of the race.

I'll guard these with my life.

Danny and I have been incredibly fair

in the way we've dealt with every single team.

We're not going to be those people

that are going to be stabbing someone in the back

to qualify for the Final Three.

We have to be careful because we started out the leg

with minimal funds.

Travel by taxi to the tallest structure in Macau.

- [Phil] Teams must now figure out that at , feet high,

the Macau Tower is the tallest structure in the city.

They'll then travel two miles by taxi to find it

and search inside for their next clue.

- Caution, Yield ahead.

- This is the second of only two yields teams can use

to stop another team from racing.

Teams can use their Yield power

only once during the race.

So they need to decide on the best time to use it.

Any team that's being forced to yield

must turn this hourglass over

and wait for the sand to run out

before they continue racing.

- Tallest building and [whooshing].

If we do decide to yield anyone,

it will probably be the person right behind us.

And I believe that people

that came in second place are the blondes.

- I don't think we want to yield anybody.

- Normally, we get to a ferry

and we have to wait till everyone catches up.

Danny and I came up with a brilliant idea

to use our yield in exchange for funds,

for us to continue on the leg of the race.

but the Yield would be totally new to the game.

that they're gonna do what they say.

knowing that they're not that far behind

and they can catch up and pass you at any moment?

It didn't make logical sense to me.

- A Roadblock is a task that only one person may perform.

In this Roadblock,

the All-Star teams will face the highest jump

in the history of "The Amazing Race."

They must step outside

and walk completely around the outer rim

of the observation deck.

Then using the world's highest permanent descender,

they must jump off the building and fall feet

to the street below.

Once they're back on solid ground,

they'll receive their next clue.

- Can you do it? I know, I think you'd be better.

You start out trusting everybody

for the most part a little bit.

Then you see things come out in people that you don't like.

So I have no respect for Danny and Oswald anymore.

- In this Detour, teams have to choose

between two traditions of Macau.

The choice, Noodle or Dragon.

In Noodle, teams make their way nearly two miles

to the second floor of this building

and choose a noodle making station.

They must use traditional methods

to flatten the dough and then cut it,

making two bundles of noodles.

In dragon, teams make their way nearly one mile

to this warehouse.

Once here, they must choose a dragon head and a drum

and carry these awkward items three quarters of a mile

through the streets of Macau to this dock

and find these dragon boats.

When they attach their dragon head

to the one boat that matches

and hand their drum over to the coxswain,

they'll receive their next clue.

- We're gonna do the Dragon.

- [Danny] Done that before.

- We had experience of dragon challenging during our season.

- Don't you feel silly? - No.

We figured this could be fun. This could be easy.
