[Kristin] Previously on "The Hills..."

Heidi knew her sister liked to have fun.

- 'Cheers.' - 'Alright, alright.'

Ching, ching, ching.

But lately, Holly was having

a little too much fun.

Audrina was trying to prove

she was over Justin by dating Derek.

But Derek just happened to be Justin's best friend.

I'd rather have lunch with you.

And everyone said Justin was up to his old tricks

but I knew how to play this game.

Are you mad that he didn't come to Brody's party?

Audrina put up with a lot of Justin's * * *.

I'm not gonna put up with it.

Now I was about to find out

exactly who was playing who.

I'm gonna go to Laguna this weekend, I think.

- You are? - 'Yeah.'

I'm gonna go see my dad and my stepmom.

I go home to Laguna a lot

and it, honestly, is the best.

Yeah, it'll be nice to get away

from everyone for a while and just clear my head.

Yeah.

So how did the party turn out?

I know, you left after, like, five minutes.

Oh, no, I stopped by, but it just...

You show up for five and then you leave. It was fun though.

My God, Jayde and Brody at that party, what is their deal?

Oh, so we all left, went to my house.

They got in a huge fight and Brody showed up without her.

The thing about them though, is they break up every other day.

Every other day.

I see them either ferociously

making out or screaming at each other.

I know, it's one of those relationships.

Yeah, it's not normal.

[scoffs] Justin never came.

So that was, um...

- Well, what're you gonna do? - I warned you though.

- Everyone did. - So I mean, are you upset?

Yeah, obviously I'm a little upset.

He's a good guy.

I mean, I really see a good sweet guy

underneath what everyone else says.

I hate to say it, but I saw

it happen so many times to Audrina.

Well, I'm not gonna let it happen to me.

'You know, clearly, like, Audrina'

was chasing him for four years

and it's like, I'm not gonna do that.

He has to work for it, you know.
